Every step of the process from the initial phone call to the dealership to taking delivery of the new car and getting it registered and titled was smooth and transparent.The dealership was happy to answer all my questions about availability, timeline, and price and provided very accurate estimates for all. Drained the transfer case according to a service bulletin and refilled with appropriate oil the first time. Issue remained and paperwork was submitted, BMW then got the go-ahead to replace the transfer case. All handled professionally and promptly.

Travis: I just purchased a new M4 from BMW Seattle and couldn’t be happier. If you’re used to the stereotypical dealership experience with the high pressure sales tactics or aggressive Finance Managers trying to push a bunch of extras you don’t need, my experience was the complete opposite at this dealership. Malcolm was the single best Client Advisor I’ve ever worked with; no pressure, very patient, and overall just a consummate professional. Kalvin Naidoo, Sales Manager and Andy Chau, Finance Manager, were equally easygoing without the usual, frustrating sales tactics you’d find elsewhere. I absolutely plan on going back in a few years based on my experience at this dealership.

Our brand new Bolt EUV had an intermittent electrical problem which proved very difficult to resolve, leaving us without a car for extended periods. Fortunately the problem seems to be resolved.
