Ben Jahn: My fiance and I were on our way to tuft and needle to shop for mattresses last weekend. We saw the nest store down the street and thought we'd stop in and check out our. The store manager, Nick helped us out and really made us feel welcome. We tested out a few different mattresses and ultimately decided on one that had the perfect firmness. It felt really high quality. We made a note of which one we liked best and proceeded down to tuft and needle to see what they were all about. Our experience was just so different there. Tuft and Needle just seemed a lot less personal and overall we didn't feel the quality was there. We went back to nest and made our purchase with no doubts and with no buyers remorse. Our new mattress is so comfortable. I highly recommend Nest bedding! Thanks, Nick!

MY Boys: We live in New York but ordered our mattress through the Seattle showroom. The staff, in particular Erin and Nick, were transparent, informative and seemed genuinely invested in our total satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, they excelled. They facilitated the ordering and shipping process, communicated during the initial order period, updated us about shipping details and confirmed our satisfaction. As it turns out we had some comfort issues with the mattress as initially ordered, but the Seattle staff were able to figure out a way to make it work and we now are quite happy with our mattress. Buy a mattress from these people. You won't be disappointed!
Hannah Borchik: Excellent staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is also very patient! We lay on a bed for almost an hour testing it out, and they didn't bother us once. The quality of the bed we bought far exceeds the cost. We also recommend splurging on the cooling pillows, they really work!

H H: We always enjoy walking through their store. But we mostly shop online. The store doesn’t alway have everything in stock and a lot of it is set up as a display item and not something you just grab and buy. The last time we were here we got new tensel sheets and bed spreads. The pillow cases were out of stock so we ordered those online and lucked out with free shipping.

Carol Brown: Micah went above and beyond for a special made nightstand we had ordered. It took longer than expected with delays. Emily Gipple: Great selection, easy to find what I needed, easy parking, good prices. It’s nice to just get the right things I’m looking for quickly in person, instead of wading through the million options on Amazon and unboxing the deliveries.
Osh Morethstorm: Fairly priced and bargain priced vegan items are plenty here.
Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.
Rizza Tan: … relies heavily on their self-checkout machines, which is constantly short 95% of the time upstairs & downstairs… shopping baskets needs some washing / cleaning like with physical soap & water.

Andrea Stowell: . We were notified that it would be delayed one month in December, but we still got it on time. I was super pleased to be able to schedule a delivery date the same week we got the email that it arrived in Kent. Their third-party delivery service through Ryder was a bit disappointing compared to other white-glove deliveries we've had, but not a huge deal.So far, we love this couch and would highly recommend it!
