The security guard at the front, while appearing like he could take someone down if needed, always says “hi” and is very friendly. Usually someone behind the register will also say “welcome” or “hello”. The pharmacist and technicians are also very friendly and efficient. I thought maybe I just hit it on an extremely positive day, but it has been this way every time I’ve gone in over the last year and it is worth noting.

Today there was a mistake, but the clerk fixed it in five minutes. I'm not sure how the pharmacy is coping with the onslaught of hundreds of sudden, new customers but so far for me, not bad at all.
