Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. A big thank you to the whole team for the obvious care that is put in to every aspect of the shop. Cheers!

I mentioned I recently accepted a new job offer and was in need of some more business casual attire, and Sherry asked if I would consider looking at any of the clothing they had in stock. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical- as a plus sized person, a lot of smaller shops and boutiques cater only to more petite or straight sizing. However! I was able to walk out not only with my new shoes, but some very flattering and very nicely fitting tops and sweaters I could wear to the new job. Sherry was super friendly and personable, and it's clear she has a very good knowledge of what the store has in stock and its sizing. Thanks!!

These shoes run small! The service was excellent, and I will definitely be returning to make my own purchase in the near future. I couldn’t believe how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. Highly recommend this brand!
Eric Brave: Anyone who owns Fluevogs knows how amazing they are! But the best part of shopping for Vogs is the experience! I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!!My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Thank you so much for all the fantastic service through the years!
Quintin Kreth: The Seattle Fluevog store is one of their best. Fluevogs are excellent, hand-made shoes. Their boots were a big part of the grunge scene. This location is a smaller store, but they have a great selection and extremely helpful staff. I love shopping here whenever I'm in Seattle.

Romax is the only store where the associate was knowledgeable about shoe/foot health and the selection offered some stylish options! Even my dad found shoes that he likes for his difficult and damaged feet!

On this trip to Seattle for a cruise, I made sure there was time for another round of Mephisto sandals! Three sandals later I’m a happy lady! Michael is the perfect person representing Mephisto! He’s charismatic, personable, but most importantly knowledgeable in his trade. My sandals will be shipped home without any charges! That way my luggage weight is not compromised any more than it already is!! What a pleasure meeting Michael.

Pink Salt Seattle: This place is not to be missed! Unique clothing style you won’t find anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest. The quality and uniqueness of their shoes is fabulous as well and the women in this shop are very helpful with suggestions and styling. I’ll definitely be back!
Ben Kemkes: For people that appreciate really well made shoes from unique designers, this store is not to be missed. Always worth a look inside because not only is the selection always changing, but oftentimes you will find something on sale for a rock-bottom price. Also they carry clothing and accessories that you will not find anywhere else in Seattle. These are the types of boutiques that make shopping in the city so worth the trip whatever distance you've traveled.
Jm T: I bought a pair of shoes from Maggie last august. I live in Sf and if I ever go back to Seatle, the first placeI'd visit would be Maggie's. She is so helpful, and yes some would call it overwhelming but she was well intentioned. I love the one I bought. It is a European brand and is so comfortable. I have serious bunions and this pair has just the nice suede fabric and shape that looked elegant and feel comfortable. I notice her shop is now chosed. I hope it opens up again soon. My only regret is I didnt buy the other one she recommended. Plunking down another $200 was a bit much at that time. Now I have to go back to see if its still there.

Plus, all the store associates have really great customer service skills. For today’s visit, we were assisted by Slater. He was so patient with my requests and was so knowledgeable with the store return policies and products. We’re grateful with our experience with Slater!
Raleigh: . Slater was the calm to my storm. He asked me what type of terrain I would be on and knew exactly which shoe would be best. Slater helped me find the perfect size and fit and helped with color selection based on neutrality with clothing and hiding dirt.***Update, after walking in the shoes 10 miles a day with no break in period, my feet felt amazing. They were great on cobblestones and slick surfaces. My mom ended up taking the shoes because she was having trouble with the ones she brought and the Allbirds relieved her symptoms. Now I have to buy another pair for myself.

I have wide feet.So last week, the people at Woolly Mammoth fitted me with the most exquisitely comfortable pair of Keen work shoes. After wearing them for less then a week, they are the most comfortable but sturdy pair of footwear I have owned in many, many years.I can't speak highly enough about them.
