Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!!My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Thank you so much for all the fantastic service through the years!
Quintin Kreth: The Seattle Fluevog store is one of their best. Fluevogs are excellent, hand-made shoes. Their boots were a big part of the grunge scene. This location is a smaller store, but they have a great selection and extremely helpful staff. I love shopping here whenever I'm in Seattle.

On this trip to Seattle for a cruise, I made sure there was time for another round of Mephisto sandals! Three sandals later I’m a happy lady! Michael is the perfect person representing Mephisto! He’s charismatic, personable, but most importantly knowledgeable in his trade. My sandals will be shipped home without any charges! That way my luggage weight is not compromised any more than it already is!! What a pleasure meeting Michael.

Holly Roberts: SAS Shoes has a good selection of quality comfort shoes for men and women. The women's shoes I looked at were priced from $155 - $175. The saleswoman did measure my feet for correct sizing and put the shoes on my feet, but nothing more; the service provided was not like Shoes and Feet or The Walking Company where the salespeople are trained to analyze your foot issues and recommend certain brands, styles and orthotics. I ended up buying a pair of walking shoes and sandals and took advantage of the 30- day return policy--wear your shoes indoors to see if they work for your feet and, if they don't, return them within the month. The sandals didn't feel supportive enough so I returned them without hassle. The other pair is ok, but I have numerous foot issues that really require a more "orthopedic" type of shoe than SAS offers.

Romax is the only store where the associate was knowledgeable about shoe/foot health and the selection offered some stylish options! Steve Midas: This is for the U-Village location.You'll need to drive around and walk into the shopping area, but the walk is worth it --- especially during the sales events.Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professionally helpful. They were intuitive, and the staff worked together to find the right fit!They carry clothing for both Men and Women but will have considerably more selections for women. The quality is very good for men's t-shirts.Women's jeans is where they shine. They can special order a pair if they don't have it in stock. They can also alter the hem, for the life of the jeans.They have discounts for those in the medical field and if you have a Madewell account. Also if you bring in a pair of jeans, they will credit you $50 and donate the jeans a non-profit.Midas 5-stars for the very collaborative staff and connection to the community service.

So I had to come out and try them out.Honestly, their jeans are amazing, in terms of both fit and comfort. These are some high-quality jeans. Got some pairs during their sale for great prices. They have jeans in multiple sizes, styles, colors, lengths, curvy/regular/plus. So I am sure that you will find something that will fit you.The shop's decor is minimalist. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only small thing I didn't like is that I wish I had got more help when I was trying out and needed help in finding the right fit given that there are so many options.The store is in the university village, so plenty of parking is available.Highly recommend this place!

Pink Salt Seattle: This place is not to be missed! Unique clothing style you won’t find anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest. The quality and uniqueness of their shoes is fabulous as well and the women in this shop are very helpful with suggestions and styling. I’ll definitely be back!
Ben Kemkes: For people that appreciate really well made shoes from unique designers, this store is not to be missed. Always worth a look inside because not only is the selection always changing, but oftentimes you will find something on sale for a rock-bottom price. Also they carry clothing and accessories that you will not find anywhere else in Seattle. These are the types of boutiques that make shopping in the city so worth the trip whatever distance you've traveled.
Jm T: I bought a pair of shoes from Maggie last august. I live in Sf and if I ever go back to Seatle, the first placeI'd visit would be Maggie's. She is so helpful, and yes some would call it overwhelming but she was well intentioned. I love the one I bought. It is a European brand and is so comfortable. I have serious bunions and this pair has just the nice suede fabric and shape that looked elegant and feel comfortable. I notice her shop is now chosed. I hope it opens up again soon. My only regret is I didnt buy the other one she recommended. Plunking down another $200 was a bit much at that time. Now I have to go back to see if its still there.

Jae Lee: I made like 4 returns/exchanges because I’m pretty indecisive and never shopped at Aldo before and they were super friendly. Unlike the one in Tacoma mall, they returned my unworn shoes without nitpicking the state of the brand new shoes. They also carry more sizes at the store compared to the one in Tacoma. If they don’t carry a certain size they will help you order them to your house so you get your shoes without having to pay the shipping fee. They never really brought that up at the Tacoma location. Michelle was such a sweetheart and she helped me with so much patience.

John Beal: navigated the clothing racks to help me find a button-down, ankle-length, close to form-fitting dress that is more than perfect for the occasion and I can't wait to put it to work again! Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!
