She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. I have shopped in person at Seattle, Vancouver, and Denver and no matter where I am or where the shoes have to travel from, the customer service experience is always amazing!! My phone calls have always been answered with welcome tones and detailed answers! I’ve ordered so many pairs of shoes over the phone and every employee has been cool, knowledgeable, and kind! The culture at Fluevog is the best, and should be an example for any sales experience!!My most recent purchase was over the phone at the Seattle store last week. The Fluevologist helped me pick the correct size based on other shoes I had. The last pair in the country was in Manhattan and that store shipped them fast! I had them in under a week! Romax is the only store where the associate was knowledgeable about shoe/foot health and the selection offered some stylish options! Always worth a look inside because not only is the selection always changing, but oftentimes you will find something on sale for a rock-bottom price. Also they carry clothing and accessories that you will not find anywhere else in Seattle. These are the types of boutiques that make shopping in the city so worth the trip whatever distance you've traveled.

She is so helpful, and yes some would call it overwhelming but she was well intentioned. I love the one I bought. It is a European brand and is so comfortable. I have serious bunions and this pair has just the nice suede fabric and shape that looked elegant and feel comfortable. I notice her shop is now chosed. I hope it opens up again soon. My only regret is I didnt buy the other one she recommended. Plunking down another $200 was a bit much at that time. Now I have to go back to see if its still there.
