Elizabeth Hardy: I was in Seattle and had to visit the flagship store. I also had my favorite salad. The Cilantro Line Chicken Salad in the Cafe is wonderful. It had been a while since I had been in a Nordstrom so it was a nice shopping visit.

She was super quick when grabbing my size options from the back, and communicated with her team when the LAST pair of a shoe in my size was playing hard to get in the stockroom. It was great to see the team members supporting each other when the shop had a steady amount of traffic soon after opening!I ended up getting three new pairs of shoes. I started breaking in a pair yesterday, and my feet are already feeling so much happier! When checking out, Danelle made sure to get my basic info to start tracking by purchase history. She also let me know that after getting 12 full-price items, I get 25% off! After chatting with me at the counter while bagging my shoes and tissue-paper-wrapped dress, Danelle gave me a very warm farewell.I likely would’ve been a repeat customer because of the clothes and shoes, but I will DEFINITELY be returning because of the wonderful experience I had with Danelle and the rest of the Market Street Shoes staff. I mentioned I recently accepted a new job offer and was in need of some more business casual attire, and Sherry asked if I would consider looking at any of the clothing they had in stock. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical- as a plus sized person, a lot of smaller shops and boutiques cater only to more petite or straight sizing. However! I was able to walk out not only with my new shoes, but some very flattering and very nicely fitting tops and sweaters I could wear to the new job. Sherry was super friendly and personable, and it's clear she has a very good knowledge of what the store has in stock and its sizing. Thanks!!

Kelly is an absolute delight and orders Gnome socks for me all the time. I wore out a pair of Gnome socks in less than 3 months and I went back to buy the same pair, to my surprise they were out of stock and it was replaced with brand new inventory. I used to carry them on my lanyard and/or along with my badge, but it was all getting a lil too heavy.I had a couple employees try to help me although I’m sure my own ambivalence or lack of having any real idea of what kind I wanted discouraged them from going on a treasure hunt with me - not to knock them, they definitely tried to be helpful and were all very nice and professional, it’s me that is the problem, my friends.Well, the stars finally decided to align and I swear they could’ve been wearing a cape - Elijah comes out of the most electric blue and holy moly, the determination of this human. .. I told them I was being cheap and black was the ideal and of course, most coveted of the colors for such an accessory, but this did not hinder their endurance. After a couple of misses, Elijah finds me the most perfect multi-wear waist pack. It had one solid strap which is adjustable in any way imaginable and oh, so minimal and sleek. It was so perfect, I could cry. I didn’t, but I could have.So, to my super hero Elijah, thank you so much for dealing with my indecisive, ADHD brain and helping me walk a way with the Nike Sportswear Rebel Crosdbory in black, of course. Marcus Monaghan: This is the only retail store left in the area that treats people right. I’m there 15-20 times per month and customer service is always good. They are pleasant and willing to accept returns and honor price matches without any trouble.
Rathish Kumar Rajendran: One of my go-to stores is Target. It's always tidy and well-organized, and the staff is helpful if I can't find a product on the shelves. I appreciate the frequent email notifications about promotions and deals, and the wide range of products makes it easy to find what I need. I prefer using self-checkout at the end, which is quick and convenient, usually taking no more than 3 minutes. While the rewards program is moderate, overall, I highly recommend this store to my friends.

Nick Hardwick: This Target somehow got better ever since the ones in the U District and Ballard closed. Sure some items are behind locked doors, but the store is well staffed and well stocked so you're not waiting for long. Plus it's now full of actual security who can keep the insides safe from the out, so I feel even more safe going than before. If this is how big retail stores are headed in this area, can't say I'm disappointed with the results here.

Skyler Bissell: Delayed service on warranty replacement. Weird process that was 4-8 weeks long versus what could obviously be handled on-site a la Patagonia. Quality product with potential to get even better!
