Stefan Herzog: I showed up maybe 15 before close. Was looking for a specific color combo they didn't carry and Anthony went and tried to build custom to what I wanted, he could tell it wasn't exactly what I wanted and was low pressure sale only wanted a happy customer and encouraged me to check online and order direct to get something I would be happy with. He's a real pro and will take good care of anyone who walks through that door. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase here and from him in the future.

My Gucci store back home was the best, and I was eager to experience Gucci in the flagship Nordstrom. I was lucky enough to meet Blake the day I walked into the store. He was such a gem to work with. I felt completely cared for and everything Blake showed me was exactly my style. My first time there was just to browse, but then Covid happened and I was unable to get into the store. Blake texted me throughout the closure to check in on me and my partner and to send over some things he thought I would like. It was a huge deal that he took the time to reach out even though I hadn't made a purchase yet. Now that the store is back open I can't wait to get in and get that 1955 horsebit top handle bag I've been eyeing for months.

Abigail: I have consistently had excellent experiences at Market Optical. I see Dr. Cannon for optometry, and then buy my glasses at MO, and they are the absolute best. They're friendly, patient, informed, helpful, and they go out of their way to provide great customer service. They are expensive, but you get what you pay for! I recently got new glasses, opted to get a tinted lens, and then when the glasses arrived I realized I didn't like the aesthetics of the tint. They replaced the lenses with plain clear ones free of charge, no fuss at all. I've also dropped in a number of times to get frames fixed, and they're always happy to do it.Added bonus: they like my dog. Get your glasses here!

Phillip Salinas: If you are looking for a place to customize high end glasses look no further. Have taken multiple pairs of Jacques Marie Mage to Cameron and have never been disappointed! Cameron is patient and will collaborate with me on different ways to get a desired end product. The customer service here is unmatched, and I trust Cameron with all my limited edition pieces to get worked on or serviced. If I could give more stars I would.

Cem Hamami: Amazing customer service. I'd bought a pair of high quality acetate eyeglasses from them. 6 years later and they're still my favorite pair, but unfortunately the frame eventually developed a white residue that is normal for the acetate material. I brought it back to them with low expectations to see if anything could be done, and they took my glasses for a day and returned it back to me looking brand new!! They sanded and re-polished the entire frame, and were very kind to do it as a courtesy!!
Tahoe Sailing Charters: It is definitely difficult to run a glasses shop during a pandemic, especially as trying on glasses is such a big part of the experience... yet this place just exudes a wonderful caring energy. Anika helped adjust my moms glasses after they got tweaked during a medical scare. She did an excellent job and I just appreciate so much the overall experience I had there. These times are challenging enough, a little bit of human kindness just made me feel great today. Thanks

He always adjusts my glasses perfectly.. One pair was even from another store he saw they weren’t fitting well and offered to adjust them! Just really professional and they know what they are doing.

Adam Simer: Buying my glasses there the first time was such a wonderful experience and I was so happy to finally find a pair of glasses that I loved. I eventually ended up breaking them in half a year or so later and needed to get them repaired and they fixed them perfectly which prompted me to write this review. The people at the store are so kind and helpful and it is always a pleasure when I go there!!!

Adria Laboy: Gloria was amazing!!! We are so grateful for her I’m so glad I called. We had flown into Seattle for a cruise and my husband’s frame his glasses which was like a metal fish string had broke. I called and explained the situation and she told me to bring it in and she would take a look. Luckily we were right down the street and my husband went and she fixed it within 10 minutes. I’m so thankful because if not my husband would not have been able to see far and we are scheduled to go on a cruise to Alaska which has been his dream. They had their team help package a bag's box to my home as a customized experience because the box was too big for me to travel home with.With my remote experience , my reps are responsive to text and extremely helpful with transactions.
