Ina Stap: I suspect some negative reviews are written by cranky people having bad days. In my experience, the customer service at this location is better than other VS stores and I'm always approached by employees who seem happy to help! The most recent time I went in for returns, I was disappointed their fitting rooms just closed as I had a few items to try on. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier lady asked me how many items I had and opened up a room just for me, despite the store being so close to closing! ❤️

Suzanne Mackin: I bought my first bra of this brand from Nordstrom…beautiful shade of pink and the most comfortable easiest bra to wear all day I’ve ever had. I am a full figure 68 year old so comfort is important as well as fit and style. This bra has it all. Since then, I’ve ordered 3 more bras and her shaper shorts. Amazing company and friendly customer service. Highly recommend!

It fit like a dream but sadly once I got home I couldn't find it in my car or bags!a couple days went on and when I was preparing to back into my garage I noticed the bra on the floor! It had been run over several times by my car, and the wheel had been parked on it for a while. I put it through the wash and it was good as new!In summary, Anne is amazing, these bras are magic and WILL fit you no matter how oddly sized your breasts are, and they are great quality and will stand up to a lot of wear and tear. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a bra from Bella Materna.

These bras are the most comfortable to wear and you can tell they have put a lot of thought into designing for moms. Jack Tallman: I visited earlier today and I didn't quite catch the name of the person who was working the counter but they were very pleasant to talk with and I found my shopping experience to be very comfortable, the store has a decent collection of items as well.I bought a few pins from here that they have on display and had a nice little conversation about the Hermes art piece that was by the register.Would recommend shopping here to others and may be back when I find the need to.
Rebekah Murray: Really fantastic place, this was the first time I’ve been here and I’m definitely going back. They have great quality items, latex free dental dams, and a great assortment of BDSM products. They were very knowledgeable and welcoming, and the lingerie racks are based on size not style so it’s very easy to find what will fit you immediately. It’s also fairly manual wheelchair and walker accessible, I’m not sure how well a motorized wheelchair would fit though. They also do not have fitting rooms, so if you’d like to try on a lingerie top, make sure to wear a tank top.
Alex Hunt: Wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable staff, with a huge array of options. Their plus-size section is not only large, but does not skimp on quality, and is easy to find near the front of the store! Staff even made sure that we knew what was and wasn't included in each of the sealed items, so that we didn't get the 'wrong' item. Definitely A+

Karli Kotenko: Plus size available here. We spent a few hours looking up adult shops from Olympia to Seattle hoping to find a plus size garter belt. When we finally settled on Wild At Heart I was blown away by the availability of outfits in plus size! I went in for one thing and left with everything I had ever wanted. The store was so comfortable I didn’t feel a rush to leave so my husband and I found a lot of new things to try and it was an extremely positive experience and I can’t wait for my next trip to Seattle to see what else peaks our interest at Wild At Heart.

They not only had a very wide range and array of lingerie and bras and panties, but the swimwear was better than I’ve seen at many other stores. Especially for winter. They were having a sale to bring in new swimsuits in January and I lucked out on a very high-quality and well-made swimsuit that fits my super hard to find size. The staff was so lovely and helpful and made the whole experience fun. Honestly I can’t wait to go back and do some more shopping!

The thought of going into a major retailer again made me resigned to just wearing sports bras for the rest of my life. Luckily, I found this amazing place!Hailey was so incredibly warm, patient, knowledge, and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to book an appointment, the fact that the fitting was free, and that I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I was also really impressed by their generous return policy which made buying a few bras feel a lot less daunting because I know I can take them back if they don't work out. I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back!

They specialize in bra fittings and are very thorough.I have been fitted by a specialist at Nordstrom long ago and was surprised to find I was wearing the wrong cup size once I was fitted at the Pencil Test!They have a nice large selection of different brands.I highly recommend this small business boutique in downtown Renton.At the time of my visit, there was road construction in front. Street parking is available around the corner!

Kelly: Great place. Thought this was gonna be a little creepy because of the attached theatre, but it was nice and well lit and had a decent selection of toys. A lot of lingerie as well. The guy there was super friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to recommend me body-safe toys within my budget. All around a surprisingly great experience.

Lots of bondage items and lingerie and toys.The theatres do not have doors but some have curtains.Pretty clean, no odd smells, and friendly staff. Worth the walk from the Light Rail!

Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!
