If you seek a more generic service experience, head to Turgeon Raine or Tiffany’s, and pay 10x more for your diamonds and gold. This establishment is unapologetically authentic. Moti has a straightforward and direct demeanor, seemingly perceived as rudeness, and he is part of Swissa’s charm. Moti provides honest advice without sugarcoating things. If you or your significant other can't handle Moti - an old man with a 5 pound dog, who owns a small business with his wife of many years - can they really handle the hardships of life?Moti, similar to the iconic East Coast soup stand owner in Seinfeld portrayed by Larry Thomas in Season 7, Episode 6, is a unique character. I often tease him and eagerly anticipate his most "rude" responses that never fail to make me smile. They listened intently as we described what we were looking for and clearly had our best interests at heart. They even showed us options to save money. Their jewelry is beautiful. I went in with a bit of a punchy attitude, made jokes about my situation, etc. Both the man and the lady were around. They were helpful, chatty, and had an easy back and forth with each other--that kind of banter that can only comes from many years of marriage. They reminded me so much of my husband and me, and I can't help but hope to have that same report with my husband in 30+ years. I was in the store for probably an hour and a half--as they walked me through sizing, rings that best suit my diamond, etc. They were comfortable telling me that the rings I thought I wanted weren't well suited to my hands. Their attention to detail was excellent. I appreciated their honesty and directness. My rings came back beautifully, well within their estimated finish time. I encourage others to go in here knowing this couple is a little spicy, but they're very charming and do an amazing job.It feels really grown up to say something like "My Jeweler"... but, well, Swissa is now my Jeweler!

Recently I received a beautiful tourmaline stone and knew it needed an exceptional setting. I worked with Moti and Marianne to create a beautiful custom setting. Clean, sleek and classic. They were professional, kind and creative. Yes, Moti is a little abrupt but that is East Coast and I am from there. Both Moti and Marianne are nice people and do fantastic work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Donald Stoops: I had ruined my wedding ring being excited and wearing it before I got it sized. It fell off my finger and was ran over by heavy machinery at work.Dropped my ring off after work, sweaty, and dirty, they treated me with class and respect, and took exceptional care of my ring and myself when I dropped it off.They let me know pricing via text in less than 2 days and the gold smith had it repaired, customized, and fitted within the week. I was so surprised to be treated so well and can not praise them enough. My ring looks better than when I got it, and felt like I was a regular from the moment I walked in.Thanks, to everyone; I am sorry I do not remember their names, but top notch service.

She explained that they used to sell quite a few other brands, but had settled on selling only Nomos because of the high quality and reasonable prices they are known for. Already owning one and a big fan of this brand, I was impressed. Only people who are discerning tend to appreciate this understated brand. I highly recommend them to anyone considering a Nomos and I'd guess, based on other reviews and my experience, Fox's would be a good place to buy jewelry as well.

The ring turned-out perfect. This summer I decided to replace the center stone with a higher quality diamond than I could afford when I originally had it fabricated. Justine was very prompt, helpful and friendly. She found a great diamond, meeting all my criteria, exactly on budget, and my wife loves it. I highly recommend Fox's.

Megan Schutte: I brought my late grandmother's wedding band in for repair after her doctors cut and severely bent it while she was in the hospital. They unfortunately cut it directly in the middle of my grandparents' initials and wedding date that was engraved on the inside of the band. I brought the damaged band to a different jeweler for repair but they turned me away saying the repair was too risky and cautioned me that repairing the band would likely cause it to snap and destroy the ring altogether.Disappointed and unsatisfied, I took the ring to Turgeon Raine for a second opinion. They agreed to repair the band for me and assured me they'd take great care to preserve the engravings on the inside of the band. Truthfully, I had very low expectations going into the repair process and did not expect the engravings to survive given how the close they were to the cut. When I received my ring back, I was thrilled to see that they were not only able to repair the band, but they were able to perfectly preserve the engravings that I thought would be lost during the repair.I could not be happier with Turgeon Raine's team and the care they took to ensure that my grandmother's wedding band was restored to its original state. The ring looks so great that one would never know it had been cut and bent by the hospital staff. Thank you, Turgeon Raine, for exceeding my expectations and taking such wonderful care of my grandmother's wedding band!
