Kimo S: I have been going to Motion Stretch, SLU, for a few months now and very glad to have found the studio.Scheduling appointments here is a breeze. Appointments can be scheduled through the Motion Stretch app, MindBody app, or simply by texting them. Scheduling with the studio is very accommodating.Going in to the studio, you are greeted by their very professional and welcoming staff.I have been working with Ben and have had the best recovery by far to date. Ben is very detailed in explaining on what to expect before and during the stretch. Ben and the other Therapists do give tips on proper exercise form and stretches that clients can do on their own at home to further along their therapy progression.I always feel very light and recovered after every session. Ben does a great job addressing problematic symptoms as I'm sure the other therapists do.I also want to point out how the studio is clean and feels very welcoming. Stephanie Xie: Love the Pilates classes here! The instructors are great about correcting your form, giving different options, and explaining the moves so you don’t injure yourself. Out of all the studios I’ve tried I like the Pilates here the best!

Swechha Ghimire: This studio and the instructors are awesome! Sometimes the Pilates classes at studios can be super chaotic and demanding but I feel like the classes at Tribe are challenging but manageable!! The instructors are also really nice and explain how to do positions well! Sometimes the music isnt my fave but thats really my only complaint!

Jessica: has been super great at what they do and they always jump in to help correct my form when needed in a friendly and nonjudgemental way. I can already feel myself building strength and actually look forward to working out rather than dread it. The strong and lean class in the back room is also a great circuit based class using traditional weights, and I switch it up between that and the reformer light class throughout the week!

Monse Valdez: 10/10, absolutely recommend. Tribe is amazing. Wonderful instructors who will help you with your form, clean studio, great music and great class variety. I really like that Tribe feels like a community.Any questions you could possibly have are answered in their studio policies but the staff is incredibly friendly and wont hesitste to answer your questions

Helen Yamamoto: I was new to barre when I tried the studio and found the instructors and environment to be super welcoming. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and know their anatomy well, which is great for getting fine-tuned adjustments during class. I'd still be taking classes if I hadn't been forced to move back to CA!

Marketa Novakova: Love Pure Barre! I do the online/virtual classes, and I love the flexibility. You don't really need any equipment, but weights and some bands help get a better workout. I have been to in person classes before, but online classes allow for a busy schedule and can be easily tailored to home. I like that teachers are very positive, encouraging and also share modifications. I think they have figured out a great way to do virtual classes!

Susannah Major: I love this studio! Each instructor I’ve had is patient, encouraging, and very skilled in providing hands on adjustments to target the intended muscle group. The different varieties of classes keep things interesting, and all of the instructors are so knowledgeable - I truly feel like I learn something different from everyone I take class from. I've taken new friends to Tiffany's beginner class, and they have loved it - Tiffany does a great job of creating an inclusive environment for new to aerial yoga and ensuring no one feels embarrassed regardless of where they're at. I also love Fae's Intro to Play on Saturdays! Fae does an awesome job of creating a community of students helping each other learn new sequences and meeting new goals. Thanks CD Instructors for the awesome classes!Also, love the vibe of the CD studio and how many hammocks there are!

Ash Gamble: I've been attending classes for almost 4 months, 2 to 3 times a week at all the locations with a variety of instructors. According to my bmi, I am morbidly obese but with the exception of 1 instructor I have always felt very comfortable in the classes, aka no fat shaming vibes. It is great to go to a place and not feel fat shamed. I am actually fairly athletic despite my size. I weigh in at 220 lbs! I have been struggling with a tail bone injury and post covid vaccine neuropathy in one of my legs that has caused numbness, muscle instability, balance issues and often what seems like partial paralysis. I attended pt and had a bad experience so I decided to try hammock yoga to supplement my yoga practice at home. I'm in love with hammock yoga, it provides alternatives for me to be able to safely stretch and it has nearly solved all my neuropathy issues. My back, neck, and jaw pain which I have had my entire life are gone. My flexibility and strength are improving and I feel amazing. I know that I am not able to do all the movement with ease like a lot of other folks but instructors have helped me find alternatives and have given tips and tricks for me to be able to get into poses. I can't wait to continue to grow and lose some weight so I can be able to do some movements that my weight definitely impacts. I thought I was going to suffer with this neuropathy forever and this practice has saved me from that torture.

Even in the fall the smell of leaves, the squirrels running up the trees - and an excellent teacher - sooo fun and a perfect way to start the day, take in nature and learn the movements. The classes are held at a comfortable pace, allowing you the proper time to learn the movements in a very non-judgemental environment.I experience immediate results after each class, feeling lighter and so much more relaxed. Thai Chi class on Thursday is one of my favorites! It's very engaging and I enjoy the energy aspects of it as well. Monday night core strengthening is wonderful too!I'm very pleased with the gradual build up of strength and flexibility that I am starting to see. The investment of time and money dedicated to this practice is well worth it for me personally.Lastly, I want to mention how much I appreciate the beautiful energy and pure joy that Master Diep exudes. The space is nice with all the necessary equipment and you cannot beat their location on 5th Ave.

I had been experiencing pain walking and had been referred to a different PT clinic that made me want to bypass PT all together, but when the pain got to be too bad I found HIDEF PT.Dr. David Beske did an amazing job making me feel comfortable during our sessions, utilizing different modalities of care such as cupping and manual techniques, and found ways to make the exercises engaging and enjoyable. David is personable, compassionate, and an expert in his field. Thanks to him my pain is gone and I am able to manage my symptoms if I have any flareups.Hopefully I don't need their services any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call.

Hovni Singh: Noelle was very attentive and catered each therapy session based on my feedback of how my injury felt at the time. As someone who plays a lot of sports and gets injured often, Noelle helped build my ankle strength back to where it used to be. After spraining my ankle pretty badly for the second time in a year, I was able to get back to my sport in about 2-3 weeks. And after each session at HiDef I could feel my ankle improve each week. Highly recommend if you do a lot of high intensity physical activity!
