Mercer Court: what do users think?

L Sequeira: UW Seattle campus - Beautiful campus, beautiful layout, architecture and greenery.

Artun Duman: Pretty but pricey

Ian Fink: you'll have the convenience of campus housing paired with actual privacy and a usable kitchen you can't find in the dorms. The issue is the price. UW prices their housing not as it should, as tax-subsidized affordable student housing, but as above-market-rate shared apartments. If you were to share a modest apartment with a roommate elsewhere in udistrict, you would likely be paying nearly half what you can expect at UW. Of course there are caveats in that it's far easier to get an university apartment, but if money is an issue I'd advise looking elsewhere.

These events offer a great opportunity for residents to meet their neighbors and make new friends. The only potential downside to Hub U district is that it is a bit pricey but considering the location and quality of the apartments and amenities, it's worth the cost. Hansee Hall: what do users think?

Jose Diaz: Basic housing. Bring fan for summer!

Shea Engle: Super quiet. Easy place to keep to yourself.

Brittany Akkurt: Beautiful legacy community on campus - knowm as the Harry Potter building. It even has 4 separate common rooms. Pianos are always being played beautifully by students and studying can be seen in all of the little nooks.

Matthew: Very beautiful and cool old building, and if I were a student at UW that's where I'd want to live.

Elaine Pan: Quiet and beautiful dorm to stay, even got the piano at the lobby, love it!

Ezr ider: Beautiful

Minh Nice: 10/10 would not live in again

Ryker Wakeley: Lived here for 3 years, wouldn't trade my single for anything.

Stanley Janicki: Seriously the coolest dorm on campus! Lived here for a year and found it to be just a really nice time. A quite dorm but everyone was friendly and it felt like such an old school experience. 10/10 would recommend living here if you like a low key quite dorm.

Treven Nielsen: Quite, room to yourself. Communal bathrooms and kitchens. Most amenities are very old and dated.

Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle University District: what do users think?

jodie liu: The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good and close to various restaurants. About 15 mins walk from the hotel to the quad of UW. Staffs are friendly and love to help. However, the breakfast is awful. I feel sorry to say that, but it’s true. As we pay $200usd/night with breakfast, we expect some cooked bacons or real meat sausages, and waffles or pancakes except white bread slices. Is it too much?

David Allendorf: The rooms are what you’d expect from Marriott. My daughter and I picked a nice quiet one. We were going to an event at the Neptune theater on April 12. Very convenient location. What stood out was the service. To a person every employee we came across had a very warm greeting. It was genuine, and you could tell it was ingrained into the culture. This place certainly makes that a priority, which is a reflection of its management. Thank you for making it a very pleasant stay!

Karen Ballantyne: Rooms: 4/5

Connor Tilley: Front desk was very kind to us - we had a strange situation arise and they were super accommodating. Just a lovely space also.Service: 5/5 …

Lander Hall: what do users think?

Orlin Henderson: Great dormitory on UW campus. Houses a Pagliacci among a few other campus dining options. Conveniently located in the heart of West Campus within walking distance of “the Ave,” among many other campus amenities. The 70 bus, which runs from downtown through east lake to the U district station and back, stops out front along campus parkway. As does the 49 which runs from downtown through Cap Hill to U district station and back.

Richard Hughes: As college dorms go this is newer and hence better than many. Stand alone it is a utilitarian but highly functional place for freshmen students. Kitchens and community rooms on every floor. Elevators can be a challenge with such a large population, but stairs keep you fitter 😀 well located for campus. The older and frankly much less nice Northern dorms are being refinished or rebuilt and by now might be better, but Lander was a good choice.

Piero Casanova: I've been here more than my actual dorms

Maple Hall: what do users think?

james lee: It good 👍

CJ Zalubil: party in room 723

Cooper Ku: Comfortable dormitory

A J: on each room floor. Three study rooms per floor. Lots of windows and light filtering through theoughout. Fairly decent size closet per student in each room. Bathroom pretty small footprint in each room. Chartreuse, maple and black decor elements. Trash room for landfill, compost and recycling tucked away in a corner of of each floor. Engineering oriented students tend to reside here. Tricky to access the front door by car as Campus Parkway is two, divided one-way streets.

Lili Peraza: great

Nordheim Court: what do users think?

fredo torres: Very good place.

Kimberly: It's nice with good amenities, but quite expensive. It's also a blessing and a curse that your roommates are placed by the leasing office... If you're not able to pick them yourself, your results may vary.

Jordan Barr: Best place to live! The only downside is that you have to climb mount everest to get to class in the mornings. Unless you want to wait for the bus....that is always full.

Skyler Gonsalves: Nice place to live! It's an apartment complex owned and maintained by the University of Washington. It's stylistically modern with high vaulted ceilings and large open counter space in both the kitchens and bathrooms.
