Ballard Pool: what do users think?

Pepper Harris: When you walk in the chlorine smell is very strong, locker rooms were a little musty not not too bad. Pool itself was fabulous, there was a diving board, a slide and a rope swing. There was a swimming test required to use these water features but it was a simple backstroke across the with of the pool. They also had a very decently sized hot tub.

Lala: Great building and amenities, friendly staff, central location

Carlie Phillips: Basic neighborhood indoor pool. Offers a good range of times for classes, lap swims, and open swim. The hottub/spa is only 2 feet deep. Lockers in bathrooms.

Lowery C. "Pop" Mounger Pool: what do users think?

J G: One of the best outdoor pools in Seattle. Lots of fun, and always clean.

Yaneth Lovo: Love the pools for the kids

Gus Rinehart: Good

L L: Great place to swim

P DH2: Great pool to come hangout at and swim with my family.

Johnny Ray: Great community pools that is a hit with the kids. The older kids swim in the larger pool while the younger kids tend to stick with the smaller, warmer pool. They have classes for all ages and the staff is friendly.

Laural Miller-Klein: Lovely outdoor swim lessons.

Johana Warrick: This was the very first place I swam when I was a few months old 22 years ago. I haven't been able to leave the water ever since. There is nothing better than the water. I remember taking my very first swim lessons with my 1x1 instructor... Later went to Queen Anne Pool since he had moved there, but still plenty of good memories at this pool

Helene Madison Pool: what do users think?

Kirk Mason: This is one of my happy places. The water is perfect and the people working there are awesome.

Peter Makosi: My kids enrolled for swimming classes we are excited great pool nice people

Debi Grace: I attend water aerobics and love the instructors.

Shrikant Prabhu: Love this pool for my kids . No need to book in advance but timings can vary all of sudden so call before you go every time

Lucy Pearce: I’m taking adult swim classes here to improve my technique and learn front crawl. Our teacher Oliver is the best! I had to call out sick tonight and they give you a pass to practice at an open swim session. Wish there were more private changing stalls but that’s a small inconvenience. The water is warm too. The front desk person is lovely. And if you are into the nostalgia of going to a pool as a kid in the 80s, this fulfills that.

Robert Finley: Water aerobics class is nice..Good instructor and great location.

Robin B: Great pool

Roberta Gigi Carr: Did my survival class here. Nice and clean.

Chris Turner: Love the people and the pool. The only problem I have is that when the water exercise instructor is called to fulfill lifeguard duties or is out sick we get to the pool only to find that we need to turn around and go home. It's very frustrating. I don't live near the pool so it's an odyssey to get there. They used to let us stay and do our own water exercise at no charge when there was a problem with the class but the last month if you want to do that they still charge which seems unreasonable to me.

Richie Magpayo: Kiddo taking swim lessons here. He loves it. Old facility but still great with an awesome staff of lifeguards, swim instructors, and helpful reception people.Plenty of parking, clean restrooms.

Raymar Maranon: Nice and clean pool! Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Evergreen Community Aquatic Center: what do users think?

Kim Chi Ngo: . Every month you sign up. There's no guarantee you'll get a spot as it's first come first serve, but current kids get priority registration earlier than non students. So then sometimes you end up picking a bad slot just to try to a good slot next time. Because of that, you may end up with different teachers every time which is not ideal imo for learning to swim. Most of the teachers follow a very set routine plan for the lessons, and don't stray from it even if your kid can do 3/4 things really well and needs to focus on just 1 thing. The price isb$9/lesson and you pay for all the lessons for the month regardless of whether or not you attended. You get what you pay for i guess. That said, there are some staff that are more permanent than others and I've had great experiences with a number of the staff here. My only other gripe is that students in lessons can swim for free and practice during public swim. HOWEVER little kids need adults obviously and the adult is not free when accompanying a student. So I basically can't help my kid practice the skills he's learning without also paying 7 dollars each time.

Jim Lasersohn: Rare find: a 9 lane 25 yard pool in town. Not too hot or cold pool temp. Spacious change and shower room.

John Michael Yasutake: Hidden gem!

Ania M: Place needs to be updated but my daughter loved her instructors. Fun people working there!

Christopher Guizlo: Fantastic facility for swim lessons for kids.

Georgia Edward: It’s your average community pool- open swim, lap swim, etc.

Swedish Birth Center: what do users think?

Jessica Perilman: I highly recommend this facility! I had a scary labor due to a complete tie in the umbilical cord but every nurse and doctor moved quickly and calmly. They kept me informed and took amazing care of me and my baby. From labor to recovery we were cared for perfectly. I will only deliver future children here.

Rachel Patterson: were all coordinated together so I wasn't disturbed for blocks of three hours. This is just one example of how my time here was so much better than at Northwest. Love the nurses and doctors. Felt listened to and well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Would 100% recommend Swedish over Northwest.

Jessica Roush: and it was a great experience. Was scheduled for induction and Dr Zhou and nurse Sophie were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and had a calming presence. The wing for C sections and scheduled inductions was in general pretty quiet and chill and seemed like the nurses and docs could take their time on us while we were there. As of Fall ‘22, Covid protocol still in place but more lax than peak-pandemic

Isabella Goodwin: I had a pretty long stay at Swedish during my pregnancy & delivery and I have nothing but love for these nurses and doctors. From antepartum, l&d, post partum, and now the NICU we have had the BEST care. Every nurse I had was amazing, they genuinely care. During a very difficult and stressful time in my life, I’ll always remember how these people only made it better and not worse. So thankful for the entire Swedish team

Angelee J: . Emily, Megan, Lisa were truly wonderful. Emily Hazan, midwife, and nurses who were present during delivery, Leah, Gretchen, Kelsey, and Natalie were amazing, compassionate, and kind people and I had a great birthing experience. It took a big turn for the worst when I was handed off to Joanna Gacek, RN, who was there for the night shift. It was a nightmare with her putting a lot of pressure with her long check-lists. She also took nearly an hour after I tried multiple attempts to come help me. She also wouldn't listen and wouldn't even help me get warmer clothing for my baby. Instead, she went on tirades about glycemic control and hypoglycemia. It really was 7 hours of hell. She also told me that she would be back the following night.I narrated my awful experience to Katie Bohner, who informed me that Joanna wouldn't be back and another nurse would come in to check the following night. Katie took care of me during the day while I was there. Katie gave great care and was professional. She really listened and tailored her care to my needs. Others nurse practitioners who came in to check baby were great too.

Casey Rasmussen: and the random weird reviews people write that feel pretty far from reality.

vero M.: Thank you for this amazing and beautiful experience!!The care and attention given to my son and I was a true experience! I was alittle hesitant because of the bad reviews but my siblings were born at this hospital same campus and decided to give birth and hope for the best! I enjoyed the view, food and the special care especially when my son was having a hard trying to come to this world. I came out alittle traumatized due to the pain of the tubes that were inserted but it was all for my son to be safe.

Faris Mango: Had an amazing experience with my son’s birth. There were parking spots reserved for expecting mothers right by the elevator of the main parking garage on Broadway.I can’t say enough about the nurses there who made a huge difference for my wife and I. They were amazing women and I am forever grateful to them. Thank you soooooo much!

Northwest Women's Healthcare: what do users think?

Kritika Singh: You can trust there guidance, facility, availability and services. It was my first first baby and Dr. Wendy Lorentz was really great. She almost answered all my doubts every time and arranged all test on time and always shared precise guidance. She is really great along with Northwest facility.

Jess Davis: What a fantastic clinic. Very polite, informative, and responsive medical staff. They do care here differently and better than other OBGYN clinics.

Courtney Macer: I have had nothing but great experiences here, on the GYN and OB side. I saw Clare Christensen for gynecological care first. She was kind, thorough, and so attentive. Then I saw Dr. Chen throughout my pregnancy. She has such a warm bedside manner. I felt very confident in her care and appreciated that she always left time for unrushed questions. Finally, I saw Dr. Bar-Joseph for my delivery at Swedish. Delivery is an interesting time as a patient because you're asked to make more decisions on the spot than you would in other medical settings. Dr. Bar-Joseph was very patient and empathetic in explaining options, and I always felt respected. I credit my positive feelings about my delivery to her calm approach -- I never felt out of control, even when plans had to change to protect baby's health. To top it off, the front desk staff made scheduling easy, and they were very accessible in helping me navigate billing questions after delivery. I cannot speak highly enough about my care at Northwest Women's Healthcare!

Kimberly Kreines: Amazing care and genuine human connection.

Sarah Jackson: Great clases and flexible costs!! They have an incredible comunity of moms and are always posting activities for you and your kids.

Shruti Goins: FIT4MOM is life changing! I started with my daughter when she was 6 months old and I not only found something that got me out of the house in the winter, I loved every second of it. This is the first time in my entire life that I've enjoyed working out; it's now just a regular part of my daily life. I love how it shows my daugther what strong looks like, and how exercise is fun. And we come home with tons of new songs to sing to boot. The incredible village of moms that build FIT4MOM Eastside are so supportive. They step forward to give advice when asked, but also lean over to lend a shoulder to cry on. There is never any judgement; just friendship. There are also weekly playdates and monthly moms night out to really cement friendship. This mom-focused program has helped me push myself past what I thought I was physically and mentally capable of. I cannot thank Erin enough.

jessica falkner-horine: I love FIT4MOM Eastside, we joined when my little was 7 months old. Great workouts, great community and great friends! They even have FREE kids playdates each week!

Jamie Lynn Ambrose: Fit4Mom Eastside has been such a saving grace for me as a mom. I started when my first was 11 months old and I wish I had found them sooner. Not only did I meet an amazing village of moms who were supportive and friendly and welcoming, but I stayed fit throughout my pregnancy with my 2nd and had a blast doing it! This is a great community to show your kids the importance of exercise - my daughter loves to do her workouts and she loves seeing all the ladies and her friends at classes. I also completed a few sessions of Body Back after my 2nd was born and not only did I lose all the baby weight, plus more, but I am strong and I have more energy than ever before which is helpful for chasing two kiddos around. The instructors are amazing - friendly, gentle and so encouraging!

Alaina Barcello: FIT4MOM Eastside was a lifesaver when I became a new mom! Great workouts, lots of other moms to talk to and share stories with and fun friends for my kiddos. As my kids grow, there are multiple programs available to grow with us. There are so many classes offered daily that it's easy to find one that works for our schedule!

Shannon Snyder: FIT4MOM has been apart of my life for over 3 years. I started when Lincoln was 8 weeks old at Stroller Strides, did FIT4BABY when pregnant with Ashby, and followed up with Body Back. Every program has met me where I was and challenged me to be the best! These women have become my village and I can’t thank them enough for helping me in the hardest job I’ve ever had, mom!

Lauren Goldberg: Fit4Mom Eastside is fantastic! Not only do I get a great workout but have met some amazing mamas and built a community. I highly recommend checking out the classes.

Jenny Leak Miller: I joined Stroller Strides when my firstborn was 15 months old. The instructors are strong, pumped, and so much fun! They offer classes at a variety of locations and times. Why did I wait so long?! I feel MUCH stronger after a couple of months, and love starting my day working out where I can bring my toddler. ❤️

Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle: what do users think?

Mary: I started seeing Carli at Arrow PT for a pulled back muscle that just wasn't resolving. She truly listened and combined that with her expertise to hone in on the issue and determine the best way to proceed. Through a treatment plan that evolved as I progressed my back not only feels100% better, but I am also stronger than before we started. Carli's expertise and positive motivation resolved a painful issue that others couldn't. Thank you, thank you!

Joseph Giampietro: I have worked with Kerry Mauri on multiple Physical Therapy needs over the last 10 years. She is a great therapist because of her depth of knowledge, commitment to her clients and an enthusiastic attitude to encourage me to keep moving forward.I look forward to her help in the future as I attempt to age with grace!Joe Giampietro

Zachary Shalla: , knee pain

joe windemuth: I went to See Kerry at Arrow PT for a hip impingement issue I sustained playing capture the flag with my kids scout troop. The combination of Physical Therapy with Kerry and a Cortisone shot from my Doctor has delivered a pain free hip. Kerry's knowledge of the way the body's muscles work together and how to isolate the problem areas to strength them is fantastic. She is an expert in her field and I will be coming back to see her if/when I injure myself again!

Alexander Nessel: Corley is an outstanding physical therapist that is absolutely worth seeing!!! When I was having trouble making improvements with recovery from hip surgery, Corley identified some key ways to help me make breakthrough improvements, helped get me back to running, and helped me make massive improvements getting back to lifting weights and sports. She’s very patient, does a great job explaining what to do and why, and is most importantly focused on getting results!

Julia Rolla: I found Arrow PT when I was experiencing hip pain that was inhibiting me from running. I tried another PT place, but wanted a more aggressive approach and that’s exactly what I found with Kerry. Kerry has been my PT all summer and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She gave me workouts, hands on manual massage therapy, and a “return to run” program that altogether has guided me back over 3 months to finally being able to run again - my happy place.I also had a separate session with Carly related to my hip pain as well as back pain I was experiencing. She was phenomenal and gave me hands on work outs to help me back strength as well. Both of these ladies fully hear my concerns and take into account the other active hobbies I do, in case they need modification as well. I HIGHLY recommend Kerry and Carly if you are looking for an aggressive physical therapist who takes in the whole picture!

Will Niccolls: Carli is really good. She is obviously an athlete herself and has a great understanding of treating patients. I had some left knee pain and Carli was fantastic helping diagnose, treat and give me a plan for strengthening the quadriceps to help the knee pain.

Liz Walker: I’ve been seeing Carli for a head injury and she has been incredible! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful even with a few setbacks I’ve had along the way. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve learned something new with easy tools I can implement on my own to further my healing. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs! 10/10

Glenn Malecki: Have had an excellent experience working with Carli. Carli has worked with me to create a plan to meet my functional goals but also to create a plan that I will be consistent with. She’s made her self available via FaceTime countless times to answer any questions about exercises. Would recommend Carli to anyone that may have injuries or athletes looking to meet some goals.

Jacob Klitzke: Kerry at Arrow Physical Therapy is a genius. She has helped me solve a number of problems when other physical therapists in the area couldn't. She has a knack for asking the right questions to fully understand what might be causing a problem, and provides excellent explanations and reasoning for every plan of care. Most importantly, Kerry is a great listener. I never feel as though I wasn't heard or my ideas weren't taken seriously. I will continue to visit Kerry at Arrow anytime I need physical therapy.

Susan Anderson: Finding Kerry Mauri as my PT was and continues to be life altering. I have a congenital hip issue that has caused pain for most of my life. As I aged into senior status, I became increasingly unable to function as I wished. A friend, also a senior, credits her own full recovery from a bad back injury and continuing relief from age-related osteoarthritis to Kerry, and recommended her without reservation. On my first visit, in fall of 2021, Kerry evaluated my posture and gait, noted the problems, asked questions about pain then began her treatment. As well as working on my body, she also customizes home exercise routines and keeps me motivated to improve. Kerry's exceptional expertise, accurate assessment, guidance and follow-up continue to help me as a client on a monthly basis. Kerry is a woman of many talents not the least of which is compassionate application of her PT brilliance. Anyone facing the physical challenges of aging would benefit from working with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Kerry Mauri is giving me back my life.

Nick Bennett: Carli was great! Really honed into the main issue and used many tactics to address not only the issue at hand but surrounding issues that lead to the limited movement in my shoulder. I highly recommend seeking out treatment with Arrow Physical Therapy.

Brian Neville: This place is great. Everyone is so competent, pleasant to be around, and overall jsut good people. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my old body just won't completely heal!

Landon Miller: Kerry Mauri helped me return to running from a femoral acetabular impingement, that a orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with and told me I would never be able to train seriously again. After working with her I am back to full time training in running and her work has allowed me not only to return to what I used to be able to do, but I feel like a stronger more efficient runner as a result of her PT!

Cindy Guan: . Kerry’s hands-on approach and tips for at-home care were very helpful. I’ve seen drastic improvements since.

Kristin Likus: Carli has been a wonderful physical therapist for my 12 year old daughter! From the start, she has communicated clearly and very directly to my young athlete. She has empowered my daughter with information on how best to heal from her injury, and how to safely move forward, in the strongest way possible, as she returns to her sport. My daughter and I have both enjoyed Carli's enthusiastic spirit, and look forward to weekly therapy sessions. Without hesitation, I give Carli 5 stars!

Monica Fliflet: Kerry is the best. I started working with her following ACL reconstruction after a tennis injury. When I started at Arrow Physical Therapy, I was really lacking confidence in my knee and my ability to play tennis again. I did not know how to get to the next step in my rehab process. Kerry created a comprehensive and detailed rehab plan for helping me return to tennis. After working with her and following this plan for several months, I could tell a huge difference in my strength, balance, speed, and overall confidence in my knee.Kerry is a phenomenal physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful about how she approaches treatment, and just wonderful to work with. Not only did Kerry provide me with the tools to help with my rehab, but she was extremely encouraging and positive about my progress which helped me tremendously. With Kerry's guidance and encouragement, I am now back to playing tennis and feeling stronger than ever. I cannot recommend Arrow Physical Therapy enough!

Lydia Hayek: Carli Kavanagh is an outstanding PT . I was very concerned about an increasing back pain and worried it may be something sinister. She listened carefully to my worries, did an extremely thorough assessment and explained in detail what she suspected my problem was and how to address them . My pain was gone in 2 weeks. She resolved my sciatica also with her dry needling technique. She is friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my sessions with her

Kirsten Wolff: I have been with Kerry for the last two years as we worked through my diagnosis of osteoarthritis, the subsequent anatomic replacement surgery of my shoulder and the many months of physical therapy which followed. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry’s expertise, insight and empathy. I am truly appreciative of her care.

Taqdees Gohar: Nice view especially at night and during sunset. Gives you three rounds for $20/person. Atmosphere is nice as well with a lot of food places nearbyVisited on Weekday Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended No …

Antonio: If you been on a giant ferris wheel they are all the same basically. Orlando, Myrtle Beach, Vegas, London... this 1 in Seattle is good for directions tho. You will never get lost if you see the wheel. To the left is the ferry. To the right is the aquarium. Behind it is the Market place and the monorail back to the airport. Further right past the aquarium is Olympic Park and past that is the space needle. I walked it all. From the wheel to the space needle is a 30 minute walk. It's a very simple city. The only attraction on the pier really is the wheel. They are building more stuff. But I expected a little more. Like the area has the look. Like if you ever been to Mt Rushmore, Wisconsin dells, Myrtle... there's go carts, zip lines, mini golf, arcades, Rollercoaster, sling shots... Seattle pier just has the wheel and the aquarium for the most part. And a few places to eat. I can walk from 1 end to the other end of the strip in 10 minutes. Anyways. The wheel is nice. But that's all that's really there.
