We worked with Liran and Alan mostly, and the follow-up is so great. Almost a year later, and there have been a few minor fixes, but they've been following up and fixing anything that came up afterward. Can't really ask for more in terms of honesty and making sure their product is to a customer's satisfaction.

Donna Howard: I don't even know where to begin. Liran, the owner of Level Up, saved me from a disaster of a small bathroom/kitchen renovation I had started with another contractor. It quickly became apparent that this person was over their head, but by then my kitchen and bathroom were in a shambles and I was in a panic. Liran responded to my initial inquiry quickly and calmly, and came out within 24 hours to look at the project and give me his honest assessment. He was willing to tell me what the other person wasn't...that my 95-year-old house needed more than just the small job I had planned because there were problems with wiring, plumbing and code violations that were exposed as things had been removed. It felt very overwhelming, and this is where his vision and his demeanor came in really handy. He walked me through the process as we went, helping me to make decisions on design, colors and fixtures. He has a pleasant personality and is great to work with. He manages his own crew of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc., so can keep things moving along. They all did excellent work and made sure I had all the information I needed to think of not only my current needs but also the next 20 years. And, most importantly, Liran was in constant contact with me, even when I left town for vacation, to make sure I was aware of what was happening and what the next steps were. What started as a nightmare of a project ended up being much less so due to the trust he allowed me to have in him and his team. I cannot recommend him enough.

Elliot May: I bought my Marquis hot tub eight years ago and I have been very happy with it. I recently moved my tub in my yard and it stopped working. I called Seattle Hot Tubs and I ended up talking to Ryan. He spent an hour with me on the phone helping me test different parts of the tub with my multimeter. We determined that a tech needed to look at it. It cost $400 and a heating element plus a couple of other parts. I couldn't be happier as a new 2/3 person tub is just just over $7,500. Seattle Hot Tub Company you rock!

Even though the warranty excludes a number of items, even on the top models, we decided to take a leap of faith in the Marquis brand and Seattle Hot Tub’s customer service reviews. Cw Mott: Two years ago Eric visited my 40,000 gallon, fifty year old Seattle pool. The plaster was well etched. His glasscoat price exceeded a new skim coat, but after visiting completed jobs, I became convinced that glasscoat would be lower maintenance and longer lived.Six months later the scheduled job was completed in a timely fashion by the Ole team with Eric's continued participation. Unanticipated issues were easily resolved and Ole himself visited for an a la carte "old hand" filter adjustment and QC confirmation. Since then I have asked for advice and insights and have been enthusiastically received. I have the feeling that if an issue arises, Eric, Ole and the team will be attentive to my needs and their responsibilities.After two winters, pool looks good. Cleaning is easier with an electronic vacuum purchased after completion. It's a funny business requiring experience and a willingness to attack the issues. These guys do that. Five Stars!

Domenick Dellino: Looking for a Hot Tub—Olympic’s the place to go.First, let me say that I am the kind of guy—like many of you reading this—who is keen on researching major purchases. Replacing my 30 year-old hot tub was no exception. I visited 3 major hot tub stores in my area and “wet tested” 7 different tubs. Once I was mostly over the sticker-shock, I was determined to find the best value for the money irrespective of cost. But as always, the only thing more important than value to me is the way I’m treated and respected as a customer, not only at the sales level, but also as reflected in company policy.During my quest for the replacement tub I found that every sales person was extremely nice and accommodating, but I got the best, most honest feeling from David Bayless at Olympic Hot Tub. By “most honest” I mean I felt he put my needs and concerns first and truly wanted to find the solution that worked best for me. Over several visits, David explained everything in no-nonsense and no-pressure terms.At first, for example, I was a bit skeptical of the salt system that generates most of the sanitation for the hot tub. David explained the chemistry to me and invited me to test the system. After nearly a month of use, it not only is completely odorless, my skin has never felt better.Getting it in position was also not trivial, because removal and replacement required a crane that could lift the tubs OVER our three-car garage from the street. About an eighty foot reach. David was there on his day-off to oversee the adventure, deliver the final chemicals for setup, and document the feat in pictures for me.In the closing, there was a minor mixup with the financial payment, but the company stood behind it and—even at a cost of about $1,000—they graciously took the hit.I couldn’t recommend Olympic Hot Tub more highly, not only for their superior customer service mentality, but also the quality of their products. Do your research, but be sure to include a visit to David at Olympic.

It obviously needed some love, but I did not even know the model, serial number, or really anything about it. Taco Doctor: Growing up in the Endoline/Fauntleroy neighborhood in the 90's was awesome. All the neighbor kids would come over to my house in the morning and we would put our bikes in the truck and pack in a d my mom would drive us to the top of Lincoln. We would ride along the beach and then spend the whole day here. This is where i learned to swim. Its a nice salt water pool. It completely fried my 9 year old hair from going every day in the summer but that was easy to fix with hair conditioner.When we were done, we'd bike through the park. Eating black berries as we went. We'd eventually end up back on the block. Slowly going home for dinner. Man, i miss those lazy days of endless summer afternoons.

Anna Artamonova: It was a really fun experience. I got my lifeguarding certification, and the instructors taught us everything really well and efficiently. Sam was a very informative instructor, and Brian was very helpful during the pool section of the lessons. I learned a lot, and I am very grateful to the staff for teaching us and helping to get my certification!

Alicia Lee: 1:1 lesson is really the way to go for kids to learn how to swim. I have 3 boys learning how to swim currently and I love their established curriculum as well as all their instructors who are all very good with kids and teaching them how to swim. I also appreciate their transparent scheduling system and very organized manner that the whole program is ran which can only result from staff who are dedicated and experienced in the business. I plan on getting the boys in the program until they are "swim team ready".
