I emailed AquaQuip and received an email response shortly after. It was after work hours - evening. Instead of recommending I make an appt for someone to come to my house, he called and walked me thru trying to figure out the issue. With his help it's working again! Who does that - especially these days?! I am blown away with the fantastic customer service I received. I won't even consider using any other company if I have any further issues in the future.

Everynight it not only gives a great message, but tingles my nervous system like I was watching the birth of one of my children! It completes your life! Without a question, it is the best $10,000 I spent in my entire life! If you don't own one, you are really missing out on one of the great pleasures in life. Don't hesitate, get one.
