Kayla: I have gotten a few airbrush spray tans at Seattle Sun tan and have always loved my results. The color and coverage always turns out great! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable. They provide detailed post tan instructions that are very easy to follow.

D. Benson: I’ve been coming to the Ballard location for years. It’s clean, equipment is well maintained, employees are welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They offer memberships which come with some really great perks and several package options, they have a variety of tanning levels as well as other services plus a good selection of products. Employees are always willing to answer questions and explain different options with absolutely no pressure. Location is great with plenty of shopping nearby.🔴 I wanted to use my perks for $50% off an entire purchase but was unable to connect to the app when I made the purchase so employees were nice enough to give me the 50% off and allow me to bring in a screenshot when I was able to connect to the app. I later realized my perks had expired; entirely my fault for not noticing. When I let employees know, they called the manager and manager gave me the discount anyway. Fantastic customer service!

Rachelle Hallock: which i usually don’t but i’ve been working 6am-9pm the past few weeks and i got off early today and was very excited the i could finally get a tan in for once this week, and I walked in she was very short with me the whole time, which again i’ve never experienced with anyone at this location, I politely told her i wanted 8 min on tanning bed 10, and said “Well of you could just hurry up we close in 7min, don’t take forever getting undressed and dressed” When she could have said something under the lines of, hey if we could do 6 minutes instead for you today, that would be very helpful since we close in 7 min, sorry for any inconvenience. Michelle: I have been to a few different salons over the years and felt they were pretty much the same across the board as far as customer, service, cleanliness, etc. That was until I went to the Redmond Seattle suntan location… The customer service I received was above, and beyond what I had ever experienced in the past, the salon was absolutely spotless, and even more impressive because it is bigger than all I’ve visited in the past.Thank you for your hated work!!
