I'm so glad I came here for my first tattoo it was a great decision. During the tattoo process the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Jacob was so good he would always ask me how I was doing and helping me to get distracted of the pain since it was my first time. When the final session was done, I was speechless with the results. Christina Hirschman: I was referred to Dzul Ink by a friend from work. After looking at the artwork on their website I knew that I wanted Alex to do my dark romance book tattoo. I didn’t have a picture of what I wanted I only new what elements I wanted in the tattoo and the placement. When I had my first art workup sit down, I was blown away by what they came up with. They were great at offering changes to the design so it would accentuate the part of my body it was going on. They were never pushy or uncooperative when I suggested changes or tweaks to the design. During the tattoo process the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. Alex was great he would always ask how I was doing and if I needed a break. When the final session was done, I was speechless with the result. I love every bit of it!! Alex truly captured the dark theme that I wanted and really made the elements come alive. I am already talking to him about my next tattoo. I would highly recommend getting your next/first tattoo with them. You will not be disappointed!

The only thing keeping this from a 5-star is that I ended up having to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time as the artist was running very late, and wish I could have gotten that time back, but otherwise, this is a phenomenal studio and a talented team.When the tattoo gods tell me what my next tattoo should be, I'll head on back to Dzul!

Jesse is great at putting clients at ease—his attentive approach, openness to feedback, and skill in creating a comfortable atmosphere during the intimate tattooing process are unmatched. Dark Age stands out in acknowledging and valuing client opinions, making it my top choice in the city. And, of course, the artwork is stunning, but that's a given.

Kaylyn Springer: I had my daith pierced here and had the smoothest experience! Josh was my piercer and was super kind, listened to all my questions and gave a lot of good advice. Josh also kept totally cool when I got super nervous right before the pierce LOL but it was fast and easy, and the piercing looks literally perfect. I highly recommend this shop for piercings!
Scott Sworden: Slave to the Needle is a clean and professional establishment. Daniel #bloodminer is my tattoo artist. I highly recommend Daniel and this shop. His honest and clear approach to his art refreshing. He has taken my ideas and guided me through the entire sleeve process. He is a master of his craft and myself and my family couldn't imagine being tattooed by anyone else.

Lets just say that I realised that I was a fan of Fat Chris’ work before I knew who he was, and by fate or coincidence I ended up moving to the city where he owns and operates a tattoo shop. In further research I realised the subject matter I wanted for a tattoo is pretty much his forte. They invited a few guest tattoo artists from out of state, one of which I had. Lots of tattoo designs were offered, and I think the price point was fairly reasonable. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.

Erin Brennan Flores: I can't say enough wonderful things about this place, specifically Terra and Dani, as they accommodated us from Alaska with ease.I recently changed mental paths from "only important" tattoos to fun, whimsical colorings of a specific genre, Pirate-Dinosaur. I found Terra's work online and thought she'd crush the project, which she did tenfold. Look at those goldfish! And her color work is just incredible. This makes my 8th tattoo from 8 different artists but I'm done with that now.. I'll take the jaunt from Alaska moving forward to only work with Terra.I didn't specifically work with Dani but my partner did and her work looks incredible also.

I’ve been pierced at places that didn’t have ANY steel/titanium jewelry without gemstones or decorations.I generally don’t like traveling into the city; however, I will never have a single problem making the drive to Seattle to get to visit this shop again. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience, including how staff interacted with each other and other clients. All in all 10/10. I’ll be telling everyone I know. Jenne Pierce: Had my daughter's ears pierced by Chuck two months ago. Chuck and her team are as wonderful as everyone here says, and I'm very glad I made the choice to have the piercing done here vs. the gun at a mall. They were every bit ready to work with a kid as an adult, were patient, kind and professional. The piercings have been perfect - zero inflammation or infection. Highly recommend.

Right off the bat the vibes in here are very accepting and fun. Music playing, and smiles all around, I knew I liked this place immediately from the atmosphere.I was then introduced to my new artist Cesar, who completely understood what style of tattoo I wanted. After only a day, he had a mockup that was perfectly suited for my coverup needs. A few days later, he crushed it out and I had a brand new glistening piece of ink that really represents me, and matches the tone of my other ink. Rob Bohlman: I had a consultation and tattoo with Justin. The consultation was great and Justin really listened to my vision for my tattoo. We agreed on a plan for a full sleeve and luckily he had a cancelation and we started the next day. Session was great. We went about 3 hours and he got a ton of work done. It looks fantastic and I can't wait to finish the rest of the sleeve. Justin has a great touch with the needle and the tattoo healed up really quickly. He also has great energy and the 3 hours in the chair went by quickly. The only bummer is that there is a 2 month wait until my next appointment...but understandable and worth the wait for an artist with this much talent. I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for quality unique artwork.UPDATE. Justin finished the Tattoo in July. Total of 6 sessions, about 24 hours. I am super happy with the final results. Looks fantastic.

I found this place on the way to where we were going and ran in. I wanted a hoop, so I figured this was the time. Garret was very accommodating, friendly, and nice. The vibe was great. He sat me down right away and helped me find the right size. Prices were very reasonable. I was in and out in 10 minutes, and he didn't even let me tip. Like this amazing man who has 35 years experience. He's friendly too, imagine that.

Cam Mundy: I got snake bites and resized them a month later. Colin O was amazing and had great energy when I was anxious about the piercing. All the staff was really lovely and even recognized me when I came back which was a pleasant surprise.
