Benjamin Macke: Update has been made. Geek Squad has paid for a new drive.I was having issues with windows installing. I gave the Geek Squad team my computer to install windows because I was having issues. They told after about a week they couldn’t and I needed a new motherboard. I came and got my computer from them and it was apparently still hooked up as I could hear them detaching my computer from what is was hooked up to and the sound of case panels being put back on on. Once getting it home and taking a look at everything. They had shattered the sata port to my brand new barracuda 2TB hard drive. The band new hard drive that is formatted for windows. I now cannot install windows because the sata disc is damaged beyond use and I am further delayed in my professional life because of this negligence.After leaving my voice mail about this. They called me back and replaced the drive. Apologized about how everything happened. They had me come in with the old drive confirmed the damage. They replaced my drive with the exact same one and again apologize for this happening. I feel like this situation was handled with the best professionalism and customer service was awesome. I would come back to this team to do future repairs.

Jimena Sobrino: for a diagnostics and she immediately knew it was a fan malfunction. Roberta went above and beyond to get the laptop open even with 4 tripped crews not coming out! Ultimately, she got it all taken care of, even cleaned it of any malware, and got it working like new!! Praises to Roberta!

Terri Nakamura: I had a photocopier and two printers that we hadn't used in a long time. It was great to be able to take them to RE-PC where they could be reconditioned and sold, or recycled. There is a cart available for loading items, and we were surprised at the easy, seamless experience.

We both liked the place, then there was this dude behind the counter, shaggy hair, when I asked if he could test my Desktop tower he immediately told me no we cannot, we don’t do that here, I said okay, 5 minutes later another employee said sure I can do that, and he did! And told me the exact problem. In this case I give 4 stars because I got the service I came in for. Nothing bad to say about anyone here. THIS is the place to GO for anything PC!

Victoria Marie Clary: I am very impressed with this photographic supply store. It is like camera heaven! Firstly, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I found them to be extremely helpful. And the entire store is perfectly organized and spotlessly clean. Glazer’s is extremely large and has just about any equipment and supplies youcould want. They even have equipment rental. There are two floors of equipment and supplies serviced by an elevator and underground free parking. Highly recommended.

Robin Greenwood: This is the 2nd time I visited Cloud Electronic. Back in 2019, Remzi replaced the power port on my Dell Inspiron 5565 laptop. I had tripped over the power adapter cord and damaged the port. This visit was for my Dell Inspiron 5379 laptop. While at work this week, the touchscreen began flickering. My first chance I had to consult with someone about the problem was on Saturday. I wandered into Cloud Electronic around 3:30pm without an appointment. BTW Remzi always welcomes walk-ins. I was greeted with a smile. He remembered helping me years before. I told him about the screen flickering. He turned on the laptop to see for himself. He asked if I had dropped it, which I had not. He told me that this problem might require replacing the entire screen. I asked about the cost and asked him whether it might be problem with a ribbon cable. He re-started the laptop and examined the touch screen with his fingers. Then he shut down the laptop, removed the bottom cover and examined the insides. He gently re-seated the ribbon cables that go to the screen. Remzi started the laptop and the flickering was no longer. He shut it back down and carefully used an air compressor to blow out all the dust from inside. Next he replaced the bottom cover and started it back up to confirm that my problem was fixed. For the final step, he used a wipe to thoroughly clean the screen, keyboard, and laptop body. Everything I just typed about my visit took a total of 20 minutes, and the cost was a modest amount. I left very please, knowing that buying my next new laptop remains down the road. I highly recommend Cloud Electronic. Remzi works on improving his English every day. Regardless of any communication difficulty, the man knows how to repair electronics and more.

I authorized $ 150 for repairs without calling me,he could have just let it sit there for a few days and then charge me $150, I would of never known, but he didn't.
