Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle: what do users think?

Jason Luoma: This clinic is one of the leading treatment centers in Seattle and a center of excellence in providing the best care possible guided by what science shows is most effective. They are constantly striving to integrate the newest treatments into their practice and are one of the few group practices in the country who is actively engaged in scientific research on their work. Highly recommended.

Ailish Wilson: Amazing clinic. Amazing therapists. Amazing staff. You will not regret seeking here treatment for yourself or a loved one.

Kimberly Frost: This clinic is amazing. My son has blossomed and even referred to his anxiety and depression in past tense. They support the parents and the child. It is expensive and time consuming but if you want your child to be themselves again this is the place and is an excellent value. From the front office staff to every doctor and director they have very literally changed our lives. They worked with our insurance and we were able to get most of the cost covered. They are out of network but you can still get benefit coverage just requires a bit more work.

MTI Physical Therapy - First Hill: what do users think?

Julia Chen: Really professional, my PT made me felt all better, she is awesome.

Peter Carter: Great experience!

La Dama: Am new to MTI Physical Therapy @ their First Hill location but am absolutely loving it there. Love the spacious facility and the personable staff. My Physical Therapist, Greg, is great!! He is so knowledgeable, encouraging, and sincere about wanting to help you improve. He clearly is in the right profession. You can see that he loves what he does and has an excellent bedside manner.

Leslie Marble: Having a Frozen Shoulder for the second time in 20 plus years, I began a search for the wonderful PHD Physical Therapist who first treated me for this all those years ago; Stuart Eivers, at MTI.Now working with him again on this often painful and frustrating issue, I am progressing forward with his very intelligent and intuitive guidance. It is not an overnight fix, but I very much trust Stuart’s efforts towards my recovery.I feel extremely appreciative of the opportunity to work with him again, and to benefit from his many years of study and experience. To conclude, when you’re in pain, kindness from a facilitator/practitioner is vital, and Stuart is that in droves!!

Timothy Martin: From the time you walk in there the receptionist desk there’s a gentleman there in there. He knows you by name and he will call you by name when you come back each time you come back the guy had that I work with his name Kyle he is wonderful. I can’t give him enough praise The whole establishment of them trying to help people they are really trying to help people. They’re not just trying to take your money. They are really into working with people and trying to help them become better seen working with a patient. Never know he was the owner, unless Kyle pointed it out to me , he has a really really nice business there and he’s very humble. I can’t say enough about that place and this is my second time going back there. I went there some years ago many years ago I’ve had my surgery and I will be going back to him next month And I cannot wait

Joetta Stadel: I've seen Jo a couple of times now and she has been great! I'm having hip replacement surgery and she has a lot of experience with people who have had that type of surgery. She has given me a couple of before surgery exercises that help to reduce my pain.

Lauri Jordana: MTI on 12th is my go-to! My most recent set of visits was with Anna Fitzgerald, who I've seen in the past, as well, and is a total pro. Expertise, efficiency, heart. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Will always choose MTI.

Jem: Such a great place for PT. Both years, 2 different therapists, both were very knowledgeable and improved things others could not over years of therapy. Highly recommend MTI First Hill. Easy pkng too.

Riqui Castellanoz: Jo was my physical therapist and has been wonderful! Very attentive and engaging in my personal care and goals means a lot to me. I wish my work schedule no longer conflicts with hours of operation at this place. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful.

Scott Miller: As a sports enthusiast and Pilates instructor, I find MTI to be one of the best and most professional physical therapy organizations I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I had a massive rotator cuff tear and my therapist Ryker is a gem. He has taken me very far in my recovery, and I am very very grateful. Also there is a very professional atmosphere.

Robert Wade: This has been a great experience all around. From my pre surgery "here's what to expect" assessment to being now 4 weeks post knee replacement, everything has been clear, comforting and professional. Ryker has pushed me, but stayed aware of my own limits as well as made sure I understood what progress looked like. He's listened to me complain, and stayed supportive, but never let me off the hook, which is exactly what I need in a recovery plan and therapist. Michael at the front desk is always kind and friendly, and makes sure I understand billing and scheduling, with no confusion. I highly recommend MTI as the place to go for supportive and thorough treatment.

Rick Harlan: Hesitating to rave about Anna Fitzgerald PT, for fear it will be harder to get appointments with her, but hey. Personable, experienced, and super-knowledgable.

Scott Hogan: Great personal attention to my physical limitations and needs to get back to my best self.

Marcus Toral: Awesome staff and therapists. Highly recommend!

Mitchell Serebrenik: Good first session — extremely busy environment but they have a highly attentive and supportive front desk staff to manage the comings and going’s.

Carol Bogner: Jim Rivard is the best. This is a great organization. They know how to pinpoint what I need and then follow through.MTI is the best. Thanks for helping me achieve my goals!Carrie

Rehab United Seattle Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Nick Lange: Fantastic rehab center! My therapists were extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly. Always a great atmosphere. I also really appreciated their flexibility to help me tackle my varied issues beyond the problem that brought me in the door. I’d suggest them to my friends and family without hesitation. Lastly, as someone with a compromised immune system I really appreciated their continued focus on sterilization of equipment and keeping it a healthy environment. Thanks again all!

Ann Hove: I very much appreciated being able to work with Chris C., Cheyenne, and Sierra at Rehab United for my ACL repair and bike fitting. Chris was my primary PT there, and he did a fantastic job, listened to my feedback, and spent a lot of time crafting an appropriate care/exercise plan for me. I would 100% recommend working with him not only for the kinds of issues I had but for any rehab needs, based on his thorough knowledge, effective approach, and excellent bedside manner.

Rebecca Habtour: To give you an idea of what you will get at Rehab United that I've found is not the norm other places:1

Devansh Gandhi: I worked with Cheyenne for a little over 3 months after a skiing injury where I tore my MCL and she helped me get back to normal with a very comprehensive plan. Everybody that works here is extremely nice but especially Cheyenne! She is a great PT who is very personably and friendly and made every session seem so fun. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I ever need to, I will be seeing Cheyenne. I would not have been able to make this recovery without her.

Emily Louden: Cheyenne is the best PT! She has already helped me recover so much from an injury I was worried would take me out of commission.

Cole Selby: I've seen both Kelly and Chris from Rehab United. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very personable and friendly with each patient. The rest of the staff is extremely friendly too, you can tell everyone loves what they do. I felt Rehab United truly goes above and beyond to ensure you get the care you need. I would recommend Rehab United to ANYONE needing PT work done.

Theodore Cao: Working with Cheyenne and everyone at the clinic was amazing. They were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Cheyenne was also very articulate and thorough if I had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend everyone check them out.

Anna Galperin: Caitlin was absolutely great. Highly professional and pure pleasure to work with.

Nk O: Kelly was the foot “whisperer”! I have seen a number of physical therapists before and never had such obvious improvement. The plantar fasciitis pain I had been dealing with for 3 months was resolved in a couple of months and I was pain free. The exercises I did for my foot also lead to improved balance, and hip strength. My back has never felt better! The communication is good and the front desk staff if great! I just walked 10 miles and am back playing pickleball!

Couch Slouch: These guys are the BEST!!!The new building is super nice too.

Jeff Blakeley: Kelly and the whole Rehab United team has been a complete pleasure to work with, from the front office crew to the entire team of therapists. They do a great job of putting a well rounded program together to get back at it as soon as possible and in good fashion.

Ryan Carroll: The team at United Rehab is amazing!I could not recommend then enough for any PT needs. They did an amazing job helping me sort my back and hip pain.

Alder Burgess: A great environment with knowledgeable and caring providers! The front office staff is also warm and friendly, making scheduling and dealing with insurance a breeze. If I never need PT again, Rehab United is where I will go!

Emily Lord: I worked with Cheyenne for about 6 months and it was a wonderful experience. She met me where I was at and was free of judgement. She helped me understand why I was doing certain exercises and the science behind it. I'd highly recommend her to everyone.

Justin Macias: Truly has been a lifechanging experience getting rehabilitation therapy here, all the Physical Therapists are extremely knowledgeable on a wide range of methodologies. Also equally friendly and personable, interacting with them takes away any negative perception of feeling down about the injury that you are there to facilitate growth in. I really look forward to stepping into their energetic and lively atmosphere every week.

Luis Benito: Great folks. Empathetic, professional, friendly and they actually listen to you and work with to find what works or figure out why it’s not working. I highly recommend.

Melissa Holden: I’ve seen mostly Kelly, but really every PT at RU over the last year and a half. Everyone is awesome. Front desk staff is great too!!!

Peter: As an avid skier and mountain biker i'm not easy on my body. Kelly has taught me how to take care of my body and understand what has caused my knee, back, neck and other issues i've had in the 6 months i've been going to him. I didn't believe in PT before this but Kelly has made my daily life so much more comfortable. Would recommend RH to anyone I know!Updated for 2023 - I’m a return patient again post knee surgery. Kelly and team are great. With the new expansion and new location it’s made appointments easier to schedule and the team is great at scheduling even with those of us who can be a bit difficult!

Mark Paluta: I’ve been in for a few injuries and tune-ups over the past 5 years, and these folks always help me make progress on my body’s strength and movement, and help reduce pain and discomfort in my day-to-day routines.

Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Suzanne Hammel: A most professional staff. My Physical Therapist was knowledgeable, listened, and made suggestions to increase my exercise ability in order to regain my muscular strength.

Nancy B: were that my knee still hurt and my muscles had turned to jelly. I entered the PT clinic with my walker and brace and my orthopedic doctor’s referral, and met therapist Dr. Corinne Lizzio, who said she would help me. And she changed my life! She looked so young, but was so professional. Her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her ability to assess my situation and create a strategy tailored to my situation and needs, plus her encouragement that I would indeed be walking again and even going up and down stairs again, those things plus her kindness, all worked together. And now I am back to my power walks, which I love. I still need to do my exercises, and I love the video she gave me that keeps me doing them. These therapists are terrific and make a real difference, and I thank them.

Jack McCall: Ive come through twice in the last two years. Both times i worked with Dr. Corinne Lizzio. She was wonderful and super helpful. I send anyone i know who needs pt here!

Ryan Turner: I had a great experience with Stef! She thinks deeply about her patients’ holistic wellbeing and came up with treatment plans for me that addressed underlying areas that contributed to my initial reason for coming in. She kept mixing up the exercises and stretches based on how I was progressing and based on emerging research, which kept my treatment interesting. She helped me take on my nagging ailment, and I feel much better after working with her. I highly recommend seeing Stef for any physical therapy needs!

Forrest Graeber: I worked directly with Sam Ho on two different issues I was having over the course of several years. First was a stiff neck and back from my desk job and the second was after I had been more active into weightlifting and climbing where I had to deal with my muscles and tendons adapting to more intense exercise and frequency. Both times he worked with me to come up with an individualized treatment plan and exercise routine for my goals and current abilities. Our sessions flew by and were sufficiently challenging for me where I was being pushed to get stronger instead of simply going through the motions of the exercises. Sam is very precise with isolating problem muscles and areas of mobility. He proactively addressed these areas meticulously and thoughtfully to meet my recovery and ongoing fitness goals.I can’t recommend Sam enough. If you’re in the market for a skilled PT, I’m sure he can help you with your rehabilitation. Great guy, easy to talk to, and very highly skilled!

Kaite G: Sam is amazing!!!! Finally pain free after 3-4 years of sometimes unbearable sciatic pain that would bring me to tears. Sam encouraged me to get all the images I needed so I actually knew what was wrong with my back. He is amazing to work with and I would recommend him to everyone! Also, the staff at the front desk, especially Stephanie, are so lovely and helpful! 10/10 place to be treated

Vic Vogler: massage. The latter is a rarity, and quickly proved essential to my care. More than all that, Stephanie sees the big, holistic picture in terms of what your body needs. You'll never be in better hands.

Irv Hoch: My experience at Seattle Elite Physical therapy was excellent and really helped me improve from my injury. Would recommend them to anyone that has an injury issue.

The Randalorian: what's really going on with my body; 2

Isabella Moran: Sam was an amazing PT! He was personable, thoughtful and very wise when it came to body mechanics! I’m grateful for his thorough approach to my recovery!

Allison Lewis: Can honestly say that this is the first yoga class I did not hate. Caitlyne made the class accessible and challenging. I really appreciated her guiding methods and her ability to design a class that feels safe but definitely makes you sweat. Looking forward to more classes!

tj Burkhardt: I've been seeing Corrine for a few months now and 2 years of hip and glute pain are gone!!! I was sure I was headed for a hip replacement, but no. Corrine is by far THEE BEST PT I've ever been to, and I've seen quite a few PT's over the years. She's super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that make absolute sense. She works with my goals both short term and long. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and always clean. They even keep an assortment of snacks in the waiting area.I am beyond happy that I found Corrine and Seattle Elite PT.

Timothy Moore: Elite was clean, the appointments were prompt and Sam was great. I can highly recommend.

Haitham Hindi: Ho. Sam helped me recover from an extremely painful shoulder soft-tissue injury, which I was afraid would need surgery. Sam was able to accurately diagnose

Andrew Franklin: HIGHLY recommend!I experienced a severe ankle injury that required over a year to fully recover. Corrine Lizzio did a great job of getting me back to full working order. I felt fully attended to in each session, and learned a lot of new information. The clinic manager, Stephanie Savage, went above and beyond by negotiate with my insurance company. My PT care was covered to the fullest extent because of her hard work.

Dylan Syverson: Sam is an awesome PT. Got my sore shoulder right back into shape. Bonus: dude knows his sports and hip hop

Mariana Paez: I went to Seattle Elite Physical Therapy with lower back pain. Sam helped me find the probable cause and designed a treatment plan which included exercise and therapy. Today I am much better and still benefit from the exercises. I was able to have appointments that fitted my work schedule and Sam and the rest of the staff were great and always helpful.

Christopher N: I have turned to Seattle's Elite Physical Therapy for help twice for completely different issues. The first was after an accident with a catastrophic bone break that left my arm unable to move except in a very small arc after major surgery. After my experience there for the first issue, I went back for help with a more chronic issue - lower back pain that had been chronic for a decade with zero relief from other efforts. In both instances, first with Adam and then with Sam, I received the type of healthcare experience I always hoped for but found to be very rare: personalized partnership with extremely skilled, knowledgeable, results-oriented, and empathetic professionals. Billing, appointment setting, communication, and the portal were all easy and helpful also.Sam gave me the first relief from chronic pain in longer than I care to think. I'll never forget that first moment, temporary from a stretch, when suddenly a pain that had been with me every moment wasn't sapping my mental energy. He discovered what doctors had not: that the issues were actually in my hip and upper back, and not my lower back where the pain was presenting. A delightful & personable guy to work with, he created a regimen and adjusted it each visit until we arrived at the most effective exercises, stretches, resting postures, massages, etc.. Undoing a decade of misused muscles and tendons takes time, and I still do the work and continue to improve. Recently I went on a laborious cross-country trip and arrived home without pain, an event which would have left me in agony a year ago. I am so grateful for the experience and without question they will be the first place I go for any future need.Thank you, Sam.

Therapeutic Associates Seattle Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Elvia Carranza: I’ve been a patient for 13 weeks now and have seen a big improvement on my herniated disc recovery. The exercises/stretches they’ve assigned me, the limitations they’ve set and their feedback on my gym/physical activities have helped tremendously. That aside, everyone is so very friendly here! I’ll really miss Katherine but I know I’ll be in good hands ☺️

Thad Caperton: Mike and his team are amazing. Friendly, easy to work with, easy to schedule. Exceeded expectations.

Victoria Simpson: The staff are professional and knowledgeable. It is a very comfortable environment to rehabilitate from my injuries.

Romy Sharma: Love the office, friendly staff, modern & clean building, location, and Laura is the best!

Jill Hearne: Highly skilled and organized

Arnold Prado: Very deserving of top rating because, for starters, the reception and scheduling staff are incredibly attentive and detail oriented. They were great on following up with me and getting me in for TP earlier than previously scheduled. The information on parking downtown was on point! I received multiple calls and they would leave professional and informative messages. Their attention and assistance raised my treatment expectations from the physical therapist Katherine Baker. I wasn’t disappointed, far from it. She excelled in her attention to detail and follow up. So far, it’s been more than I could have expected from all the staff at TAI PT Seattle! Highly recommend TAI!Grateful patient!Arnold

Jackson Darland: I walked into an appointment with John Nielsen at TAI 6 months ago without much confidence that I could recover from my chronic pain. Nevertheless, he listened carefully to my jumbled tale beginning years earlier when I competed as a collegiate athlete, and he brilliantly catered his physical therapy approach to my particular needs--emotional, psychological and physical. This has been clear in the basic way he has communicated with me, in the kinds of practical steps he has ushered me into, and in the continued care he has provided, at a pace that has been appropriate and hugely successful for me. I wanted to be able to run again. That was my far-out goal. John started at ground zero, which, for me, was offering strategies for working through different kinds of stress, in a wholistic sense. He explained and modeled some of the basic science and studies around pain so that I could understand what was happening with my own body, and he road-mapped what my progression could look like over a period of time. He offered some manual treatment, and then we co-built a home program of exercises and strategies to move me in the right direction. At the time of my first appointment, I had trouble sitting, sleeping, standing, walking. Now I am running 10 minutes a session, landscaping, sleeping well, and playing on my feet all day as a full-time nanny. I couldn't recommend TAI Seattle and John Nielsen enough.

Emmalyn K.: Dr. Shellooe is amazing, she goes above and beyond what is needed to find what will be best for my health going forward, and explains every step in detail when I request it. Davon and Kimmy are great with explaining exercises and schedules. Telehealth appointments are easy to book and participate in. I highly recommend TAI Seattle!

Nicole Merat: Everyone from here has been so kind and so generous with their attention. I am working with a fussy knee and chronic back pain, and in addition to looking at the long-term recovery, the doctors here are great about trying new things and focusing on what's needed the day of. Bonus: Kimmy is one of the nicest receptionists I've ever had the pleasure of scheduling with. Highly recommend to those in SLU especially as the location is excellent!

Wayne Eischen: This is my second shoulder rehab with TAI. They have a plan, they communicate it well, I get exercises emailed to me so I can remember to do them right, and I feel like I am set up for success. The entire team cares about me, they listen, they answer my questions thoroughly, and they adapt the program to my needs.

Robye Lumb: Thanks for all the great, professional service! I Graduated from PT today🎉Jon, Daniella and Brianna, and all of you, you guys are superb and fun😎AND Kimmie! You are amazing with getting me in with my odd schedule 🤗

Kim Dang: Amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and practical team of experts that helped me get back on track and active again in less time than I expected. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to seek practical ways to relieve pain, and restore joint and muscle function in order to get back on track and on with your active life. John and Daniella listened carefully, patiently coached me, answered all my questions thoroughly, and educated me on how my injuries came to be, what could be done, and helped me understand what I needed to do to heal and manage my lower back pain - without medication. They quickly proceeded to create a straight-forward and simple plan consisting of regular check-ins, daily exercises simple movements tailored to my situation to help me relieve the extreme pain, and sometimes debilitating moments, that I had been experiencing for many months in a matter of weeks. Also - appreciate the reminder exercise videos that offer reminders on frequency and form.

Carol Verga: Extremely knowledgeable, unending new lessons that work! You do your work. They do their work, you get better!

Arugula & Rocket: Therapeutic Associates is the BEST physical therapy provider in Seattle. The P.T.'s are exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting you back to health. Kimmy on front desk provides exceptional customer service and is always friendly, helpful and super efficient. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Sonia

Union Physical Therapy - Seattle: what do users think?

Laura Musikanski: They really are great. After working with Jessica I can see why the ratings are so high!2024: still loving this place. Jessica is great!

Claire Jencks: Union PT is simply the best. They have all the latest equipment, knowledge and energy to get you back to top physical form in no time.

Charlotte Puff: Lindsey understood from the get go what our son needed. She communicated well and helped our son get better as well as worked on a “maintenance” plan for him.

Kevin Thompson: I've been seeing Jon for a shoulder issue and an elbow issue for about 6 weeks. He has been great at listening to what's going on, really trying to understand my goals, and setting up a program that is customized to my exact & unique situation. I'm seeing good progress so far and am hopeful everything will be resolved over time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Union to anyone needing PT services!

Molly Vimini: Union PT was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been going here for a few months as I’ve been battling a hamstring strain injury. I’ve worked with Jessica and she is wonderful. She listened to what was working and what wasn’t, providing new exercises and tips as I progressed. She was also very good at explaining the science behind the injury and doing so in a way to make it easy to understand. After a while, Jessica referred me to a sports doctor to ensure the injury wasn’t anything more serious. I would highly recommend Jessica and Union PT.

Tina inTucson: . Michelle is amazing and keeps the whole experience really upfront, honest, and genuine. The administrative team is really easy to get ahold of and helps out considerably with trying to get you in from the waitlist if there are no times available.

Joshua Rubenstein: Union PT has provided excellent care, helping me get healthy enough to do the activities I love after years of injuries

James Hiner: Been going here for about 6 months and have seen two different therapists. Both have been amazing! Office staff is friendly and the therapists are very knowledgable in helping you build a holistic plan that helps you get back into active shape. Cat Mooney I would highly recommend to any past runners, working to actively recover or just get back into running shape.

Nick Edney: . I've been impressed with both Jon & Jessica. They have a great app for providing exercises which I find super helpful as I'm terrible at remembering how to do them.I mucked up an appointment booking and unfortunately cancelled an appointment with less than 24hrs notice. I appreciate that Union PT were willing to waive my cancellation fee in exchange for an unbiased review. One small improvement opportunity would be for Union PT to provide email reminders more than 24 business hours prior to an appointment. In this instance, my reminder was sent on a Saturday morning, for a Monday morning appointment. So it was not possible to cancel or reschedule

Ricky Brackett: Union PT has a very nice feel when entering the office with a friendly staff. I have already seen great progress with my low back and hip pain. Lindsey has done an excellent job of diagnosing my discomfort and finding the right treatments and exercises to get me back towards the active lifestyle I am striving for!

Garrett Mohammadioun: Union PT was recommended to me both by a friend and a previous therapist. And I fully agree with their recommendation. I've worked with Josh and Michelle and both have been attentive to questions I have, helpful in explaining the details of my injuries, and most importantly effective in my recovery!

Katie Swanson: , and she has been great. She is often booked solid though, so it pays to schedule ahead if you can. The Union PT operational side is also efficient and professional.

Laura V. Villarreal: I’ve been working with Union PT off and on for years, and highly recommend their practice. PTs are knowledgeable and kind, coordination is simple, and I feel empowered around my progress and care.

Jason Riley: I sought PT for an impinged shoulder, a nagging injury I’ve dealt with for several years. I’ve started seeing results immediately after seeing Jon for a few visits. I’ve been to well over 10 PT clinics over the years for a variety of injuries. This clinic is clean, the staff are friendly, and in general a relaxing environment. I’d strongly encourage anybody with musculoskeletal issues to consider using Union PT for their rehab.

Zoe Z Poyen: Absolutely love my therapist. She rocks!

Andrew Toups: Lindsey is amazing, I've gone to other PTs in the past that have given me generic advice but she actually cares enough to try and find the best exercises that may be beneficial specifically to my injury. The staff here are all around great to interact with.

Tim Billick: Jonathan is absolutely amazing. I’ll spare you the details but I was struggling for over 2-3 years with hip and low back pain. I had seen doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists all to no avail. But after doing exercises prescribed by Jonathan for a few weeks, my pain is at the lowest it’s ever been. Damn-near gone! I’m so relieved that I could cryIf you put in the work, take good notes of your condition and progress, scale intelligently, and listen to their advice, you WILL see results. 10/10 would recommend

Trine Ready: Union PT got me in quickly and I have had a great relationship with my physical therapist. They have listened and adjusted my therapy as my rehabilitation of my neck has continued. I would recommend Union to any of my friends.

Lily Greenfield: I have been working with Jon at this clinic for several months. Because my symptoms are persistent but mild, and other PT's have had trouble diagnosing anything in the past, I am often self-conscious about my symptoms and their validity. Jon asks good questions, takes my concerns seriously, and is willing to suggest different treatments and excercise plans to see what improves my symptoms. He explains the purpose of different exercises clearly. While improvement has been incremental if any, I attribute this to the nature of the health issue, not any lack of expertise or trying. In addition, the front office team is friendly, proactive, and easy to reach.

Seattle Anxiety Specialists, PLLC - Psychiatry & Psychotherapy: what do users think?

Adithi Jayaraman: I am truly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the research educational program at Seattle Anxiety Specialists! I learned various skills, such as writing and interviewing techniques, that will help me in my future careers. I also genuinely enjoyed the community---I had the privilege of learning from several psychologists on the team, and I was continuously blown away by their breath and depth of knowledge. The people were also some of the most kind and loving humans I've ever met--I wouldn't trade this experience for the world.

Sara Wilson '24: I cannot speak more highly of Seattle Anxiety Specialists. This practice is comprised of incredibly seasoned, personable, and knowledgeable professionals who take a comprehensive approach to mental health. I had the pleasure of interning with Research Director, Dr. Jennifer Smith, who puts her utmost effort into the public resources side of the company as demonstrated by the holistic and fruitful nature of the website. Through magazine articles, encyclopedia entries, and interview series, Seattle Anxiety Specialists makes mental health education highly accessible to the general public. Their research program has given me valuable insights I will cary with me for the rest of my life. This accessibility of education coupled with real psychiatric/therapeutic care gives this practice a unique edge in the mental health industry.

Steve Crapo: .The Expert Interview Series videos are very interesting and well done. I particularly enjoyed the video interviews with Seattle Anxiety Specialist’s own psychiatrist Evelyn Nelson, MD on really addressing their patient’s possible concerns about starting or changing psychiatric medicines. I also enjoyed and related to the former Microsoft tech employee turned therapist at Seattle Anxiety Specialists, Jim McDonnell with his interview covering high stress job anxiety and his mid-career field change from tech to mental health therapy.

Maya: SAS is a robust and evolved practice with wonderful and talented clinicians. Everyone I spoke to who worked there was extremely intelligent, kind, and thoughtful. They also have a research team that continually publishes articles and interviews which is super cool. It shows that they care about and are dedicated to staying up to date with current evidence, which is very important. Definitely would recommend coming here for therapy

Amelia Worley: I've only had pleasant experiences with Seattle Anxiety Specialists! I had the chance to speak with the Psychotherapist Kate Willman and she just has one of those caring and open demeanors where you feel like you could tell her anything. Her story is very inspiring! Additionally, Dr. Ghahari puts a lot of effort into the public resources side of company where I've found so much information about various disorders and issues. Overall a great establishment where everyone truly cares about one another.

Nicole Izquierdo: Smith and Blake Thompson are amazing! Don't know where I would be without them!

Maryam Brown: I'm a fellow psychotherapist in the area and have been referring patients to Seattle Anxiety Specialists for several years. The clinic offers wrap-around services by highly trained, warm, and passionate psychotherapists, including psychiatric appointments, which allows patients to get the help they need in one place and for clinicians to consult as a team. Blake Thompson, the executive director, is knowledgeable about both psychology and business operations and has created a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment.

Jacob Markovitz: I met Blake Thompson, the executive director of Seattle Anxiety Specialists, early in his career. Blake is a thoughtful and empathetic individual who brings a keen and curious mind to every situation he faces. Over the years, he has been a helpful sounding board and resource for me as I developed my own practice in mental health. I am certain that Blake brings that same energy and compassion to the running of Seattle Anxiety Specialists and to the work with his own clients.

Michael Mensah: Having worked with Evelyn Nelson for four years, she is the most compassionate, careful, caring, and considerate psychiatrist I have encountered. Complimenting her astute psychopharmacological acumen is a seeming sixth sense for suffering. She’s relatable and down to earth for a superstar providing stratospherically high quality care. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an excellent psychiatrist.

Claudia Conaway: Dr. Tu and Dr. Shokeen are amazing! From day one, they have been so helpful, communicative, consistent, and compassionate. My life has truly changed for the better because of this team. The admin team is also great at communicating quickly with me on appointments and invoices. Can't speak highly enough of them!!

Mason Herrick: I was hoping to get someone really good at their trade. I got someone who is truly excellent in Dr. Tu. She is extraordinary in her knowledge of neurology & psychiatry, her passion for the subject and her methodology and temperament in implementing it. Really lucked out finding this doctor...

Sarah Roche: Dr. Tu is really amazing. You can tell she actually cares about your well-being and it feels like she goes above and beyond for you, and that you're in safe hands and good care with her. I'd recommend her to any family or friends.

Michael Stein: I am a psychologist and owner of an anxiety/OCD-focused group practice with offices in Denver and Reno. Blake Thompson has been an enormous help to me. He is a treasure trove of advice on running a psychology practice and on helping clients. I've really appreciated his calm, down-to-earth demeanor and his generosity in sharing his knowledge. He's been great to work with, I cannot speak highly enough of him and the help he's given me. I would strongly recommend him to other colleagues seeking guidance and for people looking for help with anxiety.

Donna DeMarco: Case was extremely insightful, and helped my family through some difficulties. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Rahul Khurana: I'm a psychiatrist here in Seattle and often need to refer patients to therapists in the area. Seattle Anxiety Specialists have been great partners for me in caring for my patients. All my patients who go there are very happy with their therapists and seem to benefit greatly from the care they receive. The therapists are communicative & collaborative with me. Their communications reflect a high degree of skill & compassion. They have a great ability to discern which patients would benefit from psychiatric assessment and anxiety medication on top of the invaluable psychotherapy they provide.Even though they focus on anxiety, they are excellent at diagnosing other mental health issues at well. They have an approach that's both evidence-based and patient-centered. They know how to treat the symptom, but they also see the big picture. I will gladly continue to work with them in the future and also refer my own patients to them.

Riley Paterson (madeasnack): I have known Jerome Veith for several years as a fellow psychotherapist and scholarly colleague. He has never failed to impress me with his rare combination of warmth, kindness, insight, and sensitivity to human things. We consult weekly about clients, and I always trust Jerome to help me sort through the difficult questions and concerns that inevitably arise in therapeutic work. If you are looking for an exceptionally educated, compassionate, and thoughtful listener, you've found one in Jerome.

Mobilize Physical Therapy: what do users think?

Ben Parsons: The thing I really valued during my experience of doing physical therapy here is the way Dr. Shana really listened to me & heard/understood what I was communicating. She is really skilled, not only with the physical aspects of PT but at understanding the underlying problems as well. I will be returning for my post-op PT for sure!

Sean Michael: I had a great experience both times I came here for my ankle. The entire staff was great! Shana is amazing! She corrected my posture and helped reduce tension in my neck and back in addition to helping my ankle to get healthy and strong again. I highly recommend!

Makoto Booth: Mobilize was awesome! Michelle was my PT and expertly guided me through the recovery process of a nagging injury. Great at thoroughly communicating/evaluating progress, maximizing use of appointment time, tailoring home exercise, and gently but safely pushing limits to aid recovery. The entire staff is super friendly, scheduling is quick and easy, and the place is quite accessible. 5/5!

Kirsti Rochon: I have seen Dr. Kelcy Lee on three separate occasions. The first for an injury that had been misdiagnosed and treated first elsewhere. She took the time to listen to me and appropriately plan and treat the injury. I have since gone back for a knee issue and calf muscle strain, each time leaving treatment stronger and pain-free. I can't recommend her enough!

Sally James: I'm a frequent flier with breaks, surgeries, etc. Kelcy Lee has helped me rehab spectacularly from surgery and ordinary athletic life. I'm a nerd, so she answers every anatomy question with plenty of detail.

Kathy Mathena: They are great! Very understanding and knowledgeable. Had PT at numerous places. This is the best so far.

Baylee Harding: I can not express how grateful I am for this place. I was in a car accident and was recommended by my spine and sports medicine doctor to come here. I had already "completed" PT at another facility and had been seeking various treatments for my continued pain. I thought that I had plateaued and would not get any better. I had lost the motivation to keep putting in work if I was just going to continue having pain. Shana is the reason that I kept trying. She was empathetic, patient, and supportive. She pushed me and helped me to have the motivation and confidence to get better. She helped me overcome the fear of getting hurt again. My pain got better and I am able to do things I never thought I would be able to do again. I only have positive things to say about every staff member and part of this team. I am beyond thankful for the part they played in my recovery. Thank you!

Elyse Lambeth: Highly recommend! For 5 years, I hadn’t been able to run even a few feet without significant knee pain. After 1 1/2 months of therapy with Kelcy, I can run a mile without pain.

Richard Punt: They are the absolute best. They figured out the source of my ankle pain on day one and since then have been working with me to strengthen my body and improve my balance. They just discharged me and I feel stronger than I did before my injury. Thanks so much!!!

Natasha Hausmann: Multiple doctors recommended I see the therapists at Mobilize and I am so glad I did! I started with Mobilize shortly after a tricky shoulder injury and I am certain that my work with them helped me avoid a risky surgery. I worked with Kelcy for nearly 6 months where she and her team took me from having zero use of my arm to slowly building back strength and mobility. I am now back to my sport at a level I thought would never be possible when I was injured. To illustrate how invested they were in my recovery, Kelcy nearly cried with joy the first time she saw me do a pushup again. Throughout my treatment, I felt like the care team really partnered with me. They knew the level of function I wanted to restore in my shoulder and combined manual therapy, strengthening and at home work to help me get there. They re-directed me back to my medical team at times when they were unsure about my progress or the need for more invasive treatment and adjusted my PT with them based on the doctors' input. I got to know many of the therapists over the course of my 6 months there. All are lovely and the office is bright and well run--never had to wait for an appointment and I never felt rushed with my care. Thank you Kelcy and Mobilize for restoring me to health!

Susan Murphy: I'm already recommending them to those with sore backs like mine.

Rob Synovec: Mobilize PT provided outstanding healthcare with a recent foot injury. They quickly assessed the situation and got me on a path of recovery doing a variety of exercises, starting simple then ramping things up to get stronger and mobile. This is my third stint with Mobilize PT in the past 6 years or so, and I am always very impressed with their knowledge of how to "fix things" and how to implement a strategy so I can be self-sufficient with my home exercise program.

William Holliday: I have been to several other locations for Physical Therapy, this is hands-down the best treatment I have received. I have found the staff to be courteous, well-informed, good study materials are presented for practice at home. This is helped me regain muscle strength due to nerve damage.

Abigail Lang: and planned a solid plan of exercises to get me back to walking and even running once again. Fast forward to 2022, I remain injury free and was even able to run Boston thanks to Shawnee and Andrea. I can’t recommend them and mobilize enough!

Holly Thompson: After pretty seriously spraining my ankle, I had my very first PT experience with Jane at Mobilize. Jane spends every session not only working directly on my ankle, but also practicing new stretches and exercises I can do at home. I have seen great improvement in just a month and I have confidence again that I can walk without a brace/boot/crutches/etc! Would highly recommend Jane & the super friendly Mobilize PT staff to anyone.

Karolina Trapp: I've been doing physical therapy at Mobilize for half a year for spinal osteorthritis. I've got a disability due to ME CFS and so am a challenging patient in the context of physiotherapy. The whole team at Mobilize has been super accommodating. My physiotherapists had to adjust the exercises to make them suitable for a person who cannot stand up for longer than a few minutes at a time. We were moving at a pace that took my capabilities into account. Osteoarthritis is not curable but thanks to physiotherapy I've managed to limit the pain and regain my usual range of motion. That alone would be enough to for me recommend Mobilize. But it also happens that everyone at Mobilize is also really friendly. Finally, t's easy to make an appointment. Leanna at the reception desk always answers the phone and is very helpful. Highly recommend!

Sarah Hay: I have always found the physios to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I started there when I was in quite a bit of pain but with their help and guidance I’m recovering well. I even look forward to my visits! I would definitely recommend this provider.

Kelly Hampton: Worth every dollar and minute! The staff at Mobilize are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. They tailored my program to my goals and my environment and were committed to ensuring I knew how to do the exercises the correct way. I am now pain free in my knees and so glad I made this investment in myself. You will love them!

Sarah Saviskas: Have been working with Brandt for a month and he’s AMAZING. I’ve had back issues for 5 years - have seen PTs, massage therapists, chiros, and an osteopath - and he’s the first person that’s been able to pinpoint what’s causing my back pain. He’s kind, friendly, and my back is improving. Highly recommend! And also appreciate that this clinic has free parking.

Peter Hahn: Smart and effective! Most of my problems resolved! I feel souch better with Brandt's customized program.

James Ewins: I have visited your new office once and the experience was similar to those several years ago, professional and friendly, but too early to form an opinion on effectiveness.

Arrow Physical Therapy Seattle: what do users think?

Mary: I started seeing Carli at Arrow PT for a pulled back muscle that just wasn't resolving. She truly listened and combined that with her expertise to hone in on the issue and determine the best way to proceed. Through a treatment plan that evolved as I progressed my back not only feels100% better, but I am also stronger than before we started. Carli's expertise and positive motivation resolved a painful issue that others couldn't. Thank you, thank you!

Joseph Giampietro: I have worked with Kerry Mauri on multiple Physical Therapy needs over the last 10 years. She is a great therapist because of her depth of knowledge, commitment to her clients and an enthusiastic attitude to encourage me to keep moving forward.I look forward to her help in the future as I attempt to age with grace!Joe Giampietro

Zachary Shalla: , knee pain

joe windemuth: I went to See Kerry at Arrow PT for a hip impingement issue I sustained playing capture the flag with my kids scout troop. The combination of Physical Therapy with Kerry and a Cortisone shot from my Doctor has delivered a pain free hip. Kerry's knowledge of the way the body's muscles work together and how to isolate the problem areas to strength them is fantastic. She is an expert in her field and I will be coming back to see her if/when I injure myself again!

Alexander Nessel: Corley is an outstanding physical therapist that is absolutely worth seeing!!! When I was having trouble making improvements with recovery from hip surgery, Corley identified some key ways to help me make breakthrough improvements, helped get me back to running, and helped me make massive improvements getting back to lifting weights and sports. She’s very patient, does a great job explaining what to do and why, and is most importantly focused on getting results!

Julia Rolla: I found Arrow PT when I was experiencing hip pain that was inhibiting me from running. I tried another PT place, but wanted a more aggressive approach and that’s exactly what I found with Kerry. Kerry has been my PT all summer and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She gave me workouts, hands on manual massage therapy, and a “return to run” program that altogether has guided me back over 3 months to finally being able to run again - my happy place.I also had a separate session with Carly related to my hip pain as well as back pain I was experiencing. She was phenomenal and gave me hands on work outs to help me back strength as well. Both of these ladies fully hear my concerns and take into account the other active hobbies I do, in case they need modification as well. I HIGHLY recommend Kerry and Carly if you are looking for an aggressive physical therapist who takes in the whole picture!

Will Niccolls: Carli is really good. She is obviously an athlete herself and has a great understanding of treating patients. I had some left knee pain and Carli was fantastic helping diagnose, treat and give me a plan for strengthening the quadriceps to help the knee pain.

Liz Walker: I’ve been seeing Carli for a head injury and she has been incredible! She’s super knowledgeable and helpful even with a few setbacks I’ve had along the way. I always leave our sessions feeling like I’ve learned something new with easy tools I can implement on my own to further my healing. I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs! 10/10

Glenn Malecki: Have had an excellent experience working with Carli. Carli has worked with me to create a plan to meet my functional goals but also to create a plan that I will be consistent with. She’s made her self available via FaceTime countless times to answer any questions about exercises. Would recommend Carli to anyone that may have injuries or athletes looking to meet some goals.

Jacob Klitzke: Kerry at Arrow Physical Therapy is a genius. She has helped me solve a number of problems when other physical therapists in the area couldn't. She has a knack for asking the right questions to fully understand what might be causing a problem, and provides excellent explanations and reasoning for every plan of care. Most importantly, Kerry is a great listener. I never feel as though I wasn't heard or my ideas weren't taken seriously. I will continue to visit Kerry at Arrow anytime I need physical therapy.

Susan Anderson: Finding Kerry Mauri as my PT was and continues to be life altering. I have a congenital hip issue that has caused pain for most of my life. As I aged into senior status, I became increasingly unable to function as I wished. A friend, also a senior, credits her own full recovery from a bad back injury and continuing relief from age-related osteoarthritis to Kerry, and recommended her without reservation. On my first visit, in fall of 2021, Kerry evaluated my posture and gait, noted the problems, asked questions about pain then began her treatment. As well as working on my body, she also customizes home exercise routines and keeps me motivated to improve. Kerry's exceptional expertise, accurate assessment, guidance and follow-up continue to help me as a client on a monthly basis. Kerry is a woman of many talents not the least of which is compassionate application of her PT brilliance. Anyone facing the physical challenges of aging would benefit from working with her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Kerry Mauri is giving me back my life.

Nick Bennett: Carli was great! Really honed into the main issue and used many tactics to address not only the issue at hand but surrounding issues that lead to the limited movement in my shoulder. I highly recommend seeking out treatment with Arrow Physical Therapy.

Brian Neville: This place is great. Everyone is so competent, pleasant to be around, and overall jsut good people. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is because my old body just won't completely heal!

Landon Miller: Kerry Mauri helped me return to running from a femoral acetabular impingement, that a orthopedic surgeon diagnosed me with and told me I would never be able to train seriously again. After working with her I am back to full time training in running and her work has allowed me not only to return to what I used to be able to do, but I feel like a stronger more efficient runner as a result of her PT!

Cindy Guan: . Kerry’s hands-on approach and tips for at-home care were very helpful. I’ve seen drastic improvements since.

Kristin Likus: Carli has been a wonderful physical therapist for my 12 year old daughter! From the start, she has communicated clearly and very directly to my young athlete. She has empowered my daughter with information on how best to heal from her injury, and how to safely move forward, in the strongest way possible, as she returns to her sport. My daughter and I have both enjoyed Carli's enthusiastic spirit, and look forward to weekly therapy sessions. Without hesitation, I give Carli 5 stars!

Monica Fliflet: Kerry is the best. I started working with her following ACL reconstruction after a tennis injury. When I started at Arrow Physical Therapy, I was really lacking confidence in my knee and my ability to play tennis again. I did not know how to get to the next step in my rehab process. Kerry created a comprehensive and detailed rehab plan for helping me return to tennis. After working with her and following this plan for several months, I could tell a huge difference in my strength, balance, speed, and overall confidence in my knee.Kerry is a phenomenal physical therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful about how she approaches treatment, and just wonderful to work with. Not only did Kerry provide me with the tools to help with my rehab, but she was extremely encouraging and positive about my progress which helped me tremendously. With Kerry's guidance and encouragement, I am now back to playing tennis and feeling stronger than ever. I cannot recommend Arrow Physical Therapy enough!

Lydia Hayek: Carli Kavanagh is an outstanding PT . I was very concerned about an increasing back pain and worried it may be something sinister. She listened carefully to my worries, did an extremely thorough assessment and explained in detail what she suspected my problem was and how to address them . My pain was gone in 2 weeks. She resolved my sciatica also with her dry needling technique. She is friendly and approachable. I enjoyed my sessions with her

Kirsten Wolff: I have been with Kerry for the last two years as we worked through my diagnosis of osteoarthritis, the subsequent anatomic replacement surgery of my shoulder and the many months of physical therapy which followed. I cannot speak highly enough of Kerry’s expertise, insight and empathy. I am truly appreciative of her care.

RET Physical Therapy & Healthcare Specialists: what do users think?

Luca Myers: Great people, great service, great recovery process!

Addi Zandt: the best staff in the world!!

Aaron: , they helped me get full mobility back in my shoulders. Julio Gutierrez has been my main physical therapist. He has been wonderful. Kyle Shilling helped guide me towards recovery, especially my shoulders. Reina had a unique approach that really helped my foot recovery. Victor, Andrea, and Miriam all guided me through the PT exercises needed as we talked about life. William, the OG assistant; he’s in graduate school now but he was great also. Briza helped schedule appointments and made me laugh, both as needed. To make it even better, you could tell that they all enjoyed being there working together. It made for a place to recover while socializing. If you need a physical therapist, don’t walk, run here. But then again, if you can run you might not need their expertise. Good luck in your recovery.

Linda Marra: I have been going for PT at RET for well over a year and my expectations have been far exceeded. The providers are top-notch, but beyond their technical skill, experience and knowledge, they make me feel special and cared for. Julio and Kyle are simply the best, and I trust their knowledge to guide my path toward improved mobility and strength. The front desk is managed with total care and professionalism by Breeza and Victor. Everyone there makes me feel seen, heard and validated. That's a graceful gift these days that seems in short suppy so many other places. I sincerely appreciate the RET team in the U. District. They will take good care of you, I'm sure.

Anna Weaver: i’ve been coming to RET for my physical therapy for over 6 months for a spinal injury, and have always been made to feel welcome and validated in my chronic pain here. the doctors and staff know me by name and always go the extra mile to help aid me in the journey to full mobility. can’t recommend them enough!

Christopher Suh: Julio was able to quickly diagnose and treat my back pain

Catherine Locher: Julio is the best! Very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and committed to his clients. I'm fortunate to have worked with him and appreciate his dedication to betterment of the human body. Thank you Julio and the RET team!

Miriam maria: Best physical therapy environment I have been in. Great therapists and helpful front desk!

Luis Olvera: After years of a lower back injury I got from biking, it wasn’t until I came to RET that I have gotten my back feeling better. Everyone at this location is great and really shows they want all of their patients to improve. From check-in until I left for the day, every person I interacted with in the office was friendly and welcoming. My main PTs were Julio and Reina and they both did an excellent job at working with me and going over a plan for my treatment. They walked me through various exercises and explained to me how each one would help in improving my back.I couldn’t recommend this location enough. Thanks to this team, I am able to start biking without any pain or discomfort again.

Steven Wong: Great staff and very personable! I like that they seem to think outside the box for the treatments and try different things in curing and strengthening the injured parts of the patients' bodies. Highly recommended! I already feel like my injury is healing rapidly!

Alexander Chen: all the pts and the ptas are super nice and very helpful. got years of back pain fixed in just 6 months

Miles T Metcalf: Miracle workers

Jane Keth: I’ve been coming here for the past couple months for a leg injury! Great staff, they are super helpful and hands-on!

Alyssa Matthews: Everything has been excellent from scheduling my initial visit through my follow up care. Everyone is welcoming and creates an environment of safe patient care.

Kristine La: i honestly was one of those people who didn’t believe in physical therapy but after months of treatment, friendly staff, legitimate expertise , i have never felt better! i can confidently say i’m in great hands with every single one of the staff, they are so great at making you feel welcomed and taken care of! highly recommend as it is also conveniently located and you get validated parking!

Peter Finkelman: I had partial knee replacement surgery on 9/2023. Julio was stellar at creating a plan and getting me up and moving in a short period of time. I experienced some severe post surgery nerve issues in my leg, but Julio and Kyle approached it methodically and intelligently, which led it to being resolved. The entire team is super professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this entire RET physical therapy group.

Scott Honor: Kyle and Julio are 2 of the best. Would recommend this clinic to anyone seeking to recover from injury. Really a great group of people and PTs.

Kalen: RET PT has been absolutely awesome. I have worked with Julio, one of the lead PT's. Julio helped uncover what was going on with pain in my leg and moved quickly to helping me get better. He is knowledgable and encouraging. The energy and vibes of the clinic are great. Everyone is friendly. I would highly recommend going to RET for your PT needs!

Daniel Born: I just finished up my second round of physical therapy at RET and I plan to return here if I need more in the future. I've been to 5 physical therapists and Kyle and Julio were by far the most helpful. My first round was when I was 18 for chronic back issues and headaches that began when I was 13 or 14. I had spent years being told it was an issue of muscle imbalance or core weakness despite being extremely active and fit as a dancer. I saw Kyle, who quickly saw my issues stemmed from a problem with my breathing and muscle tightness in my upper body. The treatment helped me a ton and I still use the exercises today to keep my pain manageable. This second round, I saw Julio for problems from a dislocated shoulder. He explained my issues thoroughly and succinctly, and encouraged me to stay active through recovery instead of relying on slings or braces. I've made a full recovery and am continuing to do the exercises so I can strengthen my shoulder as I return to my sport. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well. I was helped by Briza multiple times and only had positive experiences with scheduling and getting information about my treatment. Highly recommend RET if you are looking for quality physical therapy and a positive experience!!

Bridget Hubbard: Amazing experience!

David Victor Rodriguez: Julio is an outstanding physical therapist. He helped me deal with residual knee issues after multiple operations as well as lower back pain from deadlifting. His recommendations were instrumental to reducing the causes of my pain and getting back to high performance athletics. He is also very funny.

Joel P: I was not looking forward to physical therapy when my doctor prescribed it. However, it was a much more enjoyable experience than I had anticipated. Sam was my PT and was really awesome. He is a great communicator, very pleasant and made the process fun. I viewed my weekly appointments as a check-in with the real work being the daily routine of stretches and exercises that Sam set for me. Real Rehab's location is very convenient, right off I5 with plenty of free parking. I would highly recommend them.

Jamie Schoenborn: for a few years related to a complex knee injury and recurrent ACL reconstruction. The clinic is large, open, and comfortable with a diverse patient population; additional private rooms available as well. Staff are full therapists so all work is conducted 1:1. Front desk staff are very friendly, helpful, and always positive. Among the 5 or so providers I have seen here, Izette is my favorite. As a fellow cyclist, skiier and adventuress she understands the requirements of sports I am in and pushes me hard in the clinic and with at home exercises, yet can also sense when I come in struggling emotionally and adjusts our plan accordingly. She's helped me to plan an appropriate return to sport program after nearly three years of knee injury and her treatment has also included a focus on hip/pelvis and foot/ankle due to issues that came up from prolonged and repeated periods on non-weight bearing. Her approach involves both manual work and active exercises that I can do at home to gain strength between our sessions. Her manual work is exceptional and the neuro-muscular reeducation to make sure I am using my muscles correctly, in the proper order and not compensating sets her apart from most other PT's I have seen both here and outside. She is always very encouraging of the progress I have made, and helps me see the ways I have improved which keeps me motivated to do my exercises at home and has kept my morale up during some really challenging injuries. She also has no problems telling me what I can't do our shouldn't do, which is also very important for those of us who are driven perhaps a little more than our bodies can take. I have full faith in her ability to get me to my strongest possible person.

A G: I had a wonderful experience with Whitney as my Physical Therapist! She's very insightful and personable. My back is very grateful, I would recommend her.

Karen Blankenship: As an aging athlete, I’m always expecting each injury to set me back a little bit farther. When my shoulder started acting up I thought for sure I’d have to start limiting my lifting. Danielle Beels has worked wonders. My arm is stronger than ever and I’m hoping to be able to swim again this year! Incredible service with a great attitude.

Kylie Loynd: , followed by a final rehab tag team of Izette and Tony Pletcher after subsequent, complicated hip replacement.Tony also successfully coached daughter’s return to mobility, after 4-months non-weight-bearing post-surgery. Experienced, diagnostic, innovative. Patient, compassionate, encouraging. We consider Real Rehab a trusted part of our family’s health care team. It’s reassuring to know they are at hand for briefer tune-ups as well as longer guidance for life’s unexpected events. We give them our highest recommendation!

Cynthia “Cyndi” Hargrove: Today was my first appointment, and I have never had such a thorough and successful therapy session on day one. The pain was virtually gone all day! Michelle is amazing!

Donna Batch: Thanks to the professional guidance provided by Emily A. both in advance and post knee surgery, I am well on the way to full recovery. Emily is extremely skilled, patient and creative in her approach to PT. She provides the perfect combination of challenge and encouragement. I highly recommend Emily and Real Rehab is a well-run business, staffed with the best physical therapists in town.

Bin Song: First time go to this place, people are all friendly, get hour holistic massage, it's amazing, Sofia knows what she is doing release lots tension on my back after one day hard work. The place is new open, simplify and clean, feel very comfortable.Highly recommend, booked for next week when I left.

Melinda Rowse: ! Front office staff are also friendly and very competent - great with billing my insurance too. Just be sure to be on time...they stay on schedule, and it's your loss!

Thomas Roman: Rehabilitation with Tony P.Knowledgeable and professional. Listens to my concerns. Good customer service.

Rachel LaRoche: Great place. Friendly staff. Professional too!

Fred Rowley: , post-op from extensive foot surgery, and even a bike fit - awesome every time.

Mattie Shaw: I have found the 2 physical therapists who worked with me competent and professional. The exercises and feedback helped me to relieve my knee pain. I appreciate their taking me on time as well. Parking is convenient. The front desk is welcoming. I would recommend this PT clinic.

Niki Athis: Excellent facility. Excellent therapist. I worked with Kerry Mauri for some lower back pain issues. She is professional, thorough, and quite intuitive. She treated me with the utmost respect and care taking the time to understand my goals and abilities. The office is convenient with easy parking. Making appointments was also easy. I highly recommend Real Rehab.

Courtney Olander: I've been working with Emily after having stem cell and PRP done on my knee. Given it's a relatively new procedure, I wanted to make sure I found a PT who had experience rehabbing stem cell patients. Emily is totally up on post procedure protocols. She's an extremely good listener, excellent at trouble-shooting / giving modifications, patient and positive. I'm still not done, but I've already seen progress and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience.

Brian Johnson: Real Rehab is staffed with true professional physical therapists who are 100% focused on your personal situation. I would highly recommend them.

Kay Morris: Staff is very thorough and efficient. They are all good listeners

Kase Cragg: . Give yourself plenty of time and deep breaths while traveling!

Azarah Gillis: My son’s illness is complex, and in the beginning of trying to figure it out, it soon became a plethora of different providers, each with their own specialized lens practice and best route of care. After a few months of this, and my son continuing to get worse instead of better, I realized my son’s treatment team needed a ‘Specialist of Specialist.’ I had worked with Dr. Joshua Bess before in a professional capacity, and I had never forgotten the care he showed for his patients; and so, when I reached out about my son to his office, and Dr. Bess recommended Dr. Adams, based off of what I had shared, I had no problem trust falling into it. And Dr. Adams has indeed been that ‘one ring to bind them’—but in a good way! He has done an incredible job of looking at the complexity of my son’s medical history, the opinions of current providers and their treatment options; and through his own in-depth evaluation, constructed a much better comprehensive understanding of what was taking place. Since having Dr. Adams come on board, the care provided by other professionals has been in better concert to the bigger picture of my son’s health. I am deeply grateful for the work Dr. Adams has done with my son, his keen focus on family integrated care, as well as the follow-up care he has and continues to provide.
