Wayne Riley: I have purchased several Stihl tools from these fine folks and highly recommend the store. The customer service is excellent, they register all new tools for you, their selection is huge. One tool required a battery that they didn't have in stock so they gave me a loaner battery to use, for free, while they ordered a new battery for me. Service like that keeps me coming back, they are my go to Stihl dealer.
Alex R: Rented a helium tank, unfortunately it was not refilled correctly so it didn't last longer than 10 balloons. However the team there offered to bring me one and timing wise it didn't work out, but they made it right.

Hugh Kim: A superb customer service experience. My one year-old Honda mower would stall upon start. As one of the nearest Honda warranty centers near me, I took it in for service. One of the mechanics - Kaleb - at Aurora Rents took the mower back to the shop, resolved the issue in minutes. Kaleb was friendly, cordial, and a true professional through and through. And he taught me some crucial things to keep the mower running. I left the shop one happy customer. I'm glad to have a shop like near me. A plus!
Brady Ryan: Editing this and updating from 1-star to 4-stars. I picked up a trencher that wouldn't dig, and went back and forth with Aurora Rents to get two more trenchers over the next few days. Eventually I got one that worked, and the team at Aurora worked with me to make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate it and will work with them again, but be aware of the possibility of broken equipment when you rent here. They'll take care of you in the end, but you might end up with a few days of burnt time on your project.

Adam Mesa: Power tool rentals are in the back left of the gardening section of Home Depot. I rented power tools to mount my TV & sound bar. The tools were in ok condition & good quality. They don’t rent drill bits, but I was able to buy some in the main store.

They refunded me but it was a big inconvenience since I had to take time off work and get someone to help me lift / load the machine. The Workers here are very helpful and nice. They also all were wearing face coverings and practiced social distancing.

Dell O'Malley: Needed to rent a carpet cleaner. That had one ready to go when I needed it. They even had a bottle of shampoo for it. $52 for the cleaner, hose attachment for stairs and shampoo.24 hour rental, fast easy in and out. Yes, I will come back.

Larry Schellink: Although I have had some difficulties in past using the online reservation system, the customer service has always been excellent. It is best to call to reserve equipment to confirm availability. The equipment I have rented on several occasions has been in good working order and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Gary Syck: Who knew that there was another rental place out on the edge of Poulsbo?We didn't believe Google as it sent us onto previously unexplored roads. Maps got us close, but we had to take a guess about where to pull in.Once we found the place, we were thrilled to see the range of stuff to rent. We needed a certain trailer to haul building materials for my girlfriend's art studio. Not only did they have just what we needed, but they were open on the weekend. You would think that is a no brainer for an equipment rental place, but it is not the case at other local businesses.The folks who worked there helped us with the paperwork and sent out a kid to help us hook it up. The whole process was as easy as it could be. The same service was there for us when we dropped the trailer off the next day.

Missy M: I went to Aurora Rents this am for the first time to pick up a cabinet lift that my movers could use to put a very large and heavy top section of an armoire on its base. I needed help getting it into my Outback and I was introduced to Mike. What a guardian angel! After explaining what I needed the piece for, Mike suggested switching to a fireplace lift which has a long support base-kinda like a fork lift that could safely lift the upper section on to the base. I could tell right away that Mike knew his stuff and went with his recommendation. As we were about to put the lift in the Outback-down swooped 3 employees to help Mike with the load. More guardian angels! My movers loved the unit-it completed the lift and we all are still alive to tell the story. I return the unit the same day. This time 4-5 guys came to take it out of my car. Mike greeted me and asked how things went. Awesome-of course. Here’s the deal. The crew at Aurora are knowledgeable, eager to help, professional and serve with pride. They all deserve 5 stars but I’m giving a extra star to Mike cause he saved the day.
