Jordan came out to conduct the initial consultation and, in addition to identifying the culprit for the dead tree, did a walk around our property to assess the health of our other trees. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and candid. As it was the busy season, they wouldn't be able to do the work for a couple months, but we were in no rush.
