Chris Tanayan: The vegetables grown at this community garden are donated to Pike Place Senior Center and Food Bank. This little nook serves as a nice place to get away from the crowd. There's a view of the harbor by the Great Wheel. A few seats are available if you want to sit and have a bite of whatever you purchased from the market!
Phoebe Chang: A lot of people don't know about this place! It's really quiet and good hideout place! Would definitely recommend to come if you want to chill a bit.
Belle Zaldivar: Away from the hustle-bustle of the market. Here you can have an amazing view of the pier, and the sea.

Arian Kulp: Great place to buy some local produce and help out youth. They have a variety of produce, along with plants, cheeses, and other items. It was nice to see the variety, although prices were definitely high. They also have very few hours so be sure to check ahead first. It's nice just to walk around the grounds. Check it out!

Andrew Holland: A gem in Beacon Hill! A surprising variety of plants in a relatively small space. I got some great advice for Washington varieties of vegetables that I grew from seed and they are doing spectacularly this season. My favorite part of visiting is the dogs.

B “to the” Y: Whole family went. Enjoyed the wonderfully cared for garden, especially the ducks and turtles. If Iwere to do it again I would spend more time either walking or biking around the many paths around the Washington Park Arboretum. Though the younger kids might protest.

Rob Reid: I was surprised to see so many blooming flowers still, in October. There is some humongous rubarb, lots of arugula,and several bean vines still with beans on them. The bean I sampled wasn't very sweet though.It's a lovely garden,and it's a great side spot for smoking marijuana while walking the dog. Careful with a dog because I'm always seeing racoons in the garden. 🙂
