It wasn't easy to secure a reservation because they have limited hours of operation, and it can be quite challenging to reach someone over the phone. This aspect could definitely be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.On the bright side, once we arrived, we were impressed by the quality of their new boats and the professionalism of the staff. They made sure our boating experience was safe and enjoyable. It was a nice touch that they took care of refueling for us, saving us time and hassle.In summary, Waterfront Adventures is a fantastic destination for a day on the water, surrounded by the natural beauty of Kirkland. With a bit of improvement in the reservation process and accessibility, it could easily earn a full five stars. Christopher Chen: Miraculously had a day off with the wife and no kids. Rented a jet ski and it was a perfect activity to end the summer! Great service from the crew. My first time jet skiing and they were very informative. Made it down to Bellevue and back in one hour. Gas not included but parking is validated.

scott henry: Great training before the ride that answered any concerns that we had about the equipment. It had been 40 years since I'd been on one of these things, and they are SO much nicer than the old SkiDo's that I rode before. We had 2 hours on it, and it really did go by very quickly. We made it back with only a few minutes to spare 🤣Great staff, and a great way to sight-see around Lake Washington.

Ronald Spiegel: This was an amazing experience!!! We did the inner tube canal adenture. Our guide, Mason was a fantastic leader, who shared Hawaiian customs and history with us in a very interesting way. He even played the ukulele while we drifted down the canal. I highly recommend this for anyone.

Rickey Amézquita: Booked a boat for an hour with a driver and I will absolutely do it again for longer! If you're lucky enough to get Eddie as your Captain you're in luck! He made our boat ride so fun, he showed us so awesome spots on Lake Washington and his playlist was fire! Overall 10/10.

Joy: Very fun! Easy and quick to get signed up, learn the controls, and get going. Great location and they validate parking. Nice staff. Unfortunately the gas was a bit expensive, more so than the standard nearby gas station prices. Just be prepared for the gas to cost a little more than you expect.

Greg Auble: I came to SWS on a recommendation. I had a poor experience at another boat service shop. I worked with Jen in service. She was great and made sure that my desires were met.I have a Seadoo, and at the previous boat shop I had some Seadoo branded bumpers installed. They were drilled into the hull, incorrectly placed. The other shop wanted to charge me again to fix their mistake. SWS was able to fix the placement and repair the hull. The repair was clean and clearly done with care. Within their abilities to work on Seadoo’s, as they are not a dealer, they also made sure that the Seadoo was in proper working order for the upcoming season. I will continue to use SWS as my go to shop going forward.

Jeremy Meadows: The service department was amazing! I bought my F21 Tomcat from Seattle Watersports over 5 years ago and they have been so easy to work with, BUT this last week they went way above and beyond my expectations! We were out on Sunday afternoon pulling a tube and I suddenly lost steering. I jumped in the water and found my rudder had fallen off. Monday morning I called Wayne in the service department he ordered my Rutter immediately and it was in by Wednesday. They had me back on the water by Friday afternoon just in time to save our Seafair weekend. We have friends in town was absolutely amazing that they were able to complete this work so quickly. Kevin Pike: The eFoil lesson with Urban Surf was definitely worth it. The team reached out soon after payment, worked with my schedule, and found great conditions for the lesson. The instructor did a great job breaking down how to ride the eFoil. Riding was super fun! Boardsport experience translates into eFoiling but it’s still a fun challenge. JM Malinchak: This was awesome. Fun to learn. If you’re comfortable riding a board, you should be up and riding within the hour. Don’t get me wrong It’s not press-go like a jet ski, took a couple tries to get up. Then learning to carve a turn, not simple, but so satisfying when you do your first without wiping out. I’ve done board sports all my life. Foiling is like nothing else. You have to try it.

Glen Gaidos: Just had an e-foil lesson with Brett, and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in giving the sport a try. He was friendly, patient, and a great instructor, and it's a lot of fun. Plus, Urban Surf was really great about resheduling when I had to change the original lesson time. If you're thinking about it, go for it!

And I think both were due to his good explanations, and just having me learn everything gradually on the right equipment. I highly recommend beginners or intermediate, and advanced to take lessons from Brett. It was really fun.

Lee Weiland: Gear, surfboard, and Efoil. Perfect experience. Flew from Alaska to get gear. 4mm suit, hood, and board. Had everything necessary. They helped with every detail. Plus they made availability for an Efoil lesson and due to a scheduling error even extended my time to 3 hours. Met the owner Matt who was very helpful and so was Brett the instructor and all of staff. Learned, stood, and glided.

mark hetrick: I had an issue with binding mounting recently that was enough to be very noticeable. After a few phone calls and of three times sending me to someone else who could supposedly help I just went to the store in Seattle. I live 3 hrs away including a ferry ride, so not a trivial trip. I’m happy to say EVO made it right and gave me a new off the rack same pair of skiis and mounted properly. So a bit of a runaround but fully satisfied with the solution! Great guys in the shop!!!!
