The first time I went, I needed a new battery and a new watch band. He suggested a metal elastic band, said it would last longer, but I didn't want to spend that much. He found a perfect band among his used accessories, fit it to my wrist, and charged me ten bucks! Still wearing it!

Kevin Kiso: I had just visited numerous jewelers in the downtown Seattle business district trying to replace a battery in my Michel Caber Isle wristwatch only to be told, "Leave it with us and return in three weeks' time." "We don't have a nano screw driver to access that chassis..." Etc. Thirty seconds off of 3rd and Pike and up to the 5th floor of the Melbourne Bldg., Jerry was courteous and efficient and my watch was serviced in three minutes.
Holger Marschall: The mainspring of my vintage Seiko was broken and I was concerned where to find a qualified watchmaker who knows how to repair these vintage watches without breaking the bank. I was more than happy to learn that Jerry was actually trained by SEIKO and familiar with this type of watch. Apart the repair of the mainspring the watch got a complete overhaul service and is now like new. I cannot recommend Jerry's skills enough. He is an experienced watchmaker a wonderful person and he will charge you a fraction of what you probably will have to pay in other places.

ROGER NELSON: Needed work on my wife's tennis bracelet that purchased from Fred Meyers years ago with a extended warranty lifetime on the bracelet took it down there they examined it had it fixed no cost to me the employees were very friendly and the manager also of the store Fred Meyers Jewelers was extremely helpful. Matthew Layton: The proprietor is very friendly, but if I'm being honest, the prices are quite high. There is a wide selection of estate jewlery, watches, and other collectibles.

Christi Lenz: . We are visiting from out of town and I was searching for a knowledgeable jeweler and piercer who could help figure out how to help my daughter. She helped us diagnose what was wrong and how to help it. She was so sweet to my daughter who was a bit nervous. She gently cleaned my daughter’s ear, the new earrings, with longer stems, got them in smoothly,and even gave us a bottle of solution to help keep the hole clean. She was so kind and helpful I asked her another random question. I had second holes done 20 years ago but stopped wearing earring a few years after that. One hole is still open but the other was closed half way. She expertly and patiently was able to get my earring in pretty much pain-free. I’m so appreciative for her help with both our situations and during such a busy time for them

I was given several choices for the chain, given a written estimate, and told what my credit would be for the gold ring, which some places didn't even offer. All this was done in a timely manner before Christmas and it turned out great. They said if she didn't like the chain, she could come pick out a different one and pay or be credited for any price difference.We don't really buy jewelry, but if you do, definitely go check Marlow's out!
