Adelina Milano: Perfectly Posh Events was the M.V.P. of our wedding!! We had the wonderful opportunity to be with Danae. From the very beginning, Danae was professional, kind and empathetic, which was so important as we were totally hit during the COVID-19 season. Through a total of 4 postponements, Danae was there, every step of the way and was so wonderful to work with. Her and her team were so professional and made our wedding 100% stress free. If you are looking at your budget and don’t know if a day of coordinator is worth it, I would 100000% recommend moving something around to get one. They are integral to the entire day before and day of; so many people talked to me how stressful a wedding is or how chaotic a rehearsal would be—not with Danae! She was organized, structured and had a plan, every step of the way. Our zoom call meetings before the wedding were so awesome and she was so eloquent and poised in everything she did. If you have the opportunity to work with her, do it!! Anyone at Perfectly Posh Events is wonderful! Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our wedding memorable, unforgettable, painless and stress free. Having a day-of coordinator made the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day-of run so much smoother than if we had tried to orchestrate it ourselves. It also removed SO much stress from my family and myself. Bridget is very sweet, professional, focused and a joy to work with. The three biggest things for me with having a day-of coordinator like Bridget were- 1. Having someone to look over what you are doing and make sure your plans, timeline, vendors, etc are all in line in the months before the wedding. 2. Communicating with the vendors regarding times they will be arriving, confirming what they may need, payments, etc. in the weeks leading up to the wedding. 3. DAY OF! Oh my goodness, Bridget and her assistant took all the boxes of décor we had and set-up our venue so beautifully, this was huge for me as it allowed my family, friends, husband and myself to just enjoy the day. They also packed everything away so nicely after the wedding. During the wedding she had everything running smoothly and if I needed anything she was always right there. One of the things I loved most about Bridget is how calm she is!! She mentioned when we initially met that this was a piece of positive feedback she received often from couples and that was why I hired her- I wanted someone that wasn’t going to seem anxious or stress me out. We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!!One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration – FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, “why was I planning a wedding?” but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party.The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don’t even think about until you are in it, when you realize, “I’m so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this.” Rebecca is someone you can trust to get the work done; you will be wowed by what she delivers.

And when we needed more room on the dance floor, she made sure the tables and chairs got pushed back so everyone had room to move.Nothing will ever go 100% according to plan, but with Pacific Engagements nobody ever knew that our special day was anything other than exactly as we planned it to be! Alex McCue: Working with Alyssa during our wedding planning process was a wonderful experience. Like many other couples, we faced a lot of logistical difficulties while planning the wedding. In fact, we would be out of the country during the entire wedding planning process! However, Alyssa’s flexibility and enthusiasm to help us put on the wedding that we wanted minimized any issues. She assisted us a lot with vendor sourcing and was always front and center when we needed to contact them. Alyssa also helped us a lot with many of the design aspects of the event and worked with the location, florist, and other vendors to ensure that the day had the look and feel we wanted. Christina Him: Working with Alyssa at Pacific Engagements truly was the BEST decision we made for our wedding! I knew early on I would need a wedding planner to help us in coordinating our dream wedding and was so happy that I found Pacific Engagements! Her webpage as well as social media accounts showcases her attention to fine details and had the aesthetics we were looking for. Alyssa is a class act - she is super professional, easy to communicate with, fast to respond and was just a dream to work with! I can't tell you how many times she has saved us during this whole process, offering her sound judgment and advice from her years of experience in the wedding industry. A day prior to our wedding day, we were contacted by the transportation agency we originally booked stating that the vintage car we wanted was not going to be ready in time for the wedding due to mechanical issues. I was devasted, super stressed out and Alyssa was able to come to our rescue and in fact was able to connect with another agency and book us an even better vintage car than we hoped for! This is the type of dedication and service any bride/groom would want to have as a part of their wedding vendor team. She alleviated so many of our fears/stress regarding COVID-19 concerns and was able to give us alternative options and ideas to make things run smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Alyssa and her team set up everything so perfectly and beautifully as I had envisioned for our wedding. She understood the vibe I was going for and executed it well, with little instructions. I know for a fact that without her help, my wedding would not have been what I envisioned it to be. Danielle Hert: Alyssa at Pacific Engagements was the best wedding planner and helped us create the most perfect day we could have imagined! As one of the first couples amongst our friends to get married, we hadn’t been to a ton of weddings and weren’t completely sure where to even start with planning. Alyssa made things so easy for us with vendor recommendations, setting expectations, and checking in with us on a regular basis. We first met with Alyssa in June 2019 for our August 2020 wedding, however, in March 2020 we ultimately decided to postpone our wedding to September 2021 due to COVID-19. In a completely stressful time, Alyssa was a rock and so supportive! She helped us reschedule our venue and all of our vendors - luckily we were able to move everything to our new date with no issues. When we weren’t able to reach one of our vendors, Alyssa quickly stepped in, was able to contact the vendor and problem solve. Alyssa was always up to date on the ever changing COVID wedding restrictions, able to provide guidance and always so positive! Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and went perfectly. We didn’t feel stressed at all on our wedding day and were able to be fully present and enjoy the day with our guests. It was so nice not to have to worry about all the little details and logistics going on behind the scenes. We spent over two years working with Alyssa and it was so much fun getting to know her and planning our dream wedding. We could not have done it without her!

Having staffed gala fundraisers and other events, I very much appreciate Krista's organized, detail-oriented approach - she and her team are all about making your event what you want it to be.My fiancé and I booked a wedding package with our venue that included day-of coordination, and we were lucky enough to be paired with Krista in that role. She and her team have pulling off the perfect wedding down to a science, and will ensure all your questions are answered and everything is in place for the celebration you want.We were originally scheduled for a June 2020 wedding, so we were heavily impacted by COVID-19. We initially rescheduled to September 2020 and ultimately ended up cancelling our original plans in favor of a very small, family-only ceremony. Krista was the best resource we could have asked for about changing public health guidelines, and was very straightforward with us about what our options were for celebrating during this stressful time. Although she and her team ultimately won't be part of our wedding this year due to the changes we've made in response to the pandemic, we would work with Krista again without hesitation, and hope that she'll be coordinating an anniversary or vow renewal celebration for us in the future - one with all the hugs and dancing we wish we could have this year!

Tram Nguyen: I highly recommend Krista. From the moment I met Krista, we hit it off and I could tell she was trustworthy and knew what she was doing. She is so sweet and nice, and an awesome planner. She was there every step of the way during our planning and made sure that we were always on track and didn’t forget anything.I am from Boston and she was very flexible and accommodating to our time change and traveling schedule. If we had issues with any of our vendors she would go to bat for us and made sure we got what we wanted and deserved.Everyone in our wedding party/family members/ and vendors commented how organized she was. They had never seen such a meticulous timeline for a wedding. Day of, I wanted to make sure we, or any guest, would not have to worry about any of the logistics behind the wedding; set up, coordinating with vendors, tear down and clean up; etc.; and she definitely delivered that. Everything went off without a hitch, and if anything did go wrong she problem solved and made sure it was not an issue.Our guest still keep complimenting how great and fun our wedding was. We also hired her for design, and she did a great job helping us aesthetically. Her knowledge and connections in the industry are a huge plus. You won’t go wrong hiring Krista. I don’t know how we would have done it without her!

We worked with Megan throughout our process leading up to our big day and she was on top of everything. We were so stress free during our wedding day and knew everything was taken care of. Megan was so detail oriented and helped us make sure we had everything checked off our list. She even did this while stepping into our planning process a bit late in the game when our original coordinator became double booked after losing an employee. So the fact that she totally crushed it and helped us feel at ease after the stress of losing our original coordinator was so helpful! Worth every penny, don’t think twice about hiring them!
