I had initially made the mistake of going to Car Toys- where I sat in a fishbowl of a waiting room for 7 hours only to leave empty handed as nobody there knew how to install a CarPlay stereo. Duane M: In a world where "quiet quitting" is becoming the norm, Ballard Custom Audio is a local company where they they take pride in the excellence of their work and it shows in all your interactions with them. My wireless Carplay Alpine installation worked great, sounds great, looked like a factory installation, but the GPS signal was erratic. After multiple sim card changes, and a new phone from Apple, we finally figured out the GPS antenna needed to be moved. Ballard Custom Audio did it without charging me again. The attitude is what is great, not nickel and diming you to death, just solving your problem and teaching you how to use your new gear rather than leaving you to figure it out on your own. They were interested in solving my problem, not making more money off me. Work is pristine, fairly priced, they treat your car and your time with respect. Highest recommendation.

Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.

Thy: I took my old school Cadillac here to have them fix my power cord to my amp, because my subwoofers were not working. They fixed my power cord and my subwoofers still weren't working, but they help me figure out the problem and fixed it in like 45 minutes. The stereo system I have installed in my car has an app with system settings and I didn't realize that my subwoofers we're turned off. Not only did they figure all that out and fixed it, but they taught me how to adjust my subwoofers to my liking. Extremely warm welcoming as I entered the store and it was my first time here. Very professional and the service is amazing. I'll definitely come back without a doubt when I need other work done to my car. The price was super reasonable and well worth it. Such a blessing, if you're looking for custom audio installation or anything for your car, you should definitely pull up.

I was waffling between a lesser quality stereo deck and one with more modern features. I changed horses the day before the install because the quality built into the Kenwoood was far more superior. The sales person acted as a consultant and guided me through the process.The install of my new Kenwood is clean and sounds great. I definitely feel that if I have a problem, the shop will take care of the issue. I also noticed that the lobby was busy but they were sure to keep track of who was next and were respectful to everyone which I can appreciate.I don’t give 5 star reviews but this one gets 4.5

Seth Lay: I recently bought a 2001 Lexus GS 430 with the factory Nav and Mark Levinson system. However I wanted to upgrade my sound system and went to big box stores like Best Buy and Car Toys to see if they were able to help in the matter. The answer I got was nope they don’t have the correct harness for it or no the car is to old and it would cost way to much to require the entire vehicle. I almost gave up but found Foss Audio on Google search. I came in and spoke to Nate the Front Desk Manager about what I wanted to do with the vehicle and also went over some options to enhance my audio. Man he blew me away with so much knowledge and also the pricing. His guys took cared of my car and revived the sounds system. It sounds amazing and it was well worth the price. Neil Patil: We use SimpliSafe for fire, water, CO, and entry monitoring for multiple buildings. The system is very easy to install and update. What is very impressive is the response from the monitoring center- we set off the smoke alarm by accident, within the first 10 secs, they had already called! Brian Anderson: I am happy to be a repeat customer having moved from our previous residence to a new home. My experience with Froula installations and ongoing service was excellent so there was only one choice for the new house. In this case, it had a complicated system courtesy of a different installer. I was very pleased with the assessment of the legacy system and the recommended improvements. The installation team took their time to evaluate and explain the existing system, gain my input on the various options that I needed to consider to have the system setup the way I wanted. Then they tagged all the old wiring and delivered a solid system. Froula is my only go to security firm and now that I know they do custom AV installs, we will be working together again soon.

We later disconnected the fire alarm part of it when we discovered that little spiders will crawl in the fire alarm sensors and set it off.Froula is more expensive than other companies, but they do the job properly using wired systems in conjunction with the less reliable wireless systems.Other companies didn't want to comply with our request to install an external siren. Loren King: I work for Bowen Scarff Ford and Lincoln in Kent, WA. We contacted Froula Alarm Systems Inc to get a price quote on our annual fire safety equipment checks. After receiving a great quote we immediately hired them to come out and test our back flow prevention device and conduct our annual service on our fire extinguishers at the work place. In addition they will also be doing our annual fire test checks. Gabriel Dunlap and Richard Rhome were very proffessional and efficient at their job. Their focus on the job made for a very fast and efficient test and run through on all required tasks.
