Brian Anderson: I am happy to be a repeat customer having moved from our previous residence to a new home. My experience with Froula installations and ongoing service was excellent so there was only one choice for the new house. In this case, it had a complicated system courtesy of a different installer. I was very pleased with the assessment of the legacy system and the recommended improvements. The installation team took their time to evaluate and explain the existing system, gain my input on the various options that I needed to consider to have the system setup the way I wanted. Then they tagged all the old wiring and delivered a solid system. Froula is my only go to security firm and now that I know they do custom AV installs, we will be working together again soon.

We later disconnected the fire alarm part of it when we discovered that little spiders will crawl in the fire alarm sensors and set it off.Froula is more expensive than other companies, but they do the job properly using wired systems in conjunction with the less reliable wireless systems.Other companies didn't want to comply with our request to install an external siren. After receiving a great quote we immediately hired them to come out and test our back flow prevention device and conduct our annual service on our fire extinguishers at the work place. Nothing was premium prior to my pit stop of stereo warehouse.This whole crew was positive vibes. Very knowledgeable in the industry having grandfathered amps plastered on the wall taking you back in time to the latest systems you can dream of. Showed me around the shop with all the set ups they had and took care of me like I was one of their own brothers. Prices couldn't be beat nowhere, but i can't put into words the hospitality they shared with the excellent customer service. I came from many zip codes away, and it was so worth the extra commute.

Renton Dental Arts: Our dental office was open and seeing patients when our system was tested and it could have been awkward but the team that came out was awesome! Whether it was being non responsive, unable to answer basic questions, or dismissive, it was a hassle to deal with them via phone or email and our company almost switched to another company.Now in 2020, I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with customer service. They are quick to respond, have answers to questions and can walk me through basic issues that our fire panel was having. A very refreshing and a far cry from a few months ago. They were able to send techs out to fix a constant alarm issue the same day we called them.The service techs we've had have been great! Knowledgeable, thorough, fast and professional. They were cheery and a pleasure to work with.Five star rating as of January 2020 and glad we did not switch.

Antonio: So I visited seattle. I travel a lot. It's always been on my list of places to go. To be honest it's a very simple/ boring city. There's a few nice areas to visit. This would be 1 of them. The space needle is in the center of a few museums and walking distance to parks. Nothing spectacular. It's nice tho. It's basically something you show up to and say you been there then never return. Just a 1 and done. I do like how the monorail pulls up right next to it. That was convenient. So yea. Just heads up. Don't think it's gunna be something grand. It's just a simple city with simple attractions.

Scott MacAuley: It is certainly a go-to spot when visiting Seatle. While it is a typical market the vibe, history, and amountn of visitors make this place fun. Just down the street is the oldest starbucks and there are plenty of places to stop and get a snack or a meal.

David Fischer: The original Costco. Well, it's actually the replacement for the original Costco that sat on this site. There is a small display in the front of the store with some pictures of the original store. Other than that, this is a standard Costco with the only thing special being a gas station.
