Jessica: The woodworkers here are artists! They have a command of their craft that surpasses others. My 1937 home needed restoration on an interior wood trim. This is not remodeling or upgrading, this is restoration. The piece of wood must be made to fit exactly and the same quality.Noble Woodwork is amazing! It is so hard to find artists, most woodworkers want to remodel a large job. But to help one restore a beautiful old home is priceless.

I was looking for a skilled partner in the project that had a range of experiences in order to deal with the challenges that come from early 1900s carpentry. Gary Cox: John is a true craftsman. We live in an old Victorian with sloping floors and no perfect right angles anywhere. We needed a door made for our kitchen and John was very careful to get the shape perfectly right. The door is beautiful, John is a real pleasure to work with. Ryan worked closely with us to figure out exactly what we had in mind, sketched and modeled the piece so we'd be able to intelligently discuss every part of it, and kept engaged with us throughout the design, building, and installation.Our request was somewhat unusual: a free-standing, movable kitchen island with a large pull-out table that can pull all the way out and move around independently. Ryan dove into this unusual plan with gusto, and implemented it with such elegance and solidity that you'd think he'd done it dozens of times before. Kevin Curtiss: At the recommendation of our interior designer/stylist we hired Phinney Ridge Painting to paint the interior of our house. I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with them. When we had them out to quote, Ned came over and spent as much time as we needed to walk through the entire house, talk about what we wanted to do, and even helped make some recommendations to us. From the very beginning, he inspired a lot of confidence in the company. We ultimately decided to have them do our trim, walls, and ceiling. The crew they had do the painting was outstanding and extremely professional. They showed up on time every day, worked full days every day, and were so respectful of our house. They cleaned up every evening before going home and when they were working on our kitchen even made sure that we could get access to it every night. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They went way beyond just applying a new coat of paint to everything - every single imperfection in the walls/trim/ceiling was patched and fixed.We had such a great experience with painting that we plan to use them for a few carpentry jobs here in the near future.I highly recommend Phinney Ridge Painting. Kevin Carrabine: Just wrapped an interior paint job done by the crew at PRP of our Ballard bungalow. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend PRP.
