Queen Anne Painting: what do users think?

Ann Nagele: Juan is meticulous and professional! He painted a double door to my bathroom and it looks great. Plan to use them again very soon.

Hannah Lertola: We couldn’t be happier with the results of our drywall rebuild project with Queen Anne Painting and Carpentry—specifically with Edwin’s meticulous and beautiful work! We had water damage that took out some walls and ceiling in our utility and linen closets as well as the adjacent hallway. Edwin did a fantastic job with every aspect of our project from the drywall, to insulation, to painting and carpentry to reinstall the closet shelving. The walls look even better than they did originally. Edwin went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and it shows! He clearly communicated where he was in the project and what to expect the following day. And the project was finished right on time. Overall, working with this company was a very positive experience and we absolutely recommend them for high quality work and top notch people!

J r: Great company and Juan was excellent! Highly recommend!

Sean Dougherty: Bruce and QA Painting did such an excellent job freshening up our bathroom. This has to be our fifth project with QA Painting and we were impressed once again. The texture and color were awful beforehand, and Bruce took a lot of care skim coating, sanding, and painting the bathroom to perfection. It looks excellent and is such an upgrade. I really appreciated Bruce’s professionalism - on time, clean, and a great craftsman. Thank you!

Valerie Balch: Wonderful people, wonderful work!

Christopher E Sims: Excellent work at a more than fair price. I’ll definitely use Queen Anne Carpentry and Painting in the future.

Robert Forbes: This company is the most professional company with whom we've worked in the last 8 years. We are detail-oriented people and appreciate the detail and care exhibited by Queen Anne Painting. We already have scheduled another project with them.

Nora Sandler: These folks did a great job installing new baseboard in our laundry room and touching up peeling paint throughout our apartment. Francisco did excellent work installing the baseboard. Brian went above and beyond in touching up the paint everywhere that needed it, including spots that I'd forgotten to point out to him. We're really happy with the results and we'll definitely use them again!

Saraga Reddy: Had a wonderful experience working with Queen Anne Painting. We needed to have the interior walls of our house repainted. Vita was extremely professional and timely with regards to the initial consultation/quote. They ended up offering the most reasonable price compared to the other companies we were getting quotes from. The painting crew led by Yeferson Oliva did a fantastic job patching up numerous holes in the walls and made the walls look brand new! He was professional and communicative and gave me periodic updates on the progress of our project. The project was completed on time as expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

seattleparrothead: We had QAP do some repair and repainting on our bedroom ceiling. Jorge Corona did an excellent job.

Mari Harrison: We were delighted by Brian and Rafael who painted the two bathrooms in our 1909 four square house in Ballard. The results were simply beautiful! They were extremely dedicated and meticulous in their work, always on time, and completely trustworthy as well as being unfailingly polite. We would recommend them to anyone desiring a high quality painting job.

Sean O'Connell: Josh and Juan did a great job with repairs after flood damage to our basement. Looks better then before!

M Hellmann: Brian did great work! Was very detail oriented and went above and beyond. I will definitely use QA Painters again.

Laura Hunter: Jose repaired the drywall throughout our house after a whole house plumbing repipe. The drywall now looks seamless, with texture to match the rest of the rooms. Also, Brendan added framing for two walls that needed repair. Really beautiful work. I highly recommend them.

Melody Jackson: Luis did a wonderful job. I’m very happy. Thank you Queen Anne Painting and Carpentry

Andrew Aiken: If I could give more than five stars to the Queen Ann Painting and Carpentry crew, I would! They were outstanding in every aspect of our project. Cory as the PM was outstanding with communication, scheduling and pricing. And José and the rest of the team on site couldn’t have been better. The quality of their work was excellent, and they stayed late into the evening a few nights to wrap it all up on time. Punchlist was minimal, and they happily fixed the few, very minor, things we noticed. Thanks so much. The place looks fabulous!

Jaimie Fife: .

Carleen Pieper: Jorge did amazing work! He was courteous and efficient and the results look beautiful.

Terry Tanneberg: Juan, of Queen Anne Painting, did some warranty work and painted the top of our fence today. He was a hard worker and did an excellent job. We will always use Queen Anne Painting. They do great work and stand behind it. Terry Tanneberg

Rydawell Builds: what do users think?

Dawn Sherburne: We could not be more happy with our build from the Rydawell team. From their excellent two way communication to the quality craftsmanship, all phases of our project surpassed our expectations. We really appreciated the guidance they gave, avoiding costly mistakes. Amelia is our dream van and we look forward to lots of adventures in comfort and style in the coming years!

Meg Fabry: I dreamt of creating a van with Rydawell as my builder 4 years ago. In 2023 that dream became a reality, and I finally picked up my van in January. The best decision I made the whole way was deciding on Rydawell as my builder.Couldn't have asked for a better experience.Ryan and his team brought all of their knowledge and wisdom to the table and helped guide the design + execution. Their expertise has made hitting the road a seamless digital nomad experience. The initial design, to the build and final budget--Ryan documents and explains it all with transparency. The woodworking really sets apart the look and feel of the builds, but the process I believe is what makes Rydawell the best van builder out there. The team can execute a custom design--even one as complicated as mine, to perfection. The pics speak for themselves! If you are on the fence of who to pick to do your build, I hope this review tips you Ryan's way. Such a brilliant builder. You won't be disappointed.Service:General carpentry cabinetry services

Ariella & Dan Berlinski: Great customer Service! We've been building our van on a small budget and Rydawell has continuously respected that. They designed and installed our electrical system and have gone above and beyond to help make recommendations, order materials and guide us through our at home build. Electrical system is working great and we couldn't be happier with our choice to work with Rydawell.

Bill Danna: built by Rydawell, and we can't say enough about how great the experience was. Ryan and his whole team are great. The entire process was very well communicated, and we were involved throughout the build to ensure everything was exactly how we wanted it. From the custom cabinetry, to every details inside and out, we love our new van, using it almost every weekend for adventures.

Brad Davis: Yes, Ryan did an excellent job and went beyond my expectations, I am very happy with his attention to details, very professional.

Ruben Ramirez: Ryan & the team were great to work with! I had them add 2 bunk windows to my van and it was ready to pick up the next day. The cost was economical & the quality was great. Ryan also showed me around some of the vans they’re working on which was very cool to see as diy’er. He was also very informative around the diy process & gave me some floor product suggestions. 10/10 would use their services again.

Anthony Hennegan: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAmazing work! If you appreciate fine woodworking Ryan is definitely the guy to see. He did an amazing job on my van build. The cherry and mahogany cabinets are so beautiful, and everything in the van has held up great. Would highly recommend!

Steve Rybolt: I had a small wood project and gave Rydawell Builds a call. Ryan answered and asked me to describe my project and if he couldn’t help, he’d help me find a place that could. After explaining what I needed, he asked me to drop the project by and he called me back that same day and it was done. He was extremely helpful and very communicative. I look forward to taking my business back to him and his friendly team.

Rebecca Kavoussi: I found Ryan through a Google search and am so glad I did. I inquired about him building a platform bed with drawers for my daughter's room and he responded quickly. We iterated a few times on the general concept, then he came to look at the space, finalize measurements, talk about wood types, and then he finalized the price on the spot.We loved the bed so much that we asked him to also build a built-in credenza for our entryway. Again, the process of measuring, designing, and pricing it took just a few iterations, and a few weeks later, we had a beautiful credenza installed!I can't say enough about working with Ryan. He does really high quality work, is a great communicator, and sets and meets timelines. I am already looking around thinking about other projects we could use him for!

Sandy F: We wanted a table made of solid cherry with a very simple design. Ryan made exactly what we wanted. The craftsmanship is stunning. It was a pleasure to work with him. He delivered it on time. It's beautiful and we love it. Thanks, Ryan!

Ballard Outback: What a seamlessly easy and collaborative process from beginning to end it has been working with Ryan. From his prompt response to our online inquiry about a built-in cabinet project idea, to his site visit and on going communications along the way it has been wonderful to work with such a quality craftsman. The cabinet quality surpassed our expectations but the finished details put into the installation and integration into our space put the whole project over the top for us. Now we are daydreaming new project ideas to bring to Ryan! Immensely happy and looking forward to more collaborations.

Tobin Ziel: and his willingness to work on my partial build out. The wood work is above and beyond, I couldn't recommend working with Ryan more! It was a true pleasure.

Ash Pate: Ryan at Rydawell went out of his way to help us with a wood working project. We had a large piece of reclaimed wood that need to be cut down for a furniture project and none of the other many lumber stores or wood shops wood attempt to cut a piece of lumber that was 7”x7”.I contacted Ryan and he made it a priority to take care of our project. He went above and beyond our expectations sanding down the wood and preparing it for us to use. Can’t say enough about how professional and kind the individuals are at this business. We highly recommend them for anyone looking at small or larger high end wood working projects.Ash

Gary Cox: John is a true craftsman. We live in an old Victorian with sloping floors and no perfect right angles anywhere. We needed a door made for our kitchen and John was very careful to get the shape perfectly right. The door is beautiful, John is a real pleasure to work with. It doesn't hurt that he has a very good sense of humor!

Kateryna Bakay: We highly recommend Ryan for your woodworking needs! We are in the process of remodeling out home and needed a custom-build island to fit our 144in x 30in butcher's block. We found Ryan for this project and he exceeded our expectations! He was easy to communicate with, met with us and discussed our design needs, delivered in a timely manner as promised. And end-project is ABSOLUTELY stunning! Beautiful craftsmanship! The maple wood surface is so smooth, beautiful grain, excellent construction, very sturdy. Could not be happier! Thank you Ryan!

Stuart Haury: Ryan is friendly, skilled and good businessman. I'm very happy with the process and final quality of my table.

Lee Baugh: This was an incredible experience. Ryan worked closely with us to figure out exactly what we had in mind, sketched and modeled the piece so we'd be able to intelligently discuss every part of it, and kept engaged with us throughout the design, building, and installation. Our request was somewhat unusual: a free-standing, movable kitchen island with a large pull-out table that can pull all the way out and move around independently. Ryan dove into this unusual plan with gusto, and implemented it with such elegance and solidity that you'd think he'd done it dozens of times before. We use the piece daily, and couldn't be happier with it! We're looking around the house to see what other custom builds we could use...

Ross Steidel: I've worked with a lot of woodworkers over the years, and Ryan from Rydawell is easily the most pleasant, seamless and professional experience I've had by leaps and bounds. The level of craftsmanship is unreal. The communication was never strained. Last minute changes to our design were made on the fly. Our deadline was met with time to spare. I cannot recommend them enough.

Ebanista School of Fine Woodworking: what do users think?

Joe Weber: I took the Beginning I course with Jonathan and I could not be happier with choosing Ebanista. Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge, passionate about woodworking and is approachable to inquiry. We had a class with a wide range of skill levels and Jonathan was able to meet each person where they were at. He was encouraging, friendly and fostered a positive learning environment. I highly recommend Ebanista for advancing your woodworking knowledge.

Steven Sirianni: Just finished the Beginnings 1 class and it was such a great investment. Jonathan was an amazing instructor. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. The class was incredibly well paced and we learned about so much more than just how to complete our project. Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge regarding how to tell which tools are worth the investment, what to look for in difference pieces of wood, and how to improve your skills quickly. I already signed up for Beginnings 2 and I wholeheartedly recommend Ebanista to anyone who wants to learn more about woodworking.

david crutcher: I just finished the beginnings I class and I am currently signed up for three more classes. it is a pleasure learning from Jonathan. and i am looking forward to the next three classes.

Alexa Patnode: . Jonathan’s passion was contagious. Already itching to come back for more!

Ian Jurgensen: This school is just great. I've taken a couple of workshops, and finally took my first full class, box making. I'm no stranger to a woodshop, but this really challenged me to slow down and work with purpose... and the end result was just phenomenal. Jonathon is a great teacher, not only on skill, but safety, and design. I'll def be taking more classes in the future.

Caroline: Ebanista offers great classes for those interested in learning about woodworking, how to use common woodshop tools, including hand tools, sharpening, and finishing. The beginner I class is taught by Jonathan who is extremely knowledgeable. Use of tools is supervised so that students feel safe as they build confidence. I've already signed up for beginner II and other workshop classes.

Yang He: I took the beginner class and it turns out to be a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed the peacefulness that woodworking brought to me. Jonathan is an awesome mentor and taught us so much more than just how to build the tray. Looking forward to the next class I’ve signed up!

Katie Accomazzo: I really enjoyed this class. I’m he emphasis on safety and quality. My first project turned out really well! I’ve already signed up for additional classes.

B P: Before joining the class at Ebanista, I had 3 years of woodworking experience, mainly with power tools. Jonathan allowed me to start from the Beginning II class. Both Jonathan and our class teacher Ross Day are super duper experienced and passionate about woodworking. We have 4-5 students in the class. So we all have sufficient time to communicate 1:1 with our teacher. We made a mitered box with a frame and panel lid in this class. Although I have made several types of boxes before, I did learn a lot during the class, from recognizing and handling grain direction, to resawing to make a bookmatch pattern, to fine tuning dimensions with planning and much more. This is an invaluable experience of learning hands-on techs and tips from master woodworkers. I'll definitely join more classes at Ebanista.

Lucia Fernandez: My experience with Ebanista is one I will value and carry with me as I continue the woodworking journey. I found the instruction comprehensive, but in a fluid and casual way that allowed plenty of room for questions and understanding the foundational principles, while applying them in practical ways. The practical knowledge taught is only one aspect of the more holistic approach towards what it means to work with wood and express its inherent beauty. All in all - classes are an awesome, rewarding experience for those seeking in-depth understanding.

Kaveh Noorbakhsh: class sizes. Overall, you get a sense that the goal of the school is not just to get people to pay for classes, but to find people for the teachers to hand down their knowledge. If you can find the time and money to takes classes here, do it, you won't regret it.

K Campbell: The 6 weeks that I spend taking the Beginner 2 class were the best six weeks of my year so far and learning under Johnathan was a terrific experience that reignited a dormant love for woodworking. One of the best things about this school is how much the instructors care about making sure that you are developing skills THROUGHOUT the process of building a project. What you build is not the end in itself but the vehicle through which you build and hone your skills as a woodworker. These are the best possible conditions whereby I can learn and apply that learning to future projects.I have nothing but great things to say and I'm looking forward to the future classes that I've already registered for as well as any new ones that pop up on the calendar.Sign up before it's too late or you'll miss out!

Carolyn Silk: A great comprehensive and fun introduction to fine woodworking. Beautifully equipped shop and smart experienced instructor. Opportunity to appreciate the nature and qualities of wood, learn techniques and become comfortable working with a wide range of power and hand tools. Already looking forward to the next class!

Jake Farley: I’ve taken two classes at Ebanista now and can’t wait to get to number 3. Every class is packed with work and valuable information, and the results speak for themselves

Alejandro Lobo: I took the Beginnings I class and it was a great experience. The professor Jonathan is very knowledgeable and the classes went by so fast. The class project is well thought to introduce beginners to different tools and techniques.

Keegan Wiltshire: I just finished a few weekend workshops and the beginners 1. While I eagerly wait for beginners 2 to start I’ll take this time to sharpen my tools, reflect on what I’ve learned so far and read some of the recommended books they have available for checkout. I feel honored to be able to learn and be taught by such masters of their craft and teachers who love what they do.

Jay Lee: Jonathan was an amazingly patient, knowledgeable, and funny teacher. First time I've worked with wood and power tools, but under his supervision I felt safe and confident.

Phinney Ridge Painting: what do users think?

David Sparks: for paint work.

julie burmeister: Awesome people

Kevin Curtiss: At the recommendation of our interior designer/stylist we hired Phinney Ridge Painting to paint the interior of our house. I couldn't be happier with the experience we had with them. When we had them out to quote, Ned came over and spent as much time as we needed to walk through the entire house, talk about what we wanted to do, and even helped make some recommendations to us. From the very beginning, he inspired a lot of confidence in the company. We ultimately decided to have them do our trim, walls, and ceiling. The crew they had do the painting was outstanding and extremely professional. They showed up on time every day, worked full days every day, and were so respectful of our house. They cleaned up every evening before going home and when they were working on our kitchen even made sure that we could get access to it every night. We couldn't be happier with the end result. They went way beyond just applying a new coat of paint to everything - every single imperfection in the walls/trim/ceiling was patched and fixed. We had such a great experience with painting that we plan to use them for a few carpentry jobs here in the near future.I highly recommend Phinney Ridge Painting. You'll be glad you went with them.

Christine Sumption: We have worked with Phinney Ridge on several projects, exterior and interior. They are meticulous in everything they do. Utterly trustworthy, courteous, and professional.

moto5: We hired Phinney Ridge to paint our home. Unfortunately, our second story balcony was found to be rotten and had to be rebuilt before the house could be painted. Both jobs are now complete and we are very pleased with the results. The painting crew led by Sebastian and the carpentry crew led by Julio were professional and talented. When there were questions or concerns they were quickly addressed. We plan to use them in the future.

Kevin Carrabine: Just wrapped an interior paint job done by the crew at PRP of our Ballard bungalow. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend PRP.

Mary Ann Curtis: who do a lot more than just a great job painting! From the courtesy of all we interacted with to get our project lined up to the expert craftsmen who did the work complete with a thorough cleanup post project, we could not be more pleased with the PRP and will be sure to use them in the future! Highly recommend!!

K.M.A.: Dope company and dope services.

R Tremblay: I had a fantastic experience with Phinney Ridge Painting. We had new windows installed that needed the inside wood stained and varnished to match the 1920’s trim from the original windows, plus the inside and outside trim painted for the other vinyl windows installed. Luis was excellent to work with and did precision work. I also appreciate that they were very clean in the workspaces. Would return to them for future work!Services:Wood staining,Interior painting,Wood varnishing,Exterior painting

Alexander K: I wish more contractors were like Phinney Ridge Painting. We own an old house in Seattle and hired Phinney Ridge to repaint it and restore siding. Nik, their co-founder took his time to explain how their restoration process is different and walked us through all the stages.Their team was responsive, attentive to detail, always showed up on time and delivered quality work, including tricky deck and siding repairs.Kudos to the team and the founders who set up such a great culture. We highly recommend them.Services:Exterior painting,Deck painting

Daniel Hammer: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValuePhinney Ridge Painting did an amazing job on my home. Our 1961 home had not been painted in decades and after a lot of professionally executed hard work it looks brand new. Also, they do a really excellent job of keeping you informed and supported through the whole process. I would not go anywhere else for my painting needs.

Martha Leigh: The entire staff at Phinney Ridge was responsible, always on time, very good at communicating what needed to be done and what they were going to do, and generally very professional to deal with. In addition, they did a great job at basic carpentry and interior painting. We would not hesitate to hire them again for any job. The managers, the carpenters, and the painters were all a breath of fresh air, and the world of home, maintenance and repair work!Services:Water damage repair,General repairs maintenance,Interior painting

Jean Power: We had an excellent experience with Phinney Ridge Painting! Our older, cedar-sided house needed an exterior paint job. Along with some minor carpentry and gutter work. PRP was very helpful and professional from estimate at start to final walk-thru at end. It was great to have a project manager. Israel was super responsive to every request, question, concern. Painting crews were punctual, organized, neat, friendly and did excellent work. The paint job turned out wonderfully. Hacienda Custom Woodwork: what do users think?

Robin White: We hired Hacienda Custom Woodwork to build and install our custom kitchen cabinets. We made our decision based on the existing Google reviews and a visit to Jose’s shop.If you’re like us, you might be wondering if all those positive Google reviews could possibly be true. So many 5-star reviews… is this right? Rest assured, Jose and team really do top notch work. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. We worked with a designer who created very detailed design plans for our oddly shaped kitchen. Jose used these plans and created a final product that enhanced our designer’s plans. The quality of his work is incredible; each cabinet is like a piece of custom-made furniture. Our GC, plumber, electrician and designer all commented on the quality of the cabinets; the nicest any of them have ever seen.A few things to expect based on our experience:1. Jose and team move fast2. Our cabinets were built and installed almost exactly 8 weeks after final measure, in line with the timing initially estimated3. Sometimes, because the team was moving so fast, they arrived without advance notice. Because we were in the midst of a significant remodel, we were almost always home so this didn’t prove to be a problem for us. We were always happy to see them and let them know when we wouldn’t be home.4. You can expect multiple visits for installation; our boxes were installed quickly so we could get the countertops measured and there were 3-4 return visits from the install team to finish up5. Jose stands behind his work and quality. We discovered an issue about 3 months after the cabinets were installed and notified Jose; his team returned to fix the problem, without issue.6. Jose and his team are kind and happy; there were always many smiles and much laughter amongst the team.We feel so lucky to have worked with the Hacienda Custom Woodwork team. We are grateful to them for their skill, professionalism and expertise.

Damir Vrankic: Jose and his team built beautiful kitchen for us. They understood the design and requirements, provided options and recommendations. Work is top quality, great attention to detail. There were couple mistakes and misses, but Jose corrected them all. I would recommend Hacienda to anyone who is looking for great quality and custom design. Thanks Jose.Services:Cabinet refacing,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Allison Rennemo: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI’ve used Hacienda Custom Woodworking for multiple projects … full house renovations where they have built and installed custom cabinetry for the entire house. We’ve done cabinetry in white oak, walnut and painted. Done custom details and finishes. We’re happy with the results every time we use them!Services:Installation,Closet woodworking,Cabinet painting,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Harpreet-Cherry- Gurm: It was a pleasure working with Jose and his team on our custom design cabinets. We had a lot of areas in our home that required built-ins and are very pleased with the end product. The biggest benefit of working with Hacienda Custom Woodwork is that they did the installation and troubleshoot everything on site with no sweat. Having done the self-contracting of our new home this was a big plus so we can focus on other things. Thank you Hacienda Custom Woodwork!Service:Custom cabinet design installation

Vicki OBriant: We dealt with several contractors for our remodel and Jose was absolutely the best. The custom cabinets are exactly what I wanted. He foresaw issues in retrofitting to our older home and avoided those "oops" moments that could have occurred. Unbeknownst to us we had a few crooked walls that he handled nicely and no one but us knows they are there. The door patterns match beautifully and the solid white oak cabinet tops he built for a couple of our cabinets are lovely. We like to refer to Jose as "Dr. Yes" - unlike another contractor we had who we called "Dr. No". Jose will always try to give you what you want and if he thinks there's a good reason why you shouldn't do it that way, he'll tell you. When we told him of a couple of minor issues we had during the installation, his immediate answer was "I will fix it" and he did.We had a few bids for the cabinet work and Jose's price was reasonable and we feel we got excellent value for our money.I foresee many happy years of cooking in our new kitchen!Service:Custom cabinet design installation

Aga Lawrynowicz: I highly recommend Hacienda Custom Work. They built a large built-in cabinet for us and the tricky part was to match it well to our 1928 house. They did an outstanding job matching the wood and they helped us enhance the design. The result looks stunning and is very functional.Very professional, fast and easy to work with! Thank you, Jose and team!Services:Cabinet design,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Savjit Gurm: Positive:Professionalism,QualityExcellent work and work ethics. We used Jose for our large custom home in Woodinville and were very pleased with him and his crew. Now we know who to call if we need any cabinetry or furniture.Service:Custom cabinet design installation

Adam Rose: I can't speak more highly of Jose and his team. The quality of the work is TOP NOTCH and the prices and turn around time are very reasonable. He is fun to work with and you will not get any of the nickle & diming upcharging that I've seen with other installers. He gives you a price and sticks to it. I fist had Jose do my kitchen and then I had him do 4 additional projects because I was so happy with the work! Call him now! You will be lucky if you have the chance to work with him.Services:Installation,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Jerry Stein: I would highly recommend Hacienda Custom Woodwork. Their work is amazing! They made custom, continuous grain walnut cabinets for our entire house- and they are absolutely gorgeous! Our guests frequently ask if they can pictures of our cabinets. They also do an excellent job installing their cabinetry and do not rush- they make sure everything is properly installed- including flush panel installs on appliances and pull out drawers with soft close hardware. They also have excellent communication skills and really do care that you are happy with their work.Services:Cabinet design,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Rachel Waldron: My design-build firm uses Hacienda Woodworks on every possible project for cabinetry. The skillset, attention to detail, and cooperation is unsurpassed. I feel confident that when I work with Jose, my project will be represented phenomenally with incredible care and accuracy.Hacienda is and always will be my first choice for custom cabinetry.Services:Installation,Custom cabinet design installation,Cabinet installation

Rockler Woodworking and Hardware - Seattle: what do users think?

Bill Enger: There was a good sale on lumber, and I needed some maple boards. This timing was fortunate, and they had some boards I liked.

Sheryl Kirby: My husband had called and put something on hold. I drove down after work from Everett. The traffic wasn't bad, got there about 9am, they weren't busy, picked up the item and went home. They were friendly and nice guys.

Chris D: Always a good selection of tools and supplies

Peter Knudson: Fabulous

Chris Strasbourg: Stopped in to pick up some clamps and had the pleasure of meeting Kevin who works at the Seattle store. He was extremely helpful, friendly and, most importantly, knew his store and inventory well. His knowledge of Rockler products didn’t do my credit card any good 😂.5 Stars for Kevin!

Matt Jackson: Excellent store and super nice and helpful people working there! Very high quality products and a nice selection of specialty hardwoods in an assortment of lengths, widths and thicknesses.

Michael Cole-Schwartz: Good selection and friendly staff

Sarah Schuiling: so it was easy to get individual help and attention.

Laura Lennon: Kelley was SO helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I learned so much from her as she advised me on what products would be best for me different projects. I’m newly getting into furniture refinishing and so appreciated her guidance!

Josh Largent: Absoltutely fun loving tree huggers work there but hey they like to talk wood and thats what your there for! Lots of different really nice lumber and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Nothing

The Walrus and the Carpenter: what do users think?

Barrett Brooks: We were in town for an evening for a Justin Timberlake concert and went straight to Walrus and the Carpenter upon getting to town. It was the perfect happy hour / dinner before an evening out.The oysters were fresh, varied, and delicious. The other fish dishes were excellent - especially the grilled sardines. And best of all, there were real, hearty vegetable dishes on the menu, which are often hard to find at restaurants. We also enjoyed the drinks. Ambience and service were great. In fact, they managed to make it feel like you’re right on the water even though you’re not.

Vivek M: Absolutely fantastic. The food speaks, the food soothes and the food satisfies.Probably the best seafood restaurant in Seattle. Probably the best seafood restaurant in Pacific Northwest. Better than any place in Portland or San Francisco.Wish they had Sancerre for pairing by the glass and more choice of mineral white wines for pairing with absolutely delicious oysters. Very little choice on wines by the glass, hence 4 stars but the food was 5 stars including the best selection of Washington oysters.

Matt Tatoczenko: The Walrus and the Carpenter is a fun experience. I've heard it's a great place for oysters, so we needed to stop in.The restaurant is in the back of the address you go to, but isn't hard to find. It's on the smaller end, so expect to wait if it's busy. We came around 6 on a Saturday and luckily got a table right away.We got two of each of the seven oyster types they had, which were delicious. We also got the scallop and albacore crudo. The plates were small, but the flavors were delicious. We also shared a cheese plate, which was the same as the crudo plates, small but flavorful. My thinking is that you shouldn't come here if you're starving, but do come if you want some delicious food.Drinks were good as well. Well made. I didn't like the flavor of mine, which was a gin drink, but that was my fault for the poor choice for my tastes. Our only complaint was that the interior is loud. I felt like I had to shout at times to talk. Other than that, we had a great time.Parking: Paid parking lot next to the building and free street parking.Kid-friendliness: Kids can come. No kids menu, but if they can enjoy some seafood, they'll be fine.
