Redmond Petting Farm: what do users think?

Jean-Claude Jr. Lefebvre: Our expectations were too high, still it's a nice small farm.

M M: and the young lady that gave us the tour was very attentive and kind. We learned that it's a lot of hard work behind those tours and hope more people will learn about this nice place, especially now in the tech era where most kids grow up watching TV and playing games on phones and computers instead of interacting with nature. We definitely recommend this place and will refer it to friends and family.

J: We had a great experience at the farm. Our guide was knowledgeable and very friendly.

Josh Sanders: Very fun!

Liming Xu: A nice place to spend an hour or two to pet those high maintenance animals that you usually won't keep in your own home.

MaryBee Roland: Thanks to Tenley my children have a much better understanding of the farm and the wonderful animals within. Iwould recommend this tour to everyone.

Toaster Spoon: .

Richard Todd: Interesting, but quite small. Visit was a personal tour of the animals, with some petting allowed. Nice enough way to spend an hour.

Stephanie Norby: This place is a Hidden Gem! Lots of different animals to interact with. They even have a camel! Cutest little goat that followed us around. Fun weekend activity to take the kids to!

Sarah Carr: Cute park with well-maintained trails and facilities.Restrooms: Clean, well-stacked bathrooms

Daisy Yen: Neat, spacious, and fun!

Suzanna Mizell: Nice trails, charming little farm, great place for a kids party. A bit off the beaten path, so not a super convenient location, but definitely worth the drive. Be sure to bring a picnic/snacks as there isn't anything close by if you've got hungry little ones with you.

S N: Nice little farm with open grass area and a barn with farm animals for kids

Toni Bayless: Great park!

Catherine Signoretty: Super friendly crew, farm animals easy to see for the younger ones, then explore the forest. Excellent place to spend few hours, or just one, or have a picnic, weather permitting.

Woodland Park Zoo: what do users think?

Kevin Hicks: . There seem to be many negative reviews complaining of only seeing "35%" of the animals - I think these folks just weren't patient enough. There were several instances where we'd show up to an exhibit along with some other families, and within 20 seconds of not seeing the animal, they'd all leave. Sure enough, not more than a minute or two later, here comes the wolf, hippo, etc. This happened with the snow leopard, and we ended up getting the amazing video attached to this review all to ourselves! We enjoyed taking our time, because the paths and exhibits were so well built, it was the most "in nature" we've ever felt in a zoo.

Bikash S: Nice place for family weekend. Kids with love it. Zoo has tigers, hippo, giraffe, penguins, orangutans, bears and other animals. There is cafe and carousel ride inside Parking is paid on hourly basis. Overall park is very clean and fun place.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Jeff Zhan: Well maintained and beautiful zoo overall. Volunteers and other park staff are plentiful and animals looked happy. Wish it was free parking but otherwise was easy to find a spot.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …

HBGG Snauwaert: Nice little zoo. Well maintained. Nice enclosures. Good information about the animals provided.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …

Mariela Aguirre: Visited on Weekday Wait time 1 hr+ Reservation recommended Yes

Aleca Murphy: Woodland Park zoo is the very first zoo that was designs as a natural habitat. It's a great place to scroll around and peek at a few animals. Even on a rainy day there's plenty of places that are covered in animal houses.Good choices for food in the food court in the parking lots Make it easy to park close to an entrance.

Lauren Spears: Excellent nursery with helpful and knowledgable staff! Thanks for all your gardening advice!

frank martinez: This independent nursery is a gem. The quality of plants is very high; especially compared to the big box stores. The plants are healthy, native to our area; and appropriate for urban gardens [i.e. growth size]. We also love the thoughtful curation of pots and other accessories that compliment the plants; to help you design a beautiful garden.

B J: Great little nursery with helpful staff and great selection for its size!

Maggie Burke: They have a fantastic variety of plants, helpful staff, and great prices. They’ve got everything an urban gardener needs! Thank you for being a wonderful resource in our neighborhood!

Nicole M: What an amazing neighborhood garden store. The prices are super reasonable and the plants are high quality. Plus, they have a shop cat 😸

Serres Farm: what do users think?

Jennifer O'Meara: After moving recently, we had to find a new spot to buy our Christmas tree. We decided to try Serres and had a fantastic experience. The friendly and helpful crew there, led by Cameron, cut down our tree for us and loaded it onto our car. The tree selection, especially for 7 to 8 foot trees, was excellent, and we had a very pleasant experience. They even took a photo of us with our tree before cutting it down. I was surprised by how few people were there the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Prices were typical for close-in King County in my experience. When we locked our keys in the car, went out of their way to try and help keep my little kids warm while we waited for my husband to come back with the key.My only complaint would be that they didn't tie the tree very securely to the car and it nearly came off. Make sure you've got your tree secured! We'll definitely be back next year.

Krishna Chaitanya: Great place to hangout with family for a dayPrices are very affordableMy kid enjoyed the animal train

Anony Mouse: Low price, not too muddy.Corn was a bit pricy, nobody noticed my difficulty standing/walking.Will go again!

Corinne Carabas: Such a great place for picking out pumpkins! Great selection. Very fair price. The fall colors were gorgeous. Lots of families out. Pets too. Place to wash off the pumpkins before you put em in your car.Great place to spend a brisk fall morning. 🎃

Farnoosh Rahmani: Great place for kids. Not too crowded. Very low key. No entrance fee.

Teacher Chrissy: A family tradition!! Beautiful farm, good memories ❤️

Ksenia Berger: Our family's favorite farm for years for pumpkins and u-cut Christmas trees.

Heather D: My ghoulfriends and I made a day out of being witches, getting lost in the corn maze, and bought some pumpkins for carving. It was rainy but still a great time! 10/10 recommend. Not crowded so great for pictures too

Trent Holmes: Wonderful place to go with a family or friends to pick pumpkins during Halloween

Stephanie Rudat: Sweet family run farm spanning multiple generations. Go support this local biz! They sell Christmas trees and pumpkins.

Matthieu Torbey: I of the best pumpkin 🎃 farms in Redmond, we spent much fun. Best time to visit between September and October.

Fairbank Animal Farm: what do users think?

Larissa Miller: Great October experience for seeing farm animals and getting pumpkins

Aubry Dugan: So wonderful! Spent $96 total for a day of fun, animals, and a whole trunk load of pumpkins (seriously i expected the pumpkins alone to add up to over $100! They're huge and great quality. I was a bit sad the only animals allowed to pet were the goats. I get that its tricky letting kids interact with small animals but a farm that has a big sign saying "hands on" should be... well a little more hands on, in my opinion. But ill likely be back this year for more fun, and this will be a staple on my fall list now!

Eri W: Not much parking space. Street park in the neighborhood across the street from it. It's $5 each person over 1 yr old. You get the bird feed each. Goats, chicken, duck, peacock, hen, and pigs. Pretty fun experience for the kids. I wish there was a hand washing station, there's just hand sanitizer thing right before you pay for the pumpkins. There's not enough wheel barrels either. Everyone tries to take one from you.

BETH O'DONNELL: This tiny working urban farm is ideal for kids to get a true farm experience. Pet miniature goats, see newborn baby pigs, feed all kinds of fowl and pick up pumpkin directly from the patch. Expect to get dirty because this is not a sanitized farm experience. What could be better?

Leon Israel: Great place! Nice people 😁

Marie Hoeger: Such a great experience!! Amazing family run farm with lots of animals to see and types of pumpkins to choose from!

A E: . There's even a small place to take fall pictures at the end of the farm.

Leah Durrett: Lovely family farm with an adorable smaller pumpkin patch. Lots of baby animals!

Katie Tripp: Very cute and perfect for young kiddos! Lots of stuff to do here, we were here for about an hour and still didn't get to all the things. Animals to feed, and pet. Small corn maze, pumpkin patch, toy duck racing, hay treasure much more....

Hilary: We went on a whim just before they closed for the day and had such a great time! The piglets were a highlight. It felt like a real farm atmosphere, no bells and whistles like a lot of a pumpkin patches these days. We appreciated that. I will say the pumpkins were very expensive, but we felt good supporting a family business. Check it out.

Andrea Ingrum: My kids love this place. Feeding the animals is always fun and seeing all the babies. Pumpkins are a little pricey but it goes to a good cause. We get fresh picked peppers while we're here, so good!

Heyday Farm: what do users think?

Bill Nicholson (Billy): We sat at the chef's counter and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. The food was excellent. We would highly recommend this experience with it's country farmhouse venue and 5 star meals.

Nadine “Renaissance Woman” Nagamatsu: This is my second fabulous dinner at Heyday Farm. Best food and ambiance on Bainbridge Island. Make reservations online, and get ready for an epic culinary experience. Perfect for small groups upstairs and more social dining downstairs.

P Andrew: What an amazing experience. Fabulous food. Awesome atmosphere. You have to request community seating, they mean you’re sitting right in the kitchen like the chef is cooking just for you and you can ask where the food came from. We are going back

GR Lau: The food, service and staff were awesome.

Mercedes Holm: I am in awe of the experience my family and I had at Heydey Farms. We sat at the Chef's table which is honestly the only place I'd want to sit going forward! It really felt like sitting in someone's beautiful kitchen while talking to the chefs. The whole experience was warm and inviting. I will take every out of town guest here going forward and visit for any special occasions!

Ana Liquin: We made reservations to celebrate our 5 year anniversary! The staff were wonderful, food was phenomenal, and the environment was perfection.I will add that they are extremely accommodating! My husband is hard of hearing and I wanted him to enjoy our dinner as much as I would without feeling overwhelmed with all the noise. They made it possible for us. So sweet and kind. Also shout out to Milo our wait staff. They were incredibly kind, fun and went above and beyond for us! They deserve a raise! All in all, if you are visiting Bainbridge Island make sure to have a reservation in place here! You don’t want to miss out!

Nic Phillips: Not only is this family-owned operation run by some of the nicest folks you'll ever meet, their sourdough bread is unrivaled. Seriously, there's a legitimate chance my wife and I would engage in physical conflict to decide who gets the last slice, rather than agreeing to share it.

M. Mimoko: and it was the best and easiest decision we made for our wedding! The Heyday Farm team was incredibly patient and supportive throughout our planning process. We had a lot of ideas during the early stages, and they worked with us to formulate our dreams and made them become a reality! If you are looking for an intimate and unique space to celebrate your special day, Heyday Farm is the place for you!PRO: beautiful location, welcoming and warm staff, and sustainable and local food and beverages!

CE: We love our trips to the sanctuary, our little is 2 so it's a perfect 45 min trip for us to feed the animals and donate to a good cause!

Fox Hollow: what do users think?

Taylor Ochoa (TMinspired Photography): As a Washington wedding photographer, I come across a lot of venues. Fox hollow is my new favorite. I love how there is so much room to roam in the gardens, and historic charm of the house. Rain or shine, Fox Hollow Farms is lovely. The clear tent over the dinner/dance floor keeps the reception bright until sunset. Can’t wait to document more weddings here!

Natasha Andaz: We couldn't have been happier working with Landmark Events to have our wedding at Fox Hollow Farms! From the beautiful back lawn to the stables to the gardens to the front lawn, every location was picturesque like straight out of a fairytale. We were also thrilled with the catering, the food was delicious which is something you can't say very often about wedding food! We even got to stay overnight in the manor on the property as we made our minimum payment. Having our wedding party stay on site was such a blast, I couldn't be happier with how the wedding turned out!

Sunil Dhar: What a lovely place for a wedding. The setting is ideal to host an Indian Wedding with the trees and orchard.

Jubilee Farm: what do users think?

Gabriel Miller: Lots of fun and well organized...fun for the whole family...something for people of all ages...plus the drive out to it is beautiful!

Rick Geving: Great place for kids

Nor Roslina Rosli: Yay for free visit to the lovely farm! The farm have so much to offer from horse cart rides, apple pressing, hay maze, etc. went there on the weekend before halloween. Got some fresh vegetables too! Would definitely visit again next year to see pretty sunflowers.

Adeeb Arif: Nice place to visit, really good apple cider. The maze is small, meant for kids

Sean Bell: A fun place for all. Less schtick and more farm. Animals, fresh veg, great food vendors, healthy pumpkins and lots of gourds.

Danny: Great place to get pumpkins!

Terry Mautz: Missed the chickens but goats and pigs were fun.

Maureen Lilly: Always appreciate the free admission! Thank you!

Kevin C: Nice farm!

Joshua Hedani: The best honey and pumpkin butter I have ever gotten. Also when you realize how cheap the pumpkins are by the lbs. Ohhhh man that can get to giant sized pumpkins of $70+ fast. Same pumpkins at a grocery store would have been in the $150.00 range, easy

Tracey Stewart: Love the real farm experience. Gorgeous area, worth it just for the drive alone. Pumpkins by the pound, plus ornamental and cooking varieties, and fresh veggies, pickles, and jam. Pony rides for the littles, a ride behind a tractor, fun food choices. We've been going for years, and our teens have just about outgrown it, which is so sad. Wear your boots!

Christopher M: Great place to take the family for your pumpkins.

Julia Moss: What a joy, Jubilee! First things first, you got sweet little pigs and baby goats! Beautiful rows of dahlias and nasturtiums. We had so much fun searching for our perfect pumpkin out in the field with a pair of clippers and found a 30 pounder, a 15 pounder and a 6 lb pumpkin as well as cut little gords and mini pumpkins and squash interplanted. We loved a chance to nibble on their kids garden with broccoli, kale, huge sunflower heads we could explore and more. Lots of bird sightings including Redwing black birds and a kestrel. Can't wait to come back for more farm fun.

Brenda Walden: My pets have been with WSAH for almost 20 years. Thank you

Desmond Rodgers: Love this animal hospital. Very friendly staff who treat your pets as if they were their own.

Bruce Steinberg: and i would entrust any animal to them. Dr. Johnson and Dr. Quincy have been our pet saviors, but the rest of the doctors there have shown the same level of consideration and care. Pets are their priority and it shows. One downside is they are not open on weekends when a lot of us have the most flexibility for general care of our pets. The nurses and supporting team are very professional and try to do what they can to accommodate your pets needs.I would NOT take my animals to Urban Animal. They show such little care for the pets and it will show when you arrive.

Tim K: The doctors and staff really care about the animals they treat and it shows. They are experienced and sensitive handling the pets, and they follow up very well with lab results and prescriptions. We’re really happy to have them here.

Rose Duffy: WS Animal Hospital is great. They have cared for my cats and even my bunny. Their wait times are minimal, prices are competitive and reasonable, and staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for your pets needs!!!

Red Barn Farm: what do users think?

Molly Woo: Five stars!Red barn farm is a beautiful farm that offers a unique and charming event venue. The space is huge and classic, rustic-elegant barn, spacious outdoor patio, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. We recently had our party there, and it was everything we dreamed of. The atmosphere was perfect with lights and music, and our guests loved it. We highly recommend this farm for any event like corporate events, weddings and family gatherings!

Marcos Rodriguez: This was our first time taking our kids to the farm and it was a very nice experience!

kenneth argo: Great places, high quality. We arrived before opening. To be fair, we hadn't seen times posted, but they still accommodated us. Their Xmas garland is MUCH nicer than other places, very rich, and thick. We also purchased a wreath, which is very nice. The house smells fresh and pine.

Carolyn W.: Loved taking my toddler here for the Santa and farm animals event. We loved feeding the animals and being surrounded by chickens!

elisabeth endres: This is one of my favorite spots to take my kiddos! They love the animals, especially lucky the rooster and trouble the goat. Clean environment with tons of animals, flowers, festivities, and more! My kiddo Jeff loves the bubble station that’s out during the holidays. All animals are clearly well taken care of, and staff is super friendly. Especially the workers inside their store. The Store has super cute local products and tons of fresh produce and flowers. Even in wintertime, they have dried beautiful flowers. 10/10 recommend this spot for any family looking for a fun outing. Tons of various activities on the property!

Daphne Palomares Orozco: Our favorite farm the kids never want to leave, we love how they make every season special!

Margie Powell: My son and I had a great time! There are plenty of activities for kids to do or run around. Riding in a small train is so cool too!

She made sure we had everything we needed and helped teach everyone how to properly cut all the flowers. All the flowers were beautiful and we had so much fun! Highly recommend!

Laschi Mayer: Very nice place, well maintained.

Marty Hendley: Loved taking my 2 year old grandson to visit the animals. They were all so gentle and sweet. Very low key, great folks!
