Andrew Holland: A gem in Beacon Hill! A surprising variety of plants in a relatively small space. I got some great advice for Washington varieties of vegetables that I grew from seed and they are doing spectacularly this season. My favorite part of visiting is the dogs.

The plants are healthy, native to our area; and appropriate for urban gardens [i.e. growth size]. We also love the thoughtful curation of pots and other accessories that compliment the plants; to help you design a beautiful garden.

Kim Strid: Loved getting our tree here!! We get Nordmann trees every year and in recent years have had a hard time finding them. Buttonwood has BEAUTIFUL trees!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It is a bit pricier than other tree farms we’ve been to, but the trees are so beautiful!

Nicole Demas: For a variety of reasons I have been to six different Christmas Tree farms in six different states in the last six years. Buttonwood is the BEST experience I've had at a Christmas tree farm. Usually we walk around for hours feeling like none of the trees look very good, and feel lucky to find one decent one. I could have taken home any of the trees for sale here and had a beautiful, healthy, full tree. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there's a decent amount of different varieties.Things to note: you have to book ahead of time. They operate on a pre-scheduled system, but it's very easy to do online. Yes, the trees are a little pricier than some other places, but you absolutely get what you pay for.I've already told all my friends and family they should come here this year. All around a great experience.
Sarah Mcgough: My family's favorite Christmas tree farm closed last year, so we tried Buttonwood on a whim and LOVED it! I can't say enough great things about their service. The whole family is involved and the kids are so adorable in greeting you at the entrance. They cut the tree for us and helped bring it and strap it to our car. We will be back!
Jia Zeng: Very friendly stuff. Definitely a family friendly farm. However the tree is way overpriced, being organic or not, does not justify for a $170 tree. If that one tree we picked was not there, we would have left. We got a similar sized tree last year for $95 in Auburn.

They’ve thought of every detail, for any need or want in their space.The bed is to die for comfortable! I never needed the air conditioner, but was great to know it was there... the little kitchen was all I needed my entire 2 week stay..The location could not be beat. The canal is exceptional, shopping, restaurants, coffee, wine and more are 5 minutes away!Most of all, Katrina is the most amazing woman!!Love, love this space...Thank you Katrina!Patricia Pigott
