Molly Perry: Incredible selection of old and new. Everything is displayed clearly. Super friendly staff with excellent suggestions. Beautiful local art and books. Simply fantastic.

Bond Armstrong: What a great bookstore in Pioneer Square! It offered lots of new books and previously owned books. The staff offered many recommendations depending on what books we were picking up to explore. They even told us about other Seattle stores to visit! Would visit again! Such a great stop for any book lover.

Johnathan Day: Nice employee's and great selection. Lots of first additions and hard to find books. Will recommend and return.

Sarada Lakshmanan: Used + New books. They fit a lot in given how small the store is. Reasonable prices and a good selection of fiction, fantasy, memoirs, scientific, and history books. Small selection of children/YA books.

Mandy Gillis: Stunning bookstore with books from all sorts of genres. Highly recommend stopping by to check it out!

Kirk Huffstater: I've been searching for an uncommon set of books for years, and I finally found a nice set at Arundel Books. Their price was very good, and their service was exceptional. Both Megan and Robert at Arundel Books were extremely helpful, and very nice to work with. Thanks!

Kimber McCoy: This is my favorite book shop

Haileypumpkineater: Overall very interesting shop, lots of choices of books from very old classics to very new literature, Manga, and they have a rare books section with very old collectable books. The architecture of the store is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly and happy to answer any questions you might have. I recommend checking this place out if your in the area.

Collins Books: what do users think?

Pema Jamyang:

Robert Hoffman:

Steve Linn:

Alireza Kazemi:

Alan Bunn:

Red Houze:

John Knighton:

James Hart: I ordered an antique book by Rose Hawthorne Lathrop that once belonged to Seattle’s Rev. Peter Raible. I’m very happy with the quality and condition of the book and with learning more about Rev. Raible online. This book is now a fine addition to my growing collection with nice Ex Libris labels in them as well as having associations with a well known former owner. A very pleasant transaction altogether, and I look forward to browsing your website in the future. Many thanks!

Tiffany Fletcher: Excellent! The book I ordered from them was characterized as used, but it looks brand new to me! Great price as well. They packaged it very carefully too. Timely delivery. Will be ordering from them again!

Kirk Huffstater: Collins Books had an unusual book set that I was looking for, at a good price. The books were exactly as described, and they packaged the books very well and shipped them promptly. Very well done!

Matthew Wilson: Ordered a large, heavy old book and received it very quickly and in great shape. Thanks!

Walter Kuleck: Great online order service! "Billion Dollar Battle" arrived promptly, in better nick than expected. Nice work, folks.

Chase Crosby: Ordered online. Book arrived when expected and in good condition. Very pleased with my order.

Mark Sallee: Hardcover in perfect shape of Lacan's seminar on AnxietyIt what I desired

Bobbie: I cannot thank Collins Books enough. First, you had the field guide that I was so anxious to have and it was fairly priced. Second, you took my order after hours and I had the book within three days. This was so important as it was a field guide I needed for a trip and I was leaving in just over a week. Third, it was in better condition than I thought it would be and wrapped safely and securely. It arrived in perfect shape. Thank you. Your efforts really meant a lot to me and having this field guide will definitely add to my enjoyment of our trip. Best wishes to you all.

Marcelle Pedersen: 👍👍👍

Miss L Bainbridge: The book arrived well-wrapped in gray paper like in a film noir movie! We were very glad to get this obscure volume, so glad this books store exists!

Jaime Jackson: I love the people who work here and the shop cat!

Gabriel Kabar Trust-Bolack: A historic landmark in my humble opinion. This bookstore used to reside in the U-District. Lots of sweet felines roam languidly about the store. Great place to find a story to get lost within.

Jesse S.: the cat who seem to love people. Love having this wonderful place in the neighborhood.

Colleen Cavanaugh: Lots of books around. Not well organized. There are a lot of trip hazards in the place and it does smell like a cat lives there. I've been in other bookstores with cats and you wouldn't even know they were there.

Deepan Guharajan: Terrific book store!! The owner is lovely, and their cat is such a sweet one!

Meagan Angus: Every practitioner of the Occult would do well to visit this bookshop and art gallery. You will not find a better curated selection of used, new and vintage books and other oddities dedicated to Magick, Hermeticism, Kabbalah, Paganism, Astrology, History, and more. The gallery is always filled with work from artists who practice Magick, and many prints and posters are available. William Kiesel is a PNW gem and we are lucky to have him and his efforts here. Support Your Local Wizard.

Macalli N.B.: One of my favorite bookstores I've been in, gotten a few books here that you will not see in any ordinary bookstore or library, have genres I'm really interested in, books on hidden knowledge and metaphysical topics and magic, I feel like I'm in an old world or some other place when I've gone in, each time I've been there I was treated well and one of the few places I felt no judgement from

Andre Segura: Great place for interesting and hard to find books.

Marcus McCoy: Excellent occult book store in a historic district of seattle.

John Murphy: Perhaps the finest curating of esoteric books on the West coast if not the entire US.

Sheri Lavadour: One of the best occult bookstores I've ever seen.

Deanne Jones: These guys really know their stuff!

Ritambhara Singh: Magical!

Kylis Asbury: I have always loved this place, it is a magical bookstore with great finds.

Sam Wolk: Best book store in Seattle maybe

Jefferson Petrey: One of the last great used book stores in Seattle. Vast selection of fiction in every genre, as well as an extensive philosophy and theory section. Trade paperbacks and graphic novels, sci-fi and fantasy isle, and rare and out of print books behind the front counter. They are regularly buying used collections, so what happens to be on hand at any given time changes from week to week.

tanya marques: Beautiful nook of books! Found two gems and more but only went with two because of the pockets... haha!

Lise: Wonderful and quirky small book store, staff are friendly and the selection is good.

Vivian K: Ophelia's is my favorite bookstore in Seattle in terms of charm. The shop is decorated with homey trinkets and full of well-loved books. They have several used books in near-perfect condition at great prices. The one thing I did notice is the space isn't very accessible- with narrow isles and a steep spiral staircase. If accessibility isn't a concern for you, I recommend checking this place out!

Brittany Kelly: Fun store, great selection, such a kind staff!

Sten: Great inventory of well-priced and cared for books. We enjoyed looking through the many shelves and levels of this quaint bookstore.

Lion Heart Book Store: what do users think?

Jeremy Webster: Great selection of rare and beautiful literature. I picked up the Tao Te Ching. It changes things if you read Tao as path. Thank you for sharing it with me.

Karma: Great store! Has $1.00 books too ❤️

Trinity The Tuck: Cute book store. Fun location!

Daniel Smith: Love it! Nice little store with a large selection. Friendly and helpful staff. I will say, some signage in Pike Place Market on the ground floor or near entrances would be helpful, as it was a little difficult to locate when the suite # starts with a 5 and the floor the bookstore is on is 4.

Amanda C.: Very cute store with a nice selection. Stop in!

Kris C.: The owner welcomes you and offers direction. I have found some reads along with postcards with lovely art displayed on them here! Bookmarks, journals, and postcards are a must to tie together a bookstore and they're found here. This is a small, quirky little bookstore that you must walk into while in the Pike Place area!

Epic Heart Healing: Highly recommend this charming bookstore. It has an awesome assortment of titles to choose from. Above all, the atmosphere and the owner are vibrant, friendly, whimsical, and welcoming! My husband and I loved visiting this past week and meeting the owner David and browsing through the books! What a lovely bookshop. Also, his books are very reasonably priced. Visiting Lion Heart was our favorite part of this weekend. Check it out! You'll be glad you did!!!!

Angel Olmos: I LOVE bookshops and this is the first one I stumbled past on my trips to Seattle, so I peaked my head in. What happened next was the nicest man poked his head out from behind the counter and greeted me with the most kindness and generosity I would’ve never expected from a stranger. Never before had I met a person with such a bubbly and upbeat personality than him. He regaled me tales of all the books I took interest in, and he was very knowledgeable on just about everything. Unfortunately, I left the store wanting to pick up some Camus but he had just sold his last copy the day before. Despite not buying a thing he was appreciative of me stopping by and hoped I’d stop by again. So two years later, that’s what I did. Out of all the time that had passed one memory stood out to me from pike place, and it was this very bookstore. So I’m my return I went looking for it and lo and behold that same upbeat demeanor found me again. I exchanged pleasantries and he greeted me in that same pleasant attitude. This time however was different, he had Camus! So I stocked up on the books I wanted and with great appreciation sent me on my way. It was fate that I saw him again, recently his mother had become Ill-and so he hasn’t been able to be open all the time, and that’s partly a reason why i believe he enforces a mask policy at his store but it’s a small price to pay for the livelihood of his family and those around him and that’s something I can deeply respect. Rarely do you meet a person who stays in your head over such a tumultuous time and I have got to tell you, this is one such person and place I highly recommend you stop by and do you your shopping at.

Alexander Cole: Came to Seattle for new years. My favorite part was meeting David, the store's owner. We had a lovely chat about the book I purchased. But the most valuable thing I left with was the interaction. Will definitely be coming in here everytime I'm in town.

Neel Venugopal: The owner has a glowing personality and can answer any question you have about anything in the store. Truly a great experience, and can't recommend it enough if you like walking in book stores.

Brian Rowe: Cozy bookstore with a friendly worker behind the counter. I got 3 interesting books for less than $15! My new fav local bookshop.

David Parajon: Buy books here when in Seattle.

Kyle Langston: Great store, good selection and a fun overall experience. The shopkeeper, David, is very friendly and enjoys chatting with people and getting to know you. Definitely check it out if you’re in the Pike Place Market area!

Kyle Giddings: The store owner is the gem of Seattle, the books are great as well.

Jane Doe: Absolutely adored both the owner and the store! Great collection of books, including- Amish romances. Loved the owner, a fabulous experience

Christian Gustafson: Always liked this one. The proprietor has very good taste.

Mirit Markowitz: Hard to beat a good second hand bookstore with everything could you want when discovering and getting lost in old books with enough curation not to make that journey feel confusing and disjointed. The owner has great book and restaurant recs and generally is willing to offer her thoughts on all thing books with a welcome attitude and droll delivery resulting in a good bookstore experience. If you don’t find what you want or something adjacent you are sure to find something you need. One of my favorite bookstores in Seattle, hands down.

jvonshay lucci: Nice store

Will B: This is a hidden gem bookstore. It has a vast selection of books, arranged in a way that makes it easy to explore different subjects. Some the books appear to be very unique, if not vintage. The vibe of the shop is stellar, featuring full shelves and many healthy plants. Also, the owner seems like a cool and knowledgeable person.Book fans, visit here!

Corim Cox: Clean, organized, and a lot of rarer books.

B L M F Literary Saloon: what do users think?

eric williams: It’s been years since I lived in Seattle, but what I remember the most is the used bookstores. On a recent visit, I discovered the Literary Saloon, and I was reminded that there really are the most amazing used bookstores there.Mr. Johnson is the most masterful curator/literary merchant I have encountered on my most recent trip. He was happy to help, but really happy to let me look through every single pile like a crazy completist freak. Please, must be seen to be believed. If you are a thoughtful, smart, and widely read…this is where you will likely lose two hours of your vacation in the essays section.

--: . I spent an hour viewing different books, which felt doable with the smaller space and foot traffic from many visitors coming and going. Folks with mobility issues may or may not be able to have adequate space to move around in the store. I was not disappointed by the titles I came across, so it looked like there was something for many people to enjoy and pique their interest. The owner was welcoming and chill, they would walk around the store to ask if customers were finding everything ok and offering assistance. There was no overbearing tone or sarcasm from them, they were just a literary saloon owner who wanted to help. I appreciated that, and found many titles to add to my wishlist for a future visit and for purchase. I even got a free B L M F themed bookmark with the book that I bought, which I thought was a nice gesture. The condition of the store was clean, the floors were swept regularly, so the only things left on the ground were mats and books overflowing from the shelves. To me, B L M F Literary Saloon is a book haven and is up there with the bookstores that I have visited, easily in my top five. I will definitely do business here in the future, thank you so much for an excellent experience!

Amanda C.: When you walk in and it’s almost floor to ceiling books, you know it’s going to be good. The best kind of maze and some really cool and interesting books.

Matt Barnes: Stopped by while visiting Pike Place. They had a wide selection of graphic novels, which really surprised me, and I left with some great reads!

Stephan Gonzalez: This is the best store I have visited in years! Wasn’t looking for anything but found something at a wonderful price. The store clerk knows where everything is, very nice guy. A must visit.

Damon Hawk: stories. Thought you’d be interested!

Steven Morris: The fella in the store helped us find local authors, going in depth about their significance and a description of their stories. Great place!

Karin D.: . I found several books to purchase, which is quite the feet considering my current TBR pile. We will definitely visit again!

Ranjani Srinivasan: Cute second hand bookstore. Can find most titles you're looking for, but runs a little pricey in my opinion. Each book is priced ~ 60% of the original price.

Jane Wallis: A fabulous place, lovely selection, and a unique, wonderful and helpful curator. Great music playing, chill ambience. Could have spent all day here.

Bill Richards: Lovely place, love second hand book places with bloody friendly staff
