Kevin Ng: An excellent treasure trove of valuables and stories, nested in the Montlake neighborhood! It is distinctly a classic, small business antique store -- not an antique mall, not a thrift store, but a purveyor of one proprietor's collection of vintage and antique crafts and curios. I haven't made use of the appraisal or estate services, but my friend and I used to visit in person several times to examine the purchasable inventory. We always had lots of fun commenting on the merchandise and narrating potential stories that these items may have found themselves in at one time! The store representative, Coleman, has also been wondrous: always amiable and happy to stay around even after hours talking about the merchandise, regaling us with his stories and knowledge; hopefully, he gets a promotion!

Simone Hatfield: I came in just to browse but left with some tiny beaded baskets and a sterling silver spoon. The owner was so incredibly sweet and was more than happy to open cabinets and answer any questions about the items on display. Everything was priced fair for an antique shop. I highly recommend popping into this place if you have the chance!

I was initially put off by that response, however, she called me and apologized for the abruptness and we have scheduled a service call to see if it does need a new movement. Well done!

We went in to get a replacement nut to hold the clock hands on the mechanism, and in less then two minutes she found the right nut, and even gave it to us for free.------------------------------------------------Edit: I can't figure out how to leave another review, so below is my new reviewI went in to get new hands for a clock and a motor. Within 5 minutes they had the perfect hands and a motor. The staff there are hilarious, I got a free comedy show while they installed the motor and hands.This is THE place to go for anything clock related.
Kieran McKee: Great people, great service! I went to get my late father’s watch repaired, and they were friendly, clear and upfront in explaining to me the process. It’s clear they care about their customers. If I ever need another repair, I’m definitely coming back.

Kevin Ng: The polite and knowledgeable staff at this charming boutique gave me straightforward directions on how to find the information for adjusting the moon dial on my Dunhaven anniversary clock. I'm still somewhat baffled that I was told at two different clock repair shops that the dial does not move and is just for show, and that it took a third opinion to hear the simple advice I needed to hear. I know where I'll be heading if I have any future questions!

Adam Saunders: Man I’m so sad to see this place go. You could wander around here for hours and still not see everything there is to see. There is so much unique furniture and trinkets all over the place. There’s also a ton of vintage clothing to sift through. I’ll miss this place!

Denise OToole: Didn't find what I was looking for but enjoyed rummaging around. This was the second time I had been here. One HUGE suggestion: CUSTOMER SERVICE! In other words, if you were a doctor, you would not get good ratings for bedside service. Stop talking to each other when a customer is ready to make a transaction. Put the customer first. You know who you are and if this review surprises you, please know I will return because you have cool stuff, UT I will call you out on poor customer service.

Anne Thomas: This is the ultimate antique experience in the Pacific Northwest. 17th to early 20th century quality antiques, art, rugs, decorative objects et al in an old Queen Anne house. Inventory moves quickly with new items coming in every week. Scott and Maria are so welcoming- no pretense here. This is the best kept secret in Seattle.
