Live 2 Dance: what do users think?

Sahil Srivastava: I have been dancing at Live2Dance for some time now and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! Deepali and the instructors have built a community that feels like home. No matter your dance background or skill level, you'll definitely find a welcoming and an encouraging atmosphere here. There's always something new to learn, and the instructors help you grow as a dancer. If you're considering joining, don't hesitate for a moment. Trust me, you won't regret it!!!The positive energy and welcoming atmosphere here are second to none. I've grown immensely as a dancer and as a person since joining this studio, and I'm incredibly grateful for the amazing instructors and friends I have made here!

Miloni Vasa: and all the instructors are super awesome 💃🕺 & very sweet! Definitely gonna keep coming back for drop-ins and already excited for next year’s showcase!! If you’re looking to be energized and uplifted

Swetha Sriram: Live 2 dance is home away from. Two years ago I joined live to dance and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever taken! Deepali has put her heart and soul into making this not just any dance class but a community where you will find your support system. She is an excellent instructor , very patient and detail oriented and her classes are unique and so much fun! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Sandeep Ravindra: Live2Dance has given me a home away from home! It’s not just one of the best dance studios in Seattle, it’s a community of extremely talented, kind and generous people who make you feel at home. Thank you L2D and Deepali for everything you’ve given me ❤️

Ayansh Khadabadi: . They were so encouraging and had amazing songs we could jump twirl and dance on, even when I can be quite stubborn on when I want to dance. They also got us some amazing costumes that made me shine on stage. Every Tuesday I look forward to dancing for Bollywood songs, so much that I constantly remind my parents even when they forget sometimes that I have a dance class. And live2dance has productions that I’m always wondering if it’s real or not since their props are so cool! I haven’t really been to movie theaters

Swati Aggarwal: A place Full of energy, warmth and compassion. A must try out if you want to express through dance.

Shivani Vyas: This place can heal you in the best of ways. From community building to dancing your heart out to learning from the best people, Live2Dance does it all!!

Pratikshya Panigrahi: Greatest Indian community in Seattle. Lots of talent as well as love and affection. It's a family away from home.

shreya bhosale: Best decision to join live2dance. The energy here is amazing. Deepali is doing a great job building this community!! Highly recommend joining, you won’t regret! And no, these reviews are not paid, every single person feels the same way they write, if you think how can something be so good to be true, just come for one drop in class and you will see the magic! ❤️

mahir dhall: . L2D makes sure you feel comfortable, confident and happy in every class they have out there, it’s a culture they maintain which makes it so special from all the other classes out there in Seattle. If you’re new to Seattle or been here since sometime or just visiting, do make sure to take out some and attend a class to experience it yourself! If you’ve been a dancer or new to dancing, it doesn’t matter, just show up and let it flow, they’ll take care of the rest. :

Ishank Pahwa: This studio stands out as the most secure place in the city! Offering a diverse range of dance classes and has a strong sense of community, it's the ideal spot to discover your people and make lasting friendships. Don't hesitate to reserve your drop-in class

Deepali Garg: Live2Dance is home. Period.First the logical review: There are plenty of classes to choose from for all dance levels and the classes are reasonably priced. The instructors are friendly and non-judgemental, they really care about the students' progress and it shows. Now the emotional part: This school and its people are an inclusive family. The owner Deepali really looks out for her people and the community is proactive to ensure the wellbeing of the people- be it for immigration related issues, family help or mental health. Going to classes and being a part of the showcase has been therapeutic for countless people like me and we have found a home in Seattle thanks to this lovely studio in SLU. For anyone who feels like they don't belong or are having trouble finding their people, this is the place. Come and experience it for yourself! But remember- there's no going back because that's the magic of the studio.

Shashank Gupta: Live2Dance is more than just a dance studio—it's a vibrant community, and I couldn't be happier to be a part of it. Starting with zero dance experience, I've had an amazing journey here, thanks to the incredible owner, Deepali. Her informal and welcoming approach creates a comfortable atmosphere in every class. Deepali goes above and beyond, ensuring that this is not just a place to learn dance but a space to connect and grow together. I went from a beginner to being a part of a spectacular showcase, all thanks to L2D. If you're looking for a place where passion meets community, this is it! 🌟🕺💃#Live2Dance #DanceCommunity #FiveStars

Nitika Bawa: Liar - Live2Dance is a very deceiving name you see. You’d think you can just shake off heat and attend a dance class here, maybe learn a dance form or two cuz there are like so many amazing instructors here or maybe just attend Bollycardio sessions and get fit right. But oh God, it’s a madhouse. Deepali has literally created a whole community here. It’s almost like saying this is Home for every Indian in Seattle. Now who wants to make friends, celebrate festivals with a group, dance out worries everyday, occasionally get on stage, perform and live the dream, have people to fall back to during tough times - I mean who wants to be a part of a FAMILY here right! I’d say if you’re only looking to shake a leg, book a class at your own risk! I’m practically stuck here for good, you be wise!

Kunal Bansal: Had my 1st session with live2dance and kudos to Deepali for being an amazing teacher. She amazingly made the difficult steps look easy by breaking down to the fundamentals. And the community and the environment has been really energetic !

Hariharan Jayakumar: Must visit for anyone remotely interested in dance - vibes 💯

Angela Mortinson: I had a great time! The atmosphere is positive, energetic and welcoming.

Hima Nalluri: Bollyworks has been my dance home since 2018, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Arundathi is not only incredibly skilled and professional but also has a knack for crafting intricate choreography and breaking it down so it's easy to pick up. Under her guidance, I've grown as a dancer and learned about stage presence too. Her classes have a touch of humor making it an enjoyable and fun experience. Being part of the Bollyworks community has also helped me make connections with fellow dance lovers over the years! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the world of Bollywood dance!

Swathi Nandi: Today was my first class here. Enjoyed dancing to all songs. It was fun. Instructor is great.

Allison Welsh: So much fun, and such a great workout! And doesn't matter if you can dance or not, the instructors are great 👍

Meenakshi Das: Love arundhati’s choreography classes. They’re creative and fun. Glad I found this place to learn and de-stress!

Sayali Yashwant Bilaye: 🎉

Lekshmi Unnikrishnan: at Bollyworks. If you're looking for a place that offers high intensity fitness lessons while also having fun, then look no further! Love the high energy and positivity that every instructor brings to each class. After every session, I get to go back feeling so pumped! I have already started seeing results

Ketaki Sakhardande: BollyWorks fitness is my Happy Place outside home, a place that truly welcomes beginners and experienced dancers in a warm authentic setting where you can truly be yourself, experience Bollywood dancing ,have loads of Fun and also lose calories and be fit in the process.. BollyWorks offers options for learning Choreography as well as fitness. They have different schedules over the week and weekend which adds to the flexibility .Arundhati and her team of instructors have only purpose here - to send you back home with a smile on your face and a feeling of active energy at the end of the session. Highly recommended...

Sindhura Gangu: I've been going to BollyWorks since 2017 for both choreography and fitness. Both formats are super fun and energetic. I love that in choreography classes, we are focused on a dance form and I work towards improving myself as a dancer and push myself to do better. The team helps you learn and grow. In fitness classes, I just let loose and dance my heart out. These classes have crazy energy and I see everyone around me having so much fun. Absolutely recommend taking your first class. Once you take a class, you will surely come back for more.

Krithika Shankar: Bollyworks has been my fun and hassle-free go to place for about 7 years now. It’s where I release my passion for dance freely. Generally I’m enjoy any fitness workout but seek some additional motivation to be accountable for it but with Bollyworks, I’m pumped from within. The dance and workout sessions are so intense, engaging, professional, and super enjoyable that I feel more energized even at the end of the session while drenched in sweat. My review won’t be complete without mentioning Arundhati - the creative director of Bollyworks, she is dedicated, highly professional, and by far the most capable instructor I have come across. Her choreography is both challenging and creative. The best part is how she breaks it down with clarity making it feel simple enough for the participants to deliver with confidence.

Patil Aruna: This is my happy place outside of home! 🙂 I have attended their fitness classes as well as choreography classes and they are both a lot of fun! When you learn dance from Arundhati, you are not just learning the steps but you are also learning to emote, and lots of fine details like how to make it look more energetic or graceful depending on the choreography. She also does group formations and partner work which make it even more fun and you feel like you are actually performing to an audience! These classes are sure to energize and cheer up anybody, you will never know until you try it! 😊

Archana Bellamkonda: Even if you think you cannot dance, Bollyworks will get you dancing by end of the first class! My time with Bollyworks is not just fun and not to mention a great workout, but changed my philosophy in appreciating the art of dance. Must try.. you will not regret it!

Deepthi Prasad: . With every passing year, I have only gotten better at the techniques of dancing, and also feel stronger and confident to do some hard dance forms, like contemporary. Aru is a ball of radiant energy, and her choreography is fun, easy to learn, and yet challenges you to perform at the next best level. She helps her students strike the right balance between technique and movement. Bollyworks is a fun place to learn how to dance without being judged. It doesn’t matter where you are in your dance journey, there's a place for everyone, and you feel included and part of the community that Aru has created over the years. If you are looking for a fun place to learn Bollywood dancing, I highly recommend you try Bollyworks. It is undoubtedly the best Bollywood dance studio on the east side!

Tessa Wynn: Working out has never been so fun! The workout class is energetic, the songs are catchy, the moves is pretty easy to follow. Facility is clean and well maintained. I love love love Bollyworks!

Divya Michael: For Bollywood dance lovers, fitness can't get any more fun! I've tried many ways to keep myself fit and Bollyworks has been the only one that I can consistently stick to. Bollyworks fitness has been a great addition to it. You will hear time and again that their classes are very energetic and fun, and be sure to lose lots of calories and build stamina with consistency. They also have an amazing set of new instructors who I love working out with. I can't wait to be in class every single week.

Sampada Deshpande: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueThis is an excellent dance studio and the instructors here are full of life and make classes fun and engaging! Thank you for everything you do for the community!

Studio 206: what do users think?

C. P.: I am so in love with Nicole and her Urban Dance class! I cannot dance, for the life of me! But Nicole and the other students make the dance moves so comfortable and you feel like a pro dancing! I love that classes are convenient and affordable. I'm looking forward to her upcoming classes and inviting my friends to dance and stay fit with me! It's fun, inviting, and you really sweat!

Liz Dueweke: to be our best selves. This place has become a sanctuary for a lot of us, and a place where we have developed lifelong friendships and unbreakable bonds. I would follow her anywhere to get my dose of dance therapy. If dance intimidates you, give this place a try. There is no drama, just a place where all people can feel safe and confident to move and be joyful. Trust me, I’m not a dancer! Thank you to Nicole and to all the beautiful people at studio 206. We will never stop dancing together.

Alexi Weirich: Best thing that happened to me after moving to Seattle was finding Studio 206. This place is the real deal: wonderful and supportive teachers, creative/top-notch choreography, super fun music, beautiful space, wonderful and warm friends who come regularly to dance together, and a gem of an owner, Nicole, who holds the place together. If you like to dance, even a little, you will LOVE it and it may change your life too! Check out the schedule and find something for you. My body and brain have never been so happy thanks to Studio 206!

MTG: . It is high intensity, you burn lots of calz and the choreo is brilliant! This dance studio also offers a wide variety of dance styles. Other great instructors are MacKenzie, Tricia Diamonds, Isaiah, Patience, Ruby and many more! Check it out!! It's like a dance party!

Elise Rainer: Studio 206 is life changing! The first year I started dancing with Nicole in her Urban Dance Fitness class, I lost 20 pounds. At the same time, I gained a community of wonderful women and friends. It is the best place to dance your heart out, learn new moves, music and feel great. I love this place!

Kirstin Thorpe: is awesome - friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend!

Heather Brincko: I walked into Studio 206 with zero dance experience and not only found a love for dancing and awesome workout, but an amazing and supportive community.

LaVonn Williams: Best dance work out in south Seattle! Nicole makes sure your whole body gets exercise, you sweat and have fun plus the music is billboard top hits. She offers different types of dance plus pound workouts.

Maura Gannon: I tried the pound class. It was such a good lower body work out! The instructor was friendly and made me feel welcome as it was my first time.Good location with parking. However, the studio does not have a sign on the side of the building. If you drive on Airport Way you'll never know its there.

Melissa Galbraith (MCreativeJ): Great variety of classes. Always upbeat and friendly. I always have so much fun!

Pamela Boyd: Beautiful studio space with amazing teachers and a welcoming community! Studio 206 makes getting fit so much fun and I look forward to my dance workouts every week. Seattle Dance Fitness/ Hip Hop Kids Dance Fitness®: what do users think?

Kellie Shore: I found Seattle Dance Fitness last January when life felt stagnant and I had not moved my body in a long time. I was instantly greeted by this group of supportive individuals that have become family. I regularly attend weekly classes and have changed my stagnant physical and mental status. All of the instructors are welcoming and supportive from Jessica, Ginny, Karen, Hannah and Ruben who motivate me to unapologetically be myself while dancing to Paige, Katie, and Lisa that offer fitness options and Yoga to complete the entire package! Let’s not forget the Little’s teachers Tamara, Anna-Marie, Candice, Isabelle, Shellena, and Jess! They are amazing with the kids! I get to share my safe space with all of them. If you are wanting a low pressure space to move your body and a judgement free zone SDF is the place to be. My confidence has been amplified and life is not as heavy anymore. Come try a class! You’ll be glad you did!

Alicia Cohn: Great mix of classes. All awesome instructors who bring the energy and very welcoming.

Gin Robinson: SDF is such a warm welcoming community with a wide variety of classes for ALL fitness levels! Get yourself to a class ASAP! ☮️ 🍑

Katie Moos: The best place in the world!!!!

Samantha Johnson: and 1 choreography-style class

Jim Kelly: Super fun environment, big open floor space, lots of light and great mirrors! Our 2 year old loves dance class! Jessica keeps it fun and easy for the kids to explore the dance floor, with obstacles, lots of instruments, balls, ribbons, hoops and scarfs, our 2 year old’s paradise!

Todd Harry: These people are amazing! They only want you to live your best life. No drama... Well unless you include the drama of the dance steps.Check this place out. Fun for all ages and experience levels.

Katie Kelly: I love Jessica, her choreography, her music choices, her high energy, her positivity, how she makes everyone feel like family, how she makes you feel like the best you, she brings out the best in you with every class. When I was pregnant, I continued dancing with her up until the day I delivered. Would highly recommend both advanced dancers and someone who has never danced before. It’s a great way to workout and sweat and get toned while not even feeling like it’s a workout. Just having fun!!!

A Google User: . In fact, I came to love SDF so much that I ended up buying

Kara D: Jessica has brought SDF to the Zoom and Live-stream seamlessly. She and each of the SDF instructors are amazing at bringing the energy that is normally present in-studio, to your home dance space. They take the time to connect with participates before and after class, as well as during class. Each class is a great physical workout, but also a mental/emotional pick-me-up!

Erica C: Seattle Dance Fitness has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. I had casually taken Jessica’s classes at a big box gym pre-pandemic, and after everything shut down, when I couldn’t go to the gym anymore, I looked up Seattle dance fitness and signed up. I’ve been hooked ever since. Jessica’s energy is infectious and makes me excited to sign into class every time. There are so many options for days and times. I signed up for the membership so I could access the on demand classes too. Now I can dance anytime, even if my work schedule doesn’t match up with my favorite class. And my 7 year old was so into my classes that I ended up signing her up for the kids’ class too. I can’t recommend SDF highly enough! During this Thanksgiving season, I am thankful to be a part of this community!

Michelle Ovena: My first class I knew I had found what I was looking for! So much FUN. The great bonus was I not only found a workout I WANT to do but a community of amazing people who have supported me and accepted me. I cannot express how much I love all that is Seattle Dance Fitness.

Amber Cifuentes: these classes are my favorite, it's so much fun it's hard to believe it's good for me! lol I look forward to it every week!

Meg Johnson: !

Otter a.k.a Randy: For the last 3 and a half years I've never been so inspired to exercise, dance, shake it, and just plain sweat! All the while having the time of my life!!! Jessica's skill in blending Incredible Music, Dance and exercise is nothing short of AMAZING!! Geee I think she's added years to my life by motivating me to get off the couch, and shake it with her and all her other highly motivated dance lovelies!! Can't wait for the next class!!! But please save me a spot up near the front as the crowds gather!!!

padget dean: I am addicted to Jessica's dance classes! She has the best personality and everyone has a great time! I get an amazing workout and it just feels so good! I look forward to each class with her. It's the highlight of my day for sure!

Jennifer Planeta: Jessica is, hands down, one of the best if not THE best dance fitness instructors in Seattle. She's an amazing dancer, her energy is contagious, cool, fun and inspired. She is an amazing choreographer and her love of finding original and awesome music comes through in her classes. She has the gift of making everyone in the class feel comfortable which leads to some very fun classes with everyone feeling really great in their own skin! Her classes have changed my life. I can't recommend her enough!!

Lori Lusk: Jessica is an amazing dance instructor and her classes are SO.MUCH.FUN!!! I highly recommend her for fitness or just to have a good time and shake your booty!

American Dance Institute Greenwood: what do users think?

Jennifer Mendelson: My teenager and I have had a wonderful experience taking adult beginning ballet at ADI in Greenwood. Gifted teacher, sweet students, welcoming studio. Couldn't be better! We are having a great time!

Brenna Pink Pampena: We love American Dance Institute. My daughter has been taking classes here for many years. She started in ballet, but is now in modern and hip hop. The teachers are fantastic. Dedicated and talented. I highly recommend this studio.

Laura Ingrao: Great spot for adult dance classes! I love that it’s one of the few spots that offers shuffling classes. I wish more people knew about them having shuffle so there could be more advanced sessions as well as the beginner.

Louisa Peck: I enjoyed ballet classes at ADI way back in the 1980s when I took my body's abilities for granted, but I also returned there in my 50s to revive my skills. The atmosphere was perfect for me. I got encouragement and expert guidance, but what I most remember is my excitement when a teacher told me I belonged in the intermediate class! I hope to go back to ADI in my 60s and try some jazz dance.

Jessica & Tyler Bidwell: My daughter and I both take classes here and we love it. Pearla is a great teacher and I am so glad I signed up for her class. She radiates positivity and made learning so easy. Definitely will take more classes in the future.

Brianna Duda: I love this studio! The teachers are great, the students are friendly, and the atmosphere is so inclusive. Highly recommend.

Pearl White: Just took a contemporary class with Angie, and I was just so impressed with how welcoming of a space it was. She is by far one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. She teaches a TRUE beginners class. All too often I see teachers moving too quickly in beginner classes or assuming students have dance background and know terminology. Angie starts from the very beginning. Very impressed.

Cynthia Spalding: The ballet classes for adults are great. Wonderful teachers, good studio spaces, relaxed but mindful atmosphere, friendly attitudes. A bit expensive, but worth it. Victoria at Greenwood is great, patient, informative, and inspirational!

Randy Decker: The class i attended was fantastic. The instructor was great to work with. Everyone at the school has been great to deal with. Highly recommend ADI Greenwood to anyone looking to learn to dance.

Tan Chen: My daughter Naomi loves the Irish dance class she had over the years! Janelle and Elizabeth are great dance educators and it has been a great experience for Naomi.

Zenee Helmstetler: I loved my adult tap dancing class!! Really great experience, would love to take another class in the future!

Anne Heskel: Fantastic local dance studio that offers a great variety of classes for all ages and ability. Instructors are kind and focused on teaching while having fun.

H L: ADI is the place to go for adult dancers! Whether it is your first class ever or 100th class, it is a no-judgement, positive, no pressure environment. Classes are SO fun and go at a pace that is easy to follow! I've tried other dance studios and they were very stressful.

Megan Marshman: Wonderful studio. Excellent instruction that empowers and encourages but also inspires you to improve. I loved every class!

American Dance Institute/Magnolia: what do users think?

Alex Olson: Had my daughter’s 3rd birthday here, and it was great. The staff is SO accommodating and nice. One person helped us load presents into the car, and they were just so friendly with the kids. They handled 12 energetic toddlers amazingly. Would definitely recommend for a fun birthday party for kids!

Christa Pietromonaco: My two children started with ADI Magnolia in September and they have both my 5 1/2 year old son and 4 year old daughter have been loving it. The class is a great mix of free form dance and some structure to help build a base for ballet. Would highly recommend the school.

Sharon Siehl: Miss Olivia is a wonderful teacher, my son enjoyed her classes

Nicole: My 12yo has been taking classes here since she was 3, always a good experience.

Catherine Whissell: . All positive.

Lilli Hills: We have been going to ADI for over 8 years now and absolutely love this school. Elizabeth, the owner, is so kind and such a great teacher. She has hired incredible teachers. My daughters have loved all of the classes we've taken there! There new Magnolia space is great! Such a great place for your kid to learn dance!

Qiushuo Yu: Teacher Ainsleigh is good at keeping kids engaged!

Fei Wang: I signed up for adult hip hop because I keep hearing that cardio is “good for you” but I’m more of a cardi-no.The classes are so much fun that it’s now the highlight of my week. The perfect antidote to the winter SAD months.10/10 would recommend.

Delaney Palmer: Fantastic classes so far. Olivia my tap instructor adjusts the class to meet our needs, has great energy, and makes everyone feel comfortable. I am excited to continue with my three month class series.

Nancy Kubo: nothing but good things to say

Linda Tinker: My daughter had a wonderful experience with ADI and enjoyed learning to dance and express herself in a creative way without feeling self conscious or pressured in any way! It was something fun to do together with her friends, promoted confidence and great exercise! Her teachers were very kind and encouraging!

Brenna Pink Pampena: My daughter has been taking lessons at ADI for about 4 years. We absolutely love it. They create a supportive and fun environment. The teachers are talented and kind. We will be coming back for many more years!

Kim Kellogg: Studio is fabulous with nice viewing space for families to watch! Instructors are great and communication is always prompt.

Century Ballroom: what do users think?

Patrick H: Fun and very well priced and very progressive with lots of people.

J Vince: Great venue for queer and others dancing. It is a fun space to host your next event, be it dancing, a concert, or something else. Staff is friendly.

Xin Yun Tea: Love the social and bachata classes as well as socials

Greg Bray: Nice big ballroom, plenty of floor to get your dance on.

Bidzina Kevkhishvili: Very welcoming class for everyone at different levels. You must check it out!

Andrada Tonu:

Nicole Olson: Century Ballroom is Wonderful. I love all of the instructors, the classes, the socials, the tin table, the environment encouraged and maintained by instructors and students alike. Parking around the area is sometimes difficult, but the Capitol Hill light rail station is nearby! It's a nice area, very walkable, and it's lovely to open the windows in the ballroom to get fresh air. Great people, great drinks, great classes and a great environment!
