American Environmental Construction LLC: what do users think?

Joseph Coury: Navigating through the complexities of asbestos abatement can be an incredibly stressful and challenging journey, especially when it concerns the safety of one's family. In this challenging time, I had the privilege of interacting with Steve Romero from American Environmental Construction LLC. Despite not being able to officially hire him due to circumstances beyond our control, his contribution was invaluable, and I feel compelled to share my experience.Expertise & Professionalism: Steve's profound knowledge in asbestos abatement became evident from our very first interaction. He possesses a deep understanding of the environmental regulations and safety protocols essential for dealing with hazardous materials. His professional demeanor instills confidence, and it's clear that he's not just in it for business but to genuinely ensure the well-being of those affected.Truthfulness & Compassion: Facing the reality of a home filled with asbestos-contaminated materials is daunting. Steve delivered this hard truth with a level of grace and compassion that is rare to find. His ability to communicate difficult information in a manner that empowers one to make informed decisions is truly commendable.Dedication & Generosity: Throughout this ordeal, Steve was more than a consultant; he was a pillar of support. His regular check-ins on me and my family's well-being went above and beyond professional obligation. The generosity he displayed by dedicating his time, taking numerous calls, and meticulously walking us through each step of the problem, reflects his genuine concern for his clients.Impact & Recommendation: Steve's unwavering commitment to safety and his professional advice was instrumental in protecting my family from the dangers of asbestos exposure during a forced move-out. While his expertise was not acknowledged by the landlord in our case, his guidance was crucial in keeping us safe. Steve Romero is not just a consultant; he is a guardian in the guise of an asbestos abatement expert. I wholeheartedly recommend his services and wish that more individuals in the landlord/property management industry would emulate his integrity, expertise, and dedication to client safety.I extend my deepest gratitude to Steve Romero. His exceptional service during our family's challenging time will not be forgotten. If you're facing environmental safety concerns, Steve is undoubtedly the professional you'd want by your side.

Kyle Crebbin: AEC is professional, responsive, quick, and clean. Steve was available on short notice and designed and implemented a project on a fast timeline. I hope to work with them again soon.

Gregory Bohn: Francisco and his team went above and beyond to coordinate this project and to protect my existing home. They were thoughtful about weather and ensured that we had a clean environment to come home to. I cannot recommend this company enough. In addition to Francisco and his crew being amazing, Steve Romero was easy to work with to get our estimate and ask questions. My favorite thing about Steve is that he is always asking you how your day is going, putting additional effort into his work.

LadyOfSilk76: I contacted American Environmental Construction LLC to inquire about their abatement services to remove the popcorn ceiling in my home. Mr. Romero responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and scheduled a consultation meeting. Mr. Romero was professional, thorough, and detailed about their abatement services for popcorn ceilings that tested positive for asbestos. I wanted to get three bids for the abatement services for my home and American Environmental Construction LLC offered the best price with a reasonable time frame for the project. I worked with Dee the Office Manager to schedule the abatement services and I was told it would take approximately three days to complete the project. The staff of American Environmental Construction LLC keep their word because the project was done in three days. The first day was prep, the second day they removed the popcorn ceiling and the third they tested the air within my home to ensure it met the standards of EPA and local environment agencies. I received the invoice from Kendra their Accountant and the price that I was quoted did not change and Kendra made the payment process easy for me. My ceilings throughout my home looks amazing after the removal of the popcorn ceiling. I have already recommended American Environmental Construction LLC to family and friends. When I purchase more properties, I will contact American Environmental Construction LLC for their other services because this is a great company and I like their customer service, prices, professionalism, timeliness and finished product. Thanks, ShabanéService:Home renovations

Kristine Rodriguez: When we were getting new siding on our home last summer, we hired American Environmental Construction to abate the asbestos siding that was already there. Their price was competitive and the project manager that did our the estimate was super knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions/explain their abatement process. Francisco and his crew were efficient, professional and did an excellent job abating our siding. They worked fast and had the project complete in just a day and a half. They also cleaned up so thoroughly at the end of each day, you’d have no idea they were ever there. We’re so happy with our experience with American Environmental Construction and highly recommend them to anyone needing abatement.

Eugene Chang: Positive:ProfessionalismBig thanks to Mike and his team for doing a great job on the asbestos abatement.

Evan Lindell: Positive:Professionalism,ResponsivenessI used American Environmental Construction for asbestos abatement. Steve talked me through the work to be done and my options. Throughout he was responsive and his crew did excellent work. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Susan Grubb: I had the great pleasure to work with American Environmental Construction on a 3-month environmental decontamination and decommissioning project that I was overseeing for a large industrial facility in Seattle this summer. The project timeline was tight and the work was extremely complicated and difficult.I was impressed with the professionalism, work ethic, and positive attitude of the members of the American Environmental Construction project team, their site supervisor Paul Woodford, and their project manager Steve Romero. Their hard work and effective collaboration with the other contractors on the site was a key factor in the success of a the project.I would gladly work with American Environmental Construction on future projects and give them my highest recommendation. I have worked with numerous contractors on many environmental decontamination projects, but American Environmental Construction has set the performance standard by which I will measure all future project collaborations.

Colt Kesselring: Steve came by my place to look at some insulation in my attic which I thought might contain asbestos. He was professional, courteous, and very helpful, and was able to verify quickly that the insulation I had was not a problem and was not a kind that would contain asbestos. Will definitely keep American Environmental Construction in mind for projects in the future!

Jesse Nishinaga: Paul and his crew did a great job removing our oil furnace and the asbestos to make room for a new heat pump that we are installing. He and his team have decades of experience and were extremely diligent, efficient, and took care of our home as if it were their home. Paul was a really nice guy as well and it was really interesting to hear some of his stories working on major projects throughout Seattle. We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with the AEC team and would highly recommend the team. The office staff, including Kendra, was also super friendly and responsive. Thanks, AEC team!

Jessica Chen: Fabulous team! We bought a 1952 house from the original owner several years ago and have been renovating it slowly since. We've had to remove multiple asbestos walls over the years, and we always use American Environmental Construction. Francisco and his team are so timely, efficient, and thorough. They leave the job site immaculate. Steve has been quick to get us estimates, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!Services:Remodeling,Drywall repair

Emelyn Bluhm: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAmerican Environmental has done exceptional work on my house--they were incredibly thorough with a very challenging asbestos removal project. Mel Bravin: "octopus" furnaces, which had a lot of asbestos duct-wrapping and other insulation, in my duplex. Their team, led by Angel, arrived on time and did a superb job of masking off the main floor and the work area in the basement. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. The work area was impressively clean afterwards. Angel also noted that my concrete basement sinks contained asbestos, so they returned to remove those as well.I would 100% recommend AEC to anyone looking for asbestos remediation. Their quote was great and the work was impressive.Service:Remodeling

Earthwise Architectural Salvage: what do users think?

Teresa Mateo: Cool place!

Leah Davidson: Fantastic customer service and whimsical spaces with treasures around every corner.

SUSAN MILLS: Had the cabinets we were looking for and for much less than expected. It's also interesting to see what other items they have.

Heather Shults: branch didn't have enough of what I needed. There was a small parking lot that seemed potentially shared with the other businesses. Had to take a lot of turns to get to the store.I asked for help and one of the workers immediately walked with me to help find what I needed. I'd brought a sample of hardwood from my house so he matched it to the wood and then started picking out enough for the amount of space I had. He was really helpful and made sure I had the exact amount I needed.I didn't get to explore the store since I got there towards closing, but it looked gorgeous - lots of older things and antique things. I feel like I could get lost browsing around.

Becki Witherow: They have great vintage toilets, sinks, and baths

Egirl Kalamanani: Great concept and I really like the name. Been here several times to find treasures to repurpose. I've purchased parts of a chandelier and turned them into garden art. Everything sold here is useful for original purpose, too. They do a really good job organizing even though it's a bit tight getting around. Not a good place for bringing kiddos that can't keep their hands out of things and like to run around.

jason young: This place is fun for old architecture supplies.

craig downing: Eclectic and weird/fun. I live in an older building so this place is super helpful for odd supplies.

Dell O'Malley: Fun place of old parts.Large variety.Few helpful when my car would not start.Great advice that was true.
