LadyOfSilk76: I contacted American Environmental Construction LLC to inquire about their abatement services to remove the popcorn ceiling in my home. Mr. Romero responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and scheduled a consultation meeting. Mr. Romero was professional, thorough, and detailed about their abatement services for popcorn ceilings that tested positive for asbestos. I wanted to get three bids for the abatement services for my home and American Environmental Construction LLC offered the best price with a reasonable time frame for the project. I worked with Dee the Office Manager to schedule the abatement services and I was told it would take approximately three days to complete the project. The staff of American Environmental Construction LLC keep their word because the project was done in three days. The first day was prep, the second day they removed the popcorn ceiling and the third they tested the air within my home to ensure it met the standards of EPA and local environment agencies. I received the invoice from Kendra their Accountant and the price that I was quoted did not change and Kendra made the payment process easy for me. My ceilings throughout my home looks amazing after the removal of the popcorn ceiling. I have already recommended American Environmental Construction LLC to family and friends. When I purchase more properties, I will contact American Environmental Construction LLC for their other services because this is a great company and I like their customer service, prices, professionalism, timeliness and finished product. Kristine Rodriguez: When we were getting new siding on our home last summer, we hired American Environmental Construction to abate the asbestos siding that was already there. Their price was competitive and the project manager that did our the estimate was super knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions/explain their abatement process. Francisco and his crew were efficient, professional and did an excellent job abating our siding. They worked fast and had the project complete in just a day and a half. Very nice and professional.I will say, they are not cheap, and they charge by the hour, especially for leaks, because they don't know how extensive the leak is or how far it goes, and they have to investigate the leak before they can repair it. It is hard to give an estimate without knowing the full extent of the damage. If you are looking to go the cheap route, SFW may not be the best fit. The crews typically work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%.Overall, I recommend them and we were highly impressed. Thanks, SFW, for everything!
Trevor Settlage: Kyle's crew did a great job on my project! They had great communication and kept me in the loop with pictures every few hours during the repairs. Not the cheapest around but you definitely get what you pay for. They paid attention to every detail and it was apparent how much pride they took in their work. I would highly recommend this company if you are in the unfortunate position of needing a house leak or weather damaged repaired.
L Baldwin: Our ceiling sprung a leak during a heavy rain. SFW Construction placed us on their active leak repair list, and they were able to send a crew out much faster than other places I called. SFW Construction employs what I’d call leak detection experts who love to solve a good “leak” mystery. We worked with Chris, who walked us through every step, gave us options for a fix, and then fixed the leak. It was such a relief. The crew was also very tidy.My understanding is the crews work in teams of two and bill at a rate of $125 per hour per person. Plus, material cost + 20%. All and all, an excellent experience.
Cliff Rosson: Had a leaky roof was worried about costs. These guys came out and found expired sealant on a cable tie to my roof. Instead of just re-sealing they installed new sealant plus flashing around tie off to direct water away. It looks clean and professional. A few short hours and the leak is fixed, and at a far more affordable amount than I had feared. Great work.

The leas was from an exterior wall adjacent to a concrete wall. I wish I could remember the name of the brothers who determined the cause and thoroughly repaired the leak. They did an excellent job, were on time, clean and professional throughout the work. We would definitely contact SFW again for any type of work that requires expert knowledge and repair. The work was not cheap, but worth the peace of mind.

Not only was Junk Pros able to get me a rock box on short notice, but they were the lowest price I found in my area. Drop off and pick up went seamlessly with the driver being very considerate of my and my neighbors’ yards. I also ended up needing one more day with my box and they rescheduled my pickup with no issue. Next time I need a dumpster I am DEFINITELY going with these guys. Lance Forcier: Used them for a demolition job of a second floor suspended walkway leading to a shed entrance. They did a great job and hauled away all debris.
