The carpet is good quality and they gave me the option of ordering carpet for upstairs and downstairs at the same time or separately. We had a major pet accident that one carpet cleaner didn’t even attempt to clean and said we’d need to replace it. I called Scott at Seattle Style to discuss replacement. He could have had an easy sell, but instead he refuted the claim by the carpet cleaner and told me about the merits of this carpet and why it is incredibly difficult to stain. Originally I had a friend suggest this shop to me and since my grandmother was in need of a new rug she came with me to check out what they had in stock. Going into the shop is an experience of its own. Gorgeous stacks of rugs piled a yard high, Beautiful mosaical rugs lining the walls. We looked through about 3 dozen rugs until we found 2 that we were interested in. Finally my grandmother settled on one that complimented her house perfectly. Erben delivered the rug to grandmothers house and let her live with it a couple days to get the feel and she decided it was the right one. Just a few days later I suggested my parents check out the gallery too and they also purchased a rug. Thanks Erben for the experience and I’ll definitely come here again in the future 10/10

Turabi has a HUGE selection of contemporary rugs, and they even have the ability to assist in custom design and order if their vast floor selection doesn't have the perfect rug. They still have many traditional and antique rugs as well, and they have a great eye for bringing in current and classic colors.Once again I spent hours in the beautiful store in Pioneer Square while they painstakingly pulled out rugs, explained the country of origin and materials and processes used. They were also honest with me about durability and helped me understand maintenance and upkeep, which was important to me with kids and dogs. I was also encouraged to step on/walk on/ stand on the rugs barefoot to feel which were softer because we are a no-shoe house.Once we got it narrowed down, they brought a few to the house to see it in our space. We narrowed down further with their great counsel and then I was able to live with a couple of rugs in my space for a few days to see how it changed with the light, how it felt etc.The rug we loved the most was going to be too large and cover our fireplace hearth. But Turabi's team had no problem taking exact measurements, cutting a notch around the hearth, and putting a new edge on the rug. You would never know. It is stunning and we get compliments every time someone walks into our front door.Their exceptional service and high quality will always make me a repeat customer. I look forward to working with them again.

The project scope was to replace the entire carpeted 2nd and 3rd floors, including the full flights of carpeted stairs to engineered hardwood floors. There were some unforeseen subfloors and fireplace issues that needed to be addressed but Bella’s did a fantastic job resolving them. A small kitchen tile project took almost two years to complete. First there were manufacturing delays, then there were issues with defective tiles. Repair efforts failed and on and on. Yet, I could not be happier with the experience we had with Bella Flooring. Throughout the process they were a pleasure to deal with. They communicated clearly, did exceptional work with great attention to detail and took pride in making sure the job was done to their high standards. I would never work with another company on a flooring project in Seattle!

Mahalie Stackpole: We've done flooring projects in multiple Seattle neighborhoods with different contractors, including some 'big guys' and our experience with Andre at Bella's was absolutely THE BEST.We had a very tricky 1940s basement with old uneven concrete stairs and they had no problem leveling, adjusting the substrate. Even fixed the entry way and threshold due to slope adjustments. To make it more fun, we live out of town and were not available for frequent site visits. They worked quickly, professionally and inspired confidence. Asked great questions, solved tricky areas independently. Excellent communication during install. Clear bids, and price was as quoted.We got a lower bid but I know from experience that bid was not realistic or comprehensive. Sometimes it pays to go with the local pros.

We drove almost two hours from our house to have them taken care of by this business. This man has decades of experience handling the most intricate of materials and it showed one hundred percent. When we brought our rugs in they had been in a storage for a few years and had accumulated dirt, dust, horrible smells and looked almost unfix able, however when we picked them up today they looked as though we had just bought them!! Ellie WS: We were lucky to have Carpet to Go, who completed our kitchen/dining area flooring project.I was originally scheduled on Thursday/Friday, right before the Christmas. However, just a day before our scheduled day, I got a call from Carpet to Go that they would have to delay this project for a day. Then I started to worry more as I might not be able to get my floor done before the holidays. They did give me an option to do it after Christmas, but I already moved out everything from my kitchen, so I decided to reschedule to Friday/Saturday. On Friday morning, I got another call that the installer was unable to complete the work on time and wouldn't be able to show up. At that moment, I became very anxious. In order to do the flooring, I already moved away all the furniture in my kitchen/dining room. It would be lots of work for me to move things back and then move them out. I asked if the installer could come later that day, and they told me that they could try.Luckily, the installer called me to see if he could come over around noon. I said yes, and he showed up around 1:40 pm. The installer Ivan was great to work with. As soon as he arrived, he started to work on the floor. He also explained to me why he was late, which I could totally understand. He was very careful with all the details, and he confirmed with me before he proceeded. He also asked for my permission to work late, which I had no problem as I really wanted to get it done as soon as possible.The next day, Ivan showed up to finish the work. When he finished the work and showed me, he mentioned to me that my kitchen cabinet was falling, which I had known already but had no solution for it. He offered to fix it for me, but he wanted to do it through his employer. I of course am fine with that. In fact, it's better to do through the company with all the liability insurance. He was able to fix my cabinet and he even went beyond to find some matching wood pieces to make my cabinet look nicer.Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and the work provided by Carpet to Go. The price was a bit cheaper than other bids I had received. The customer service was great. A few days later, they emailed me to check in with me to see if I was happy with their work. Although I think they should have got a back up plan in case the previous project got delayed, especially during the holidays. That's the reason why I didn't give 5 stars. I appreciate very much that Ivan's hard work to make us enjoy our new flooring and use our kitchen during the holidays. I would definitely use Carpet to Go for my next flooring project.

We needed a 15ft wide patterned carpet to prevent a long 20 ft seam in our media room. This proved hard to find after I looked at several big box stores and local retailers.
