Jenny Lui: Although we did not end up booking with Cat Sitting Hotels, they were very accommodating and were willing to take our diabetic cat in a pinch. We prefer to keep the cats at home, but would book with Cat Sitting Hotels any time otherwise. Great to work with!
Nehel Khanani: This is a great place to board your cats! My cats stayed here for a few weeks and returned home happy and healthy. The staff is very kind and helpful: they accommodated a last minute tour requested, worked with us on scheduling, and gave my cats lovely, spacious suites with windows. The webcams and google photos album are also a wonderful addition as it was great to be able to see my cats whenever I missed them!

My cat gets her own kitty condo and the cat-only resort is quiet and clean. Because I have an older cat, I choose the condo with one level so she doesn’t have to jump. When I’m on a trip, I have so much peace of mind knowing she is being taken care of.

Diane Ray: Purrfect turns out to be the perfect solution for our shy and somewhat anxious rescued Siberian forest cat. She has stayed there many times, recently for three weeks. After she got back home, she sniffed all around the house a few times, got her bearings quickly, and was soon curled on my lap, purring, as though she had never been away. This never happened when we had a house sitter stay here or at another Seattle rescue when for days after coming home she would cry at night. For us, Purrfect has saved the day. The staff don't expect our cat to be Miss Conviviality, and it could not work out better.

I rented out a room so they had room to explore but they hardly budged from under the cat tree. Would Definitely recommend to family and friends. All the employees were friendly and nice.

Courtney French: Brought my dog here for a 30 min intro and both myself & my dog can be nervous in new spaces. They took their time and let my dog warm up to the new people/places/smells amazingly! Loved the knowledge of the staff to working with dogs of all needs. Excited to have a daycare spot in the city for my pup!

Sarah Stephens: This place is great! I was skeptical at first of putting my pup at an all indoor boarding place but Tails of the City does a top notch job. I was really impressed with their behavioral evaluation ensuring your dog will be a good fit. Their booking system is very convenient and they always respond quickly and have gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I love getting updated with the report card every night on my pup especially when he’s there for longer stays. So lucky to have them in the neighborhood!

Kelly M: Updated on 4/15/24: I left the below review about a year ago--since then, we've been back a couple of times for checkups etc. Still think this is the best vet in Seattle--they seem to love my cat just as much as my family and I do. They've thorough and answered all my questions. The vet emailed me the next day to let me know my cat's labs were fine; such great service!We’ve been coming here for years—they are so caring and have treated all my cats beautifully over the years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly care for each and every cat. You could not find a better vet for your kitty. 10/10 would recommend.

Dwane Aldrich: Have always taken great care of our cats. One masked client is now allowed inside during check-ups, but otherwise clients must navigate strong non-contact restrictions. Appointments are expected, and an on-line questionnaire is sent quering the cat's health and any current problems.
Diane Nuckles: could not solve. Also, a clinic 'for cats only' greatly reduces their anxiety and enhances the treatment. Not to mention the special expertise in feline medicine of Dr. Fliegil and her cat-loving staff. We couldn't recommend the Cat Clinic of Seattle more highly.
Snooze Kitty: First visit here for our new kitten. Everyone was so kind and pleasant. Dr. Johnson was great - very thorough, explaining everything, welcoming us into the exam room with our kitten, and handling him so caringly. Love the two resident feline staff members. So glad we found the Cat Clinic!

Thomas Essex: Mona and her team are amazing. I am a Social Worker in the ED at the VA hospital. Often we have Vets come to the ED and because of a medical emergency have to be admitted and have a service or support animal who needs on the spot care. On at least 4 separate occasions over past year Mona and her team have stepped in to ensure a Veteran has the reassurance their dog is well cared for. On the day of the severe ice storm last winter we had a Vet fall and break a hip, they had no way to care for their dog and Mona's team showed up in a vehicle with studded tires to pick up this Vets dog and care for it until Vet released form hospital. On another occasion Mona was caring for a Vets dog and the dog needed surgery. Mona raised the money to get this dog the care it needed. Yesterday I received a call from Seattle Animal Shelter informing me that a Vets dog would be placed for adoption if not picked up. This Vet is still in hospital. When I called Mona she took the details and asked where to pick up the dog. She assured me that her team would pick up the dog and take care for it until Vet is able to take care of the dog again. In my 30 plus years of SW I have not met a person or a team quite like Mona and the team at The Dog Resort SODO. I am a lifelong pet owner and I absolutely recommend The Dog Resort as a safe, supportive, loving environment for your pet. Mona and her team will go above and beyond to care for your pet, providing the love all pets need in addition to excellent care and oversight!So Grateful!TE

They let them stay together since they're bonded.The only hiccup was that I have hearing loss and the intercom on the door after hours didn't work. It was difficult to have a conversation through the glass with the after hours attendant. Once we got it figured out, it was fine, so it doesn't warrant losing any stars.We will return.

Rossy Gomez: I used their services for my puppies layover in SEATAC. PJ was awesome and so communicative throughout the process. She even sent pictures of the pup! She was on time for pickup, despite me sending her a later time, and drop off. Our dog arrived home safe and sound. Thank you PJ! I would absolutely kennel with them in the future!
Jeffrey McGowan: Took care of our dogs during their layover at SEA-TAC. Picked them up from the airport, notified us, sent pictures, fed/watered/cared for them, then got them back to the airport at their check in time early the next morning. Definitely gave us some much needed comfort and peace about our dogs first flights. Thank you all so much for looking after our fur family.

I put my phone number on my kittys crate so I could get pictures throughout her travels because I was worried about her and pjs texted me as soon as they got the call to pick her up, once they picked her up, and even sent me a video of her once they got her to her “hotel” for the night. I really appreciated them being so sweet and caring and understanding that we worry for our animals when they are not in our care. 10/10 would reccomend. Thank you guys so much!❤️
Jim Closson: I have used PJ ‘a pets in the past for an over night boarding while my dog flys through Seattle. This time I called from Idaho to book a last minute airport pick up. Unfortunately PJ’s Pets was full and unable to accommodate me. However the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful. Before hanging up he gave me 4 other business names and numbers. Quality customer service.

Peter Billman: This has got to be one of the best kenneling/transport/etc service I have ever had the pleasure of working with for my dog! I had a few issues with flights, and PJ's was more than accommodating and able to adjust the dates and times to ensure my dog was at the airport before his new flight. I am incredibly grateful for all their help because I had peace of mind the entire time my dog was on his layover. I especially appreciate how adaptable they were. I would highly recommend them for all your pet kenneling needs!
Megan Caille: We had our dog stay here for 5 days and he seemed very well taken care of! Each dog gets its own area which put our minds at ease because our dog isn’t used to other dogs and we didn’t feel very comfortable with other kennels or dog hotels that keep them all together. It is very reasonably priced, we will definitely be using PJs pet ranch again.
