One associate in particular was amazing my entire time in the store. A walked up to my grumpy dog with a snack and was helpful in all my needs. They did recommend shrimp for my fat dog, but I went with sweet potato and peas which he hated of course. A made sure I was always assisted and extremely kind and I had a great experience. The unnamed hero let me know me the registers and store was closed. I informed them my dog didn't have food for the day. Without hesitation, she asked what kind of food my dog could eat, and proceeded to grab a bunch of samples.I bartend and deal with the public everyday. She could have just shrugged her shoulders and said good luck bud. Instead my dog got a meal tonight. Life happens and I didn't prepare myself or my dog accordingly. It was a small gesture that made a huge impact for my night. My dog would have been fine, but instead he got his meal tonight.Only The Best at All The Best. I hope this review reaches her, hence why I gave the date. Once again 10/25 702pm.

I was greeted by such sweet staff, who actively listened as I blabbed about my cat situation. I signed up for the rewards program since I had moved to the area recently and even though my cats birthday just passed recently, the sweet person up front still gave me a goodie bag for my cat which I really appreciated because she’s 16 and may not have another birthday. My old lady was immediately so intrigued with the toys and she hasn’t been interested in her toys in awhile, she has already favorited the furry ball from her goody bag. Such a treat to see my senior citizen playing like a kitten again. The lovely staff at this location have easily made me want to be a regular customer and they all deserve a raise

Unbeknownst to my oblivious self, it was mere minutes before closing time, but both Kelsey and Ardent were completely kind and patient to me and the dogs and the only reason I realized it was closing time is bc someone else walked in and asked if they were still open - they said “technically no” and they generously let them shop anyway. What kind, patient, supportive folks.I am so grateful to be walking distance from this location.

I had talked on the phone with Kaiden at the Bellevue store prior to coming in and appreciated the time spent with me discussing the needs of Oreo, our sweet rescue dog. Oreo needed a safe spray to help with his hot spots, a winter jacket, and a couple of new toys. Not only did Kaiden help us find a spray that looks promising, but found the perfect jacket for Oreo after having taken the time to measure him and put it on him. As for the toys, Oreo was allowed to pick for himself a cute green Christmas dinosaur and a darling white lambie. He even got a couple of free treats that took into account his possible allergies. Last but not least, Kaiden asked if we had any further questions and encouraged us to call any time if we needed more assistance. I can't thank Kaiden and All the Best enough for their excellent service!

And rice because of their knowledge experience and educating me on the difference between store-bought dog food that is literally roadkill and their food that is processed more humanely and not heavily processed with preservatives and awful ingredients. My dogs are now able to eat any protein they like because of their education. I send people here all the time for the no pull collars and anytime I hear someone say they’re dogs or cats are picky or sensitive or have behavior issues I tell them just to stop in to all the best pets these employees are so compassionate and knowledgeable and the products here are life changing for both me and our fur family!

elizabeth martin: Sage was so incredibly helpful. I called to ask if someone could come out to the car with a dog cone so our dog wouldn't lick at injured area. Even though I gave just a few minutes notice, she came right out with the soft cone I requested and offered tips on fitting it on our dog. She then came out with a goodie bag of treats for our dog and zipped in and out of the store to process payment. I appreciated this so much as it helped our dog in her healing process. Latia Daquila: The best part about this place is when the owner/ manager is working and gives great guidance on food questions or anything else. Other employees, in my experience, aren't as knowledgeable but I just go early in the day and I usually get the manager. The quality of food is excellent and plenty of choices are available, just not bad ones. This is where I get raw food for my dog who has many food sensitivities and has never been healthier since on raw food.

Lots of snacks and toys to get the kids. They have a birthday program with a gift bag for the furbaby and encourage you sending a photo to share. They always offer treat samples as well so don't be afraid to ask if you even need to that is. They will ask if they can hold your stuff at the counter to allow for better browsing.

She was super knowledgeable about puppy food options, and helped me understand what might be best in terms of toys, chew items, and food options for my new baby dog. On top of that she sent me home with a full bag of samples, paperwork research, and even sweet carrot stuffed toy. Vicki Ostrom: I’ve has such great service at every ALL THE BEST locations but my favorite is the KENMORE location❤️ Jeff is the manager there and he always knows my name when I shop - I love that! It makes me feel so welcome. The whole staff there are super knowledgeable and helpful - Christian is someone I see in the store regularly also and he’s been great about helping me with new products if I have questions. Kudos to this store - I highly recommend them👍🏻

Elizabeth Gifford: This place is great. They really care about pets, and have made a tough week of caring for a sick cat a little easier by providing a friendly, easy shopping experience. It's a very convenient location, there's always someone who can answer the phone when I call in to check on stock of something, and they really know their products.Also, it's genius to label the texture of wet cat food right on the shelf. Half the time I swear the label on the product doesn't tell you what to expect, and I have a very picky senior cat.

Craig Hart: I have to take a moment to say that I love all the best pets, and no matter where we live at any given time we still will take the extra trip and go to the kenmore location. Christian, Jess, Jess. And Paloma are just some of the most delightful, knowledgeable, compassionate people. They always remember us by name and that cannot be easy they remember pets they even know when our pets his birthdays are coming up and always are able to help us find the most lovely toys and gifts for them. They’ve saved us thousands of dollars and vet bills teaching us the difference between food grades that you will get at other stores. Even Petco‘s food grade is horrendous. Where we thought our dogs were allergic, we soon found out that was not the case just that they could not tolerate horrible additives and preservatives. They educated us on the quality of meats used in the foods here and just the process itself is so much more respectable for both the product and what it’s feeding a.k.a. our loved ones. recently, my harness that I was referred to by them after going through every single kind of harness, you can imagine for our reactive rescue, her getting loose is dangerous to her and other dogs mostly to her because she’s not prepared to fight but she will talk like she is. So we were recommended the wonder Walker and it is in the name I have referred people to it on a regular basis and this location just so you guys know, but it changed our lives. it doesn’t put pressure on their necks and it keeps my dog from feeling like she has to remain in the pull position. another thing that I was taught by these wonderful pet guardian angels at this location. Anyways, it has a great protection policy and after about a year and a half the stitching came loose so I gave them a call. They were able to find my purchase and directed me to come on in and utilize the service provided by the company and their personal policy which is just an amazing policy if I meet Seiu myself. As I tell people all the time these are expensive but you only have to buy them once, and that pays for itself. I just hope these guys have a wonderful holiday and if I was the employer, knowing what kind of staff we have in the world today please do us all a favor and retain their employment for as long as possible. Every visit is such a joyous one, and I learn something new every single time. We never get tired of old products we’re always being introduced to new things that we love more than the last.

And I can walk in there and they remember my last visit and ask how my dog Tazzie is doing and was bummed she wasn't brought in. And even asked how she was doing with my choices I made with their help, how she was liking my selection. And another thing if she doesn't like something I always have hassel free returns or exchanges. It's great because I hate throwing away money.I suggest you try them, they have the feel of a small town ,but in the big city!! You'll love their personable being. Great job guys

Cry me a river and grow up. This is an animal rescue not a Best Buy: the only allegiance these people should have is to the animals. Customer service is not required nor would I expect it.I visited Emerald City a while back and the facility is spotless. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and really care about the animals that are in their charge. They feed them top-of-the-line food. Their veterinary care is impressive. You can literally FEEL the love radiating out of this place.I met the most amazing little love sponge of a dog and I am taking time to consider whether I could give her the best forever home. I had a great experience there and was genuinely happy to meet everyone. But even if it hadn't been a good experience, it wouldn't have mattered: adoption is about THE ANIMAL and not me.When you're adopting an animal, please remember that this is a living, breathing creature. He or she has a heartbeat. They feel pain. They have feelings. They've been through hell and are probably confused and scared about why they're there. They need love. They need the best care you can give. They need to be your priority. Anything less than that and you don't deserve them.

Funkelberry McJiggletits (Jackson): I think it's important to rescue dogs, and I am really glad that my girlfriend and I were chosen by ECPR to be able to rescue one of their dogs. They have worked with us in so many ways to help us make sure we can keep Max. I can't speak highly enough of how we were treated. 10/10
