Cas (Cheph): Suzanne has put in my hands probably the best toolbox to work with of resources, vets, stores, and other experts to try to handle one of the most unmanageable birds. I've got tons of notes, and she's truly committed to making sure every bird owner who comes her way is equipped to give that bird the best care possible, with knowledge on how avian mental and physical health intertwine and how cycles can be unknowingly developed and how to break them. I'm so glad that I found her; I'm now way more understanding of the issues my bird faces and how to work with them.

Not only did I get updates, I got to see Poco engaged and happy with someone who truly cares for birds.I have now boarded with Suzanne multiple times and recommend her over anyone else in the Seattle area.

chii: Unfortunately I wasn’t able to board my bird with her, but she gave me lots of resources and knowledge which proves she definitely knows what she is talking about. She takes every individual situation seriously and even wanted updates on my bird although I wasn’t boarding with her. In the future, she would 100% be someone that I would want my birds to board with.

How refreshing to have someone so willing to share their knowledge and expertise! Tyler Williams: I called Suzanne to ask about boarding for our two green cheek conures. Half an hour later we had discussed resources for avian mental health, vets in the area, and I had five sticky-notes worth of leads to follow up on for places to contact and things to look out for with other bird professionals. She has a wealth of knowledge about our feathered friends and honestly wants the best for them. I have not used any of her services, so I can't directly comment on that, but I have no doubt that parrots in her care will be pampered!

Kate Zoryna: We boarded Cookie, our green check conure, with Suzanne for 10 days during holiday break. This was the first time in 2 years we were leaving her for a longer period of time. We had to do it on the short notice, and we were so lucky to find Suzanne. She is an expert in bird care and has so much knowledge and passion. She gave us vet recommendation, took time to explain a few details about Cookie’s behavior and gave a ton of useful advice. The boarding conditions were top notch. The cages are large and clean. Suzanne setup the cage and took a lot of time to explain us the proper way of doing it. The food was perfect and, honestly, better than we were serving Cookie at home - we definitely took notes on it and improved. Suzanne offers out-of-cage play time when she interacts with the bird. This was very important for us, since Cookie spends a lot of time out of cage at home.I cannot imagine a better boarding facility for parrots, and we will be coming back in future for sure.

Adrienne Jourgensen: Suzanne is an absolutely wonderful soul and I've not met anyone more passionate about caring for her own parrots and outside birds she tends to, as well as the ones she's boarding. Her space to board these birds is full of love and warmth and she absolutely goes the extra mile make sure any feathered friend in her care is loved and, as the name suggests, PAMPERED beyond belief. She also hosts and sells an expansive variety of toys, food, and general products to keep your feathery child happy, entertained, and healthy at an extremely reasonable cost. And as if it couldn't get any better: if you have questions about parrot care, tips, techniques, vet reccomendations, you name it, she has the answers or the resources to point you in the right direction. Please ignore the couple of unfounded and riduculous reviews/claims below, they are simply untrue and inaccurate, I am VERY happy with my experience, 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RMK: Pampered Parrot has done an excellent job boarding my parrots for nearly five years. Suzanne always makes sure they have access to a healthy diet and plenty of attention. She is also my go-to for parrot related health and behavior questions. She has been a wealth of information for me. Her excellent level of care gives me peace of mind, which means a lot since I consider my birds as family.

Johanna Johanna: This was the first time we felt comfortable enough to leave our cockatiel at a boarding place. Our bird is our baby -- so it was truly important to us that this be the right fit. Suzanne took the time to really get all the information from us about his habits, likes, dislikes, etc as well as to answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable about birds, she ensured that his environment was a safe one, and he apparently felt safe enough to do some exploring as well!For the 10 days while we were away, she regularly sent emails including photo updates and tidbits about his day, which truly put our minds and hearts at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without worry. I always looked forward to reading and seeing the latest updates!We were also in the process of switching to a new avian vet, and she took the time to make a couple calls on our behalf while we out of the country.Our cockatiel definitely received 5 star treatment and looked happy and healthy when we arrived home. I wouldn't hesitate to put him in her care again in the future.***Update: I have since called Suzanne to pick her expert brain, related to our bird's care. She went above and beyond, sending me resources and readily sharing her wealth of knowledge about diet and local veterinary care. So very grateful for her willingness to generously share her avian wisdom! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Robin Sevakis: We've been bringing our lineolated parakeet to Pampered Parrot boarding for many years now, and would feel uncomfortable bringing him anywhere else! Suzanne's care has really been above and beyond- not only is she great to communicate with and flexible when travel plans unexpectedly go awry, she is incredibly knowledgable about avian behavior, and has taken the time to give us phone calls to offer advice and vet recommendations. It is also clear that she has a great passion and love of birds, and we love that she sends us photos and updates on our bird during our longer trips. I would recommend Pampered Parrot to any bird owner looking for the best quality care.

A S: eat when they ate, preen when they preened, etc. It worked like a charm. I worried about my girl but never for a moment worried that Suzanne didn't have eyes on her. I knew that Suzanne would monitor every morsel, every possible nibble. Jimmie adored "camp"

Jason Watson: diet, mentally exercised regularly by supplying ample toys, wooden chews, perching trees, etc and a very strong steel cage for times when you aren’t there and preferably a whole room just for the bird where they can romp around and be…birds. If you can’t do that or at least properly socialize and feed one for decades then it’s a good idea to find another companion. You can get most of the same enjoyment and personality with a conure, or a Quaker parakeet. They are great first time bird parent birds and can help prepare you for a macaw, or help you realize maybe a macaw is a bit too much bird. There are sadly thousands of macaws

L F: A month ago, we took home our cockatiel, whom we had visited for a month and a half once a week. The bird was kept with love and he immediately became super sociable. Our parrot's name is Master Chirikawa and yesterday he started speaking in human language.

char.: Ok, we all have to admit there were many birds there, it was pretty clean inside and also, they let us hold the birds. But one of the staff were kind of impatient, so I give it 4 stars. I recommend you to go there if you want a bigger parrot, not budgies. It's personally overpriced. I've seen lower prices. So yeah.

Jen Coombs: Wings of the World is the best place to purchase your feathered baby and all the supplies they could need! We bought sibling cockatiels from them and were able to go visit and hold our babies until they were ready to come home. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, gave us tips and information and never once hesitated to answers questions in person or on the phone. They made the transition into being a feathered baby parent so much easier and less stressful for us! I highly recommend purchasing your next bird from them and getting all your birdy necessities from their storefront!

The owner and staff love and are passionate about their birds!Their bulk selection is great and prices are even better. We live in Snohomish and drive the hour and a half to go every time!Not only is it enjoyable to see all the birds in itself but as a bird owner it always makes me want to bring another into the flock! We got our cockatiel from them and he’s the sweetest boy, he was step up trained already and he sang to me when I walked past him every single time! Jeff who was there at the time let us stay late after closing hours to bond with said bird because he saw a strong connection from the bird to me. Then he proceeded to further educate us on how to parrot proof your home etc.. Lisa which we saw last time we where there was very polite and we chatted with her for a couple of minutes about yorkies

I drove over 2 hours to come check this place out after hearing the good things people were telling me. all the staff members are nice, everyone is very knowledgeable about parrots, and it’s just very welcoming compared to other stores I went into. I’ve seen many people come in the shop and leave with birds because the staff made them feel more comfortable about being a new bird owner and even offered guidance for questions after the bird has went home. And definitely GUARANTEED to get healthy birds. 10/10 recommend and I can’t wait to get another birdie baby from them

They wont just let anyone adopt the bird but they have to make sure the birds are going to the good home which I admire that!!! He went the extra mile to tell me what products to avoid which would be harmful to shrimp and even suggested the nearest store that would have the product since it was an emergency. Overall pleasant experience. I plan on making this my go to shop in the area despite it being 20-30 mins from my home.

Hes clearly giving that store everything he has if you truly want to see the animals be in better conditions, then you volunteer and help, not write bad reviews and waste his time and energy that he can be using to help the birds by making him read and reply to it. I really hope that someone who reads this volunteers cuz I would if I could but I live too far away.

I take my cockatiel here any time we're out of town, and it's great knowing that he'll be watched over by someone who knows how to care for birds. A: A wonderful place to purchase feeders, fish, birds and reptiles. They are always stocked up with every animal need, their prices are actually better than Petco or PetSmart. My snakes always eat Midway's rodents and worms but won't touch feeders from Petco or PetSmart so I know they have healthier feeders. This I the only place I go to purchase my animal needs. I definitely recommend supporting this phenomenal shop!
