Sarah Eisenberg: We picked up friends at the train station after a late train ride and we were starving. We found Harbor City and it was the exact late night Chinese vibe we were looking for. It was crowded at 9:30pm on a Thursday night. We got probably too much food. Note worthy was the sesame beef, Szechwan chicken, black bean chicken and green beans. Will definitely come back! My twins eat up all the chicken fried rice while I eat up all the egg rolls. Listen I know good Chinese food from growing up in spanish Harlem.
