She’s an absolutely wonderful woman with such a healing touch and I would recommend her to anyone looking for some deep tissue bodywork as well as a nice relaxing massage. Natalie Lawrence: I have seen Catriona twice and am so excited to go back! She is truly a magical massage therapist! She is so dialed in and both times I have seen her has been able to work through some major problem areas. I’m an avid runner and seeing Catriona ahead of marathons has become part of my routine. She also gave me some helpful tips on how to work out fascia using a Gua Sha on my feet and shins. With 60-70 mile weeks, the cupping and massage therapy combo has really helped my calves and tight hips. She responds to the body and pays attention and I notice big physical releases in the areas I’m holding tension or stiffness. She’s also incredibly kind and warm and I always feel incredibly cared for when I see her! She’s been a great addition to my care team and I couldn’t be more grateful for her thoughtful approach to body work. If you’re an athlete, especially a runner, I couldn’t recommend Catronia enough!

Charles Smith: There is amazing care here. I've seen Roxane multiple times for acupuncture and energy healing. She is a kind listener, well versed in her craft, and exceedingly intuitive. An all around exceptional healer. The office staff is also top notch. They are friendly and down to earth, and have made a herculean effort working to get my insurance in line.
R D: Roxane is exceptionally gifted an a giant among ants in the world of healing arts, and acupuncture. She’s also very knowledgeable in nutrition, supplements, Chinese Medicine, and a plethora of other health and well-being modalities and related subjects. I highly recommend her, especially to those that have not been unable to get results with western/allopathic medicine alone.
Ryan Bowlby: Great experience but still having severe stomach pain like sharp knives. Starts late at night and is torture! As a landlord it’s troubling this is something I can’t evict. The pain is centrally located. Need help still!!

Jenn Welch: Great place for acupuncture. I've been to several places for acupuncture and I feel the practitioners here are professional and knowledgeable and perform effective treatments. I went to the Union Center for Healing because I was 40+ weeks pregnant. It was clear that the sessions were productive in progressing me towards labor. I was even provided educational material in acupressure to perform between sessions. Very caring group of practitioners. I highly recommend this place.

Casey Rasmussen: I'm sad that today was my first visit at Spa Phoebe - I've read so many wonderful things about this business and being a nearby business owner - I absolutely should've come sooner. The setting is very relaxing, Phoebe herself is a doll! She's very welcoming, down to earth and easy going, yet professional. Her massage was the best massage I've had in 10 years. I have had LOTs of massages from the Four Seasons to some local experts- hands down, Phoebe is the BEST! I'm so grateful I found her practice. The space was cozy and super clean. The sheets were super soft and the temperature was just perfect. I hope she'll stay in WS forever. I should mention that from a technical standpoint, she also listened to my concerns and treated me very intuitively. The whole experience was wonderful and I can't wait to go back!

Shana Kitchen: Jill provides thorough TCM evaluations, asks thoughtful questions for deeper insight and has excellent acupuncture technique. She explains her plan and adaptations to her plan as you progress. She adds herbal meds here and there as needed, no adding 6-8 herbs or changing every other week. Her office is quiet, beautifully organized and perfectly zen. I feel better and better with each session! I’m so thankful that I was referred to her!

Michelle Carlton: Sarah and all the members of the Glow team are amazing. If you are doing IVF please do yourself a favor and get acupuncture with someone who is experienced in fertility acupuncture like Sarah. She helped me through my IVF cycle with an acupuncture regiment, low level laser therapy and suggested supplements to support as I prepared for the cycle. We worked together 3 months leading up to, and all the way through my retrieval. Then again for my frozen embryo transfer. Sarah provided guidance at every step. I have no doubt that our IVF cycle was successful because I worked with her. We had been told we’d need two IVF rounds to have the outcomes we got in one round of IVF, which is amazing and I’m so thankful for Sarah’s help. My doctor even asked what I did to see such positive outcomes. Cannot recommend Sarah enough!

From the intake paperwork to first stepping into their office, you could tell that Luigi is intentional about inclusivity and ensuring their clients feel supported. As a queer woman, having a space that feels safe is important to me.They are very professional, attentive, and focused on the main areas of restriction that I was seeking care for. Luigi has a very peaceful presence and checked in with me to make sure the pressures being used felt comfortable. As soon as I got up from the table, my body felt light and I did not feel any of the restrictions in movement that I had before my appointment.
