Smith Cove Park: what do users think?

Evgo marino: Nice view

Lakshmi Vaidiyanathan: Park has a good view of Seattle skyline , parking is easy. This park isn't so clean. But it's in a great location.

Swap: Sigh! I almost don’t want to leave a review! I wish it would remain quiet and uncrowded for many, many years to come!!Smith Cove park is very close to the Elliot Bay Marina and affords beautiful views of the olympics if you venture out on to the beaches at the end of the paved road. Sunsets here are magical! 🙂 and you can see Rainier too!

Cormorant Cove: what do users think?

Xavier L: A smaller park but a great space.

Cassandra Okutani: It was that I needed

Alex Budchanin: It’s worth coming here for the huge house that stands on the water. Very beautifully reminiscent of Norway

Cathy Henkel: Little driftwood picket park. Storms have taken out an easy way down. Swimmers here daily. Brrrr.

Vincent Rowland: No amenities here beyond a bench and trash can; but it’s a lovely place to have a picnic; walk on the beach and watch the sunset.

Ersel Anar: Good

PaulBear Brantley: Park

Sean Anderson: Great view for such a small park

Fenot Samuel: Small park, nice views!

Keith Killinger: A pleasant stop during a walk along Beach Drive and the shore-front, with explanations as to why the park was established and how it represents responsible treatment and restoration of the shore. There's information about cormorants and other sea birds, as well as illustrations of seabirds you may see.All in all, a pleasant stop.

Kelly: This is an excellent way to see Elliot Bay. Ferrys , wild cats, herons, harbor seals, osprey, cedar waxwing, killdeer, eagles, caspian terns, and can't leave out the otter and raccoon .

Richard Harmon: This is a very crowded and well organized Pier. Just keep a cool head and read all the signs.

Mika: Carnival Splendor is here

Maria Cruz: The Kraken was found by destroyed ships. The Kraken is a large squid that has many tentacles.

Jainudin1507: Is that really a kraken sighting?

James Stewart: Nice place for walking jogging or bike riding.

Jason Lorance: Great place to walk around looking at birds, air, and water 😂

Luke Stoelinga: Makes cove 1 look like cove 0.

Mya Schmitz: Parking is reallt difficult at times, but you can park on the street pretty close by. The view from here is super nice with the Seattle skyline and the water in front. Restrooms here are surprisingly clean and there was plenty of soap and the sinks had warm water.

Ted Felix: Excellent service in the bar, regular rotating specials.

nonkichi: Since it was winter, there weren't many people and it was quiet 😊There were so many ducks and it was so cute. There were general stores and restaurants around the area, so I had a relaxing time.

Drew Goodrich: This was a fun place to go trick or treating with little ones. The businesses give out candy. It was quite busy with parents and kids all dressed in spooky and fun costumes in the late afternoon. We were also treated to this eagle sitting on the lifeguard chair who seemed to be oblivious to everyone watching him and posing for pictures.

Cove Apartments: what do users think?

Simarpreet Singh: Was a really easy and positive experience moving-in. Connor was awesome!

Josef Bertolini: and the area

Michelle Hsieh: I recently moved into this apartment complex, and my living experience so far has been great. Connor was very prompt with scheduling and leading tours, and he helped make my move-in process as smooth as possible. The apartments are well-equipped with air conditioning and motion detecting hallway lights, which is a rarity in Seattle. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light, along with some nice views of the city skyline. Additionally, there is always the scent of fresh baked goods from the bakery downstairs which makes the living experience even cozier. Maintenance requests get resolved very quickly as well and the unit was freshly cleaned right before my move-in date.

Andrew Epperson: Overall, I enjoyed living there, no complaints about my unit, can only complain about the over-entitled children that lived there and partied in the hallways. I never had to talk to management and only ever had 1 maintenance request. But then again, I am self sufficient and can function without needing the manager 24/7.As promised. I revised my star rating. They found my file. After 3 management companies, things happen, but proper file storage is kind of a big deal.

sarah: They're easy to get along with and very responsive over text/call!Building/Amenities- central location, great view of Pike street and beautiful view of Seattle from the roof- clean interior and modern appliances- hardwood floors

Kevin Wu: I have recently moved in to the Cove so I will update this later with more information about the actual apartment. The Cove management changed a few months ago so I can't speak to any of the older reviews. Jake and Bo have been incredibly helpful throughout the move in process. They respond to messages instantly throughout most hours of the day. The amenities such as the gym and rooftop look very promising, and the smell from the dessert bar in the lobby is amazing!

Brian Jackson: I lived at Cove for just over a year. As a physical space it is clean, inviting, and checks all the boxes for amenities. The lobby's Amazon Hub is super convenient and great for deliveries. There is a gym, yes it is small, but you have 24hr access, and it doesn't impede motivation, the delicious buttery smells from the adjacent dessert bar does! Pike St can get loud with partying wooooo! girls and bros on the weekends, but the triple pane windows are like noise cancelling headphones, serenity now. There's in-unit air conditioning, in Seattle that's rare. The current management, West Freeman Properties blew my mind. They are a great team and offered a refreshingly non-bureaucratic approach to management. They keep it real, respect common sense, are very reasonable, and incredibly responsive. When I made the decision to purchase my next home, onsite manager Bo was extremely supportive and understanding in helping me navigate the end of my lease.

Shennie Yao: and I simply left my trash in the trash room for when the chutes opened up again. Management is also extremely friendly. Most of all, I love the location and the convenience of living here. I think it's one of the cheaper options in Capitol Hill that still gives a good living experience.

Charles Hudon: We absolutely love our new apartment! We looked at many places throughout Seattle and this place was by far the best bang for your buck. The units are modern, quality and you can’t beat the location. There is a ton of security where you need key fobs to get into the building and to use the elevator, which always smells like baked goods because of the dessert bar at the bottom of the building. There’s covered garage parking available, a gym and the rooftop view and amenities are spectacular. The garage has a secure door which means a lot to us because our last place didn’t and our got was broken into twice without the extra security. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space which was fantastic because we moved from 1100 sq feet in Interbay to 550 sq feet here.We could not thank Paul enough for making the move in process so easy. He was professional, personable and extremely accommodating. He spoke highly of the owners mentioning how well they take care of the place which is evident when you take a look around. Overall, we are very excited to move into our new home.

Matt Fenerty: All I can say about this place is WOW! what an amazing place to call your home. Right in the heart of capital hill and so close to amazing restaurants like Honey Hole! The gym is great and is so convenient! Couldn’t say a bad thing about this place.
