Gas Works Park: what do users think?

Vincenzo Prestera: This is a great example on how to recover dismissed area and convert it to green space in which you can practice sport, relax and enjoy free-time with your furry friends or your family. Entrance is free. If you are in Seattle I suggest to visit in sunny days. I would have appreciated to find more benches to relax on and restrooms.

Jared Yost: Wowzers! I was simply blown away with the view of Seattle and the space needle across the water. I got to walk around the park and climb the hill to see a beautiful view... holy cow. I also liked all the structures in the park to look at and the benches to sit on. I LOVE THIS PARK :DGreat place to have a picnic or play some bocce ball.

吴锐恒(Ruiheng Edbalt Wu): Small one but well maintain. A good place to see the skyline of Seattle.

Kelly Koko: Nice park

Angel M. Esperas: Obsessed! Beautiful.

Daniel Knutson-Bradac: Beautiful views of lake Union and downtown Seattle

Purnank Jain: As per the story, a gas factory turned into a park/walking areaThe location is really niceWith tons of parking nearby and right next to the lake, you can go and have a pleasant walk thereThere are many spots to take picturesThere is a small hill that you can easily climb and gives a great view of seattleYou wont find any food or water there. So be prepared.A must visit in my opinionRestrooms: They have individual restrooms at the entranceDog-friendliness: Everyone was walking with their dogs

T [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]: Gorgeous views

Danny Tram: 07/28/23: this park is gorgeous and spacious. At the time I visited, the park is almost empty so we had tons of things to discover. The park’s view is beautiful overlooking some ocean. The parking is ample and clean. Would go back to this peaceful park soon

Mayfair Park: what do users think?

Beano Trombino: Common to find people playing with their dogs here, on and off leash. No enclosure for that though so it's at your own risk to take dog off leash. No 🚻 restrooms.I think there's a water fountain, but not sure if it works.Jungle Gym and other various structures for kids to play. Multiple benches around park in various places to sit and relax or while your kids play.No free Wi-Fi access point inside park. Must go to the street curb to pick up Xfinity signal. No ride Zone for Lime Scooters and bikes. If left in park, not on curb, you will get a parking violation.Playground: Jungle Gym and other various structures for kids to play.Restrooms: No 🚻 restrooms.I think there's a water fountain, but not sure if it works.Dog-friendliness: Common to find people playing with their dogs here, on and off leash. No enclosure for that though so it's at your own risk to take dog off leash. If your dog doesn't play well with others; I don't recommend this park. Other owners are careless with their own off leash and don't seem mindful of others on leash pets feelings.Picnic area: Multiple benches around park in various places to sit and relax or while your kids play.

Crystal B: Love this little slice of Heaven. The air smells crisp and fresh walking up the little path. It's a slice of serenity and tranquility when u need it... I go there to walk and free my busy mind and it works every time..

Stone “Newblife” Age: Probably the last slide like it in America. Pretty cool park if you're a kid I guess wasn't even too bad as an adult lol

Hugo Royalty: BEST SLIDE IN SEATTLE

Matt Dolge: If you haven’t slid on this slide on a hot summer day you need to add this to your bucket list. This slide is so fast! Make it even faster by wearing polyester or nylon. This park is set to be remodeled and the existing slide to be replaced so visit before it’s gone.

Unknown: Best slide ever. !! LOVE it as an adult and a kid.

ronda gillespie: The kids liked it so did my son I never went so not sure

Bobby Reddick: Small very quaint park.

R S: I've never been to a park in Seattle that didn't warrant five stars , this is Park is no different A great place to watch the sunrise.

Trolley Hill Park: what do users think?

Jennifer Mechem: Beautiful little park with community gardens, beehives, and picnic tables. Unfortunately the trailhead connection to the East Queen Anne greenbelt is so steep and badly eroded that it's unusable unless you can scramble down a steep hill with loose soil & gravel. Definitely needs a staircase repair!

Beano Trombino: Playground: No structure but has a patch of cleared gras area.Restrooms: Zero. ZIP. Non-existentPicnic area: Has couple picnic tables to eat at around the pea patch.

Matty B: Lovely little park and p-patch garden. Not terrific views, or an especially large park, but it suffices.

Dustin Johnston: Absolutley one of my favorite parks in East QA. It has a P-Patch there which is beautiful during spring and summer. Also there isn’t a children’s park so it tends to be quieter throughout the week. Me and my husband enjoy the quiet so we can just listen to nature and relax. It also has an entrance to the East Queen Anne Green belt which is beautiful. Unfortunately it currently is damaged so you will have to use one of the other two entrances.I am currently working on trying to report it to the city to get fixed, I’ll update if I do.Recommend 10/10 for everyone to check it out.

Mo Zeyadich (MoZy): Amazing park to take shrooms and explore

Garrett N.: A nice park to stop at in Queen Anne, complete with picnic table sitting areas and a community P-patch garden!

Poornima Kalyanram: Small park. Perfect for a evening stroll

Rose Fei Guo: Such a cute little park with a pea patch!

Thabata Regiani: Nice little park in the middle of Queen Anne. It was quiet and calm, a perfect spot to sit in the middle of a long walk.

Oxbow Park: what do users think?

Ed Taylor: History of boots and hat very interesting

Wildcraft Rose: Around 1954 the 44-ft. wide cowboy hat used to be a gas station office. And 22-ft. high cowboy boots were the restrooms. The hat & boots were relocated to this fun little park with a children's playground area and a little pea patch garden.

s k: Oxbow Park in Seattle offers a serene escape from the urban bustle, boasting lush greenery and scenic river views. Its well-maintained trails are perfect for leisurely strolls or invigorating hikes, while picnic areas provide ideal spots for family outings. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the abundant wildlife and peaceful ambiance. However, limited facilities may inconvenience some visitors. Overall, Oxbow Park provides a refreshing retreat for nature lovers seeking solace within the city limits.

Tyler Stewart: A great pocket park. Nice playground, and tables for lunch. The historic hat and boots are awesome.Playground: Great small play structure, lots of fun for the little one.Picnic area: Clean, neat tables.

Anthony Roberts: Nice place to go.quiet and you can eat under the hat.Picnic area: Nice place to sit on the grass.

Stephen Fast: What a great place to walk!

Stephen Giese: Parking available. Walked by there to mt. Baker rowing center and to Seward park and back.

M: Super nice path by the water!! So pretty and relaxing. There are many overhead trees making a lot of the path in the shade, which is rly nice on hot days. There are also several piers which people like to sunbathe on and go in the water and there are small beach areas too. It's hard to find parking here but if you can, it's worth it.

Jay Anderson: My dog loves swimming there

rick tompkins: I have driven this route for more than 20 years, to and fro work. Always the best time of MY day. Beautiful drive and play or swim after work. FUN TIMES!!

Ron Ross: It's a great place for a flat walk, to have a picnic or watch the sunset.

Shan Fu: People told me you can get different views here from day to day

Kevin Flores: Great park to work and do picnics in the summer

Aplih A: One of the clean and best parks in the city by Elliott Bay. This waterfront park is a true gem, offering breathtaking views that elevate the outdoor experience. The park's accessibility ♿️for everyone, including well-maintained pathways and ramps, makes it a welcoming destination for all. The inclusion of a dedicated biking lane enhances the recreational options, providing a scenic route for cyclists and scooterists. The water views of the bay and Mt.Rainier views adds an extra layer of tranquility, creating a serene atmosphere away from the bustle of the city. The expansive green spaces offer a perfect setting for picnics, leisurely strolls, or simply enjoying the picturesque surroundings. There’s a small rose garden too exhibiting multiple varieties of blooms.Even though the park can get busy during peak times, the well-planned layout ensures that it doesn't feel overcrowded. I go here solo, with friends and family all the time and never felt too crowded. Overall, this waterfront park stands out as a fantastic spot for us, seamlessly blending accessibility, stunning views, and outdoor activities. Must recommend for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful escape by the water.

Daniel Charles Spencer: Dog-friendliness: It's a very small, but open park. Dogs love it there. Obviously on Leash mostly, it isn't fenced in. Still, great place for all varieties of Fidos!Picnic area: There are a handful of benches, and a few picnic tables. Great for an outdoor lunch or meeting if you work in the area!

Orlin Henderson: Nice little park with picnic tables and park benches and some greenery. Good for an outdoor lunch, a smoke break, or walking your dog by! In the heart of first hill. Stays busy, but still a quiet park.

Jovonneb “jovonneb”: OK park

Curt Dungy: Serene

Rajini Jesuraj: Very good

Wolf: Super chill. Nothing but benches, grass, a cool statue.

Gabriel Andrés Cáceres: It wasn't crowded, so that's a plus. Fairly small park, under the shade of nearby buildings and plenty of banks to go sit and just rest from the blazing sun of the summer.

K. McGinty: Best little park in Seattle! It's VERY tiny: Just a little patch carved out at an intersection. But there are never homeless encampments here, never garbage lying around, and it's always very well-kept. The buildings and street around it are pleasant looking, and it's relatively quiet and peaceful--no freeway noise or anything.

Edgar Ayala (Rabanito): Very pretty nice ☺️☺️☺️☺️

Roberta Crockett: It's very mellow and , peaceful. It's a good place to watch a cornucopia of nautical activity, and chill

Angelina Huang: . However, there are not many seats to enjoy the view. Consider the cleanness and safety, I would not recommend families and children to have a picnic there. Also, it is not an accessible place to swim.

Ryan Henry: Great place to relax, eat and gather your thoughts

Mike Lynn: It is beautiful down there on nice sunny days like yesterday

Jackie Sheahart (Senior): Small, quite, not to far off the beaten trek. Boats come by periodically, as do the fowl. It's also clean, that's a plus!

Barbara Gould: Really clean and quiet, very relaxing place to just sit and watch the boats sailing, people rowing by, and watch the ducks and geese swimming around.

s k: Dearborn Park in Seattle offers a serene escape within the bustling city. With its lush greenery, walking trails, and playgrounds, it's perfect for families and nature enthusiasts alike. The park's well-maintained facilities and peaceful atmosphere make it a delightful spot for picnics or simply unwinding. Whether you're seeking solitude or outdoor recreation, Dearborn Park provides a refreshing retreat in the heart of Seattle.

Arthur Pang: Quiet park with tennis courts. The grass is quite uneven and is poor for youth soccer practice.

Dragon Sharkbites: The park is a small but absolutely stunning. I love how much sunlight the grass playground and tennis court allow while being surrounded by beautiful tall thick growth trees and the sounds of several bird species tweeting all morning long. Would probably be a great place to bird watch. Came to sun bath for an hr on the tennis courts which were empty and available and left happy relaxed and full of positive energy. Great place to chill or eat lunch at the park.

Susan Jacobs: Always like a country hike in the City!!

errorist: suspiciously there were two dead animals laying side by side. a rat and a bird. other than that it was clean and had a playground.

Elmer Andersen: Nice secluded park, great for dogs, tennis courts, though has need of some mowing

Hila Berkovitsh: My kids go to Dearborn Park International elementary school and having this park just on the way back home is so convenient and give them a bit more outdoors time playing with their friends

Carmen Flores: Great little park. My grangchildren love it.

Rudy Lopez: Played pickleball with 19 other players on two courts. Would be better with two additional courts, but sufficed for today. Needs landscape maintenance. Otherwise, nice little park.
