Lily: Did the 3 hour private lesson for my husband’s birthday and it was a blast! We loved the Netflix show Blown Away and wanted to try it out for ourselves. Our instructor Darrien was super informative and patient, and helped us make 5 custom pieces. He even made us a beautiful wavy bowl at the end! The front staff were also very friendly and accommodating. We have a newfound appreciation for the art of glassblowing!

Briar Rose: The environment was very inviting upon entering the store/shop. Staff were kind and open to discussion while I was waiting for my time to start on a two hour private lesson. They explained everything in detail from safety and use of the different tools to how to handle each piece. They did step by step on how long to keep the piece in the furnace and when to bring it out. The shaping of the pieces was done by the instructor, but I was still able to help during some of those points. Such a great experience and I do plan to come back when I can to do another piece.

Eric Hernandez: We noticed a couple windows were damaged before a home appraisal. I called Perkins up and got a few pieces of glass cut to size. They recommended the correct thickness of glass for this project. I needed them quick and asked to get them expedited if I paid extra. We purchased a kitchen chandelier from them shortly after our move from Seattle to Denver a few years ago, and their team helped me pick the perfect one for our space and shipped it out safely packaged, with user-friendly mounting instructions. A couple of months ago, I was looking for another signature chandelier for our newly remodeled entryway and reached out to Glasshouse again on a whim. Thank goodness I did, because Alanna was able to help me put together a gorgeous 3-pendant ensemble that now hangs in our new space and makes me smile every time I see it. We worked together for weeks over text, sending photos and ideas back and forth, and I have never had a customer service experience more satisfying and fun. When one of the pendants arrived broken, she sent out a replacement piece immediately, no questions asked. Can’t say enough good things about this place and their team. Juju: I wish I could give this company 100 stars!!!I called White Center Glass to order glass not know exactly what I needed, and my contractor was being less than helpful with telling me exactly what to order. Turns out the contractor was going to have me order and charge me to install a whole new window when I actually needed to just replace one glass window with a failed seal.Holly at White Center Glass convinced me to order the glass and do it myself, assuring me that she would teach me how to take the old glass out and install the new one. And she did!! She even gave me the tools to do it and promised to send someone out if I got stuck. Super Empowering and solved my issue without a bad contractor.Remodeling and fixing house things is stressful, but White Center Glass will be my one and only go-to for glass going forward!!! I have already recommended several coworkers to them and my coworkers were so grateful. It's hard to find good contractors and companies, but this one is fantastic!Service:General window replacement

Kevin Lorensen: windows in vinyl frames that had lost the seal. Initially Alex came out and measured them to prepare a quote for glass and install labor. I'm a fairly adept DIY type that doesn't mind working on a scaffold. When I asked the team at WCG if I could do this myself Holly, Alex and Tim were all very encouraging and pointed me down the right path. Everything came out looking fine.I did have one piece of glass WCG's vendor cut to the wrong size. It was obviously not per a sketch the vendor received from Alex and Joan. Joan bull-dogged the vendor and got the glass replaced in just a few days ... a big help that kept my project moving.I will be using WCG the next time a window needs fixed. They made sure it was a convenient time for an in-home consult. At the consult we received excellent guidance, counsel and recommendations on a solution set to the issues we had (fogged windows, failed window seals, and scratched glass. We received an estimate promptly and in the follow up call we received detailed answers to the questions we had and again set a time for the service appointment that met our schedule.We received a call shortly before our service appointment time to ensure it was still a convenient. Once on site, the repairs and new glass install went smoothly and quickly. Our installer was a pro, working efficiently and cleanly. Jerry Ruthruff: We needed to have a broken glass surface replaced with cutouts and a special coating. Herzog Glass handled the special order so we got just what we needed and we did not have to do a major remodel remodel the whole area. Thanks for a job well done.

There is a window to show the glassblowers at work.We ended with two for the house.This place is not cheap by any means. But the quality of glass is well-known. Part of the proceeds goes to supporting the community giveback.Midas 5-stars for the boutique feel & custom glasses.
