During check out he ended up leaving thr piece behind. I called the store because it would be about 1 hr for him to make it back. Well, initially the piece was nowhere to be found but Ellie really did all they could and was able to locate the piece!! I appreciate all that was done and thr great attitude while helping me!! sfbay jack: I made it right before closing one weekday night. I needed two things. However it had been awhile since I had been to a super center and my cart soon filled up with other items I thought I needed. When at the checkout, I realized they didn’t take tap and thankfully I had the app downloaded so I just needed to update my address and payment information. It did take some time but thankfully no one was behind me and the cashier was directing other shoppers to use the self checkout. It appears to have a very urban crowd despite is suburban location past SeaTac intl in Renton. ideally I would shop earlier in the daytime not close to the 11pm closing time. As far as finding a member of the Walmart crew, it was the opposite experience of Home Depot as there were literally as many as 6-10 associates in any given area or department of that store. Not my go to store but I did find what I was needing and more.

Michael Cook: A quiet Thursday at the Ace Hardware store. I got great assistance, and they made me a couple keys and sent me on my way. I rarely leave this store without what I needed.

Gary Fisher: Only hardware within walking distance and had everything I needed.
Joanne Brooks: Helpful staff, when you can find them, and pretty good deals on things. The staff levels in store have always been problematic, and it remains my biggest point of constructive feedback.
sarah binns: I came to grab some wire bolts and ended up by several other items. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful!

PX Primary: Great little local Ace for the Magnolia area. You'll find all the essentials along with a few added extras scattered around.We come here first when starting any home projects and can fill in the gaps with either Home Depot or online orders once in a while.

Alexei Islas: Me and my wife visited this location in Seattle and we were left very satisfied. From the entrance you are met with so many different things to look at and buy. It is a very unique store, and has a wide variety of different things to choose from, and not only talking about what, but where as they have many thing from out of the country to choose from. The store is pretty clean as well as the bathrooms, the employees were nice and helpful. I do recommend coming here and taking a look at the many things that they have at this store.

The store manager, Nick helped us out and really made us feel welcome. We tested out a few different mattresses and ultimately decided on one that had the perfect firmness. It felt really high quality. We made a note of which one we liked best and proceeded down to tuft and needle to see what they were all about. Our experience was just so different there. Tuft and Needle just seemed a lot less personal and overall we didn't feel the quality was there. We went back to nest and made our purchase with no doubts and with no buyers remorse. Our new mattress is so comfortable. I highly recommend Nest bedding! Thanks, Nick!

MY Boys: We live in New York but ordered our mattress through the Seattle showroom. The staff, in particular Erin and Nick, were transparent, informative and seemed genuinely invested in our total satisfaction. Throughout the entire process, they excelled. They facilitated the ordering and shipping process, communicated during the initial order period, updated us about shipping details and confirmed our satisfaction. As it turns out we had some comfort issues with the mattress as initially ordered, but the Seattle staff were able to figure out a way to make it work and we now are quite happy with our mattress. Buy a mattress from these people. You won't be disappointed!

The quality of the bed we bought far exceeds the cost. We also recommend splurging on the cooling pillows, they really work!

Honestly still kind of emotional.I was looking for a hiking boot for the weekend but came really late. Like 2 minutes before they close late. I was really just browsing and didn’t expect much but a sales rep approached us and took so much time and care measuring my feet, giving me hiking socks to try, and letting me try some shoes. In the end it took about 15 minutes, but I just felt so appreciative. Honestly this is what makes REI the best. If the rep ever sees this, it’s a dude, thank you again!!

Dave Barth: Water heater purchase and installation. Less than half the price of the two estimates I got from plumbers. Got an estimate over the phone and had it installed a couple days later. No upsells or problems. If you're just swapping out one water heater for a similar one, that's very straightforward and a plumber is going to charge way too much.

I was thinking a new nut or an epoxy solution but after talking with Ian, he thought he could re-thread the table if I brought it in!! This morning in less than 10 mins he fixed my table giving me back my closet and helping create a breakfast nook I have dreamed of. I am so happy and grateful for the extra attention. With his help, this table serves me and stays out of a landfill! Plus +1 for the Local Peeps!

Maureen Murray: I've been surprised how much plastic has worked its way into bathroom hardware, even from higher-end brands. I'm glad Rejuvenation is around to still sell quality, solid brass plumbing fixtures. Just hold one of their pieces in your hand and other major brand in the other. Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, Caitlin, for helping us make some great decisions.

One of the employees was outside and saw me and told me to come back in and they gave me a replacement, unprompted.
