Lindsay Gorang: Incredibly fast service. We arrived around 9:41am for our 9:45am passport appointment, we were provided immediate service, and were finished at 9:54am. The woman who helped us communicated very clearly and professionally. We are thankful for the excellent and quick service!
Kay Lee: . It's clean, spacious, has interesting architecture to look at while waiting, plenty of natural light and the staff is great. There's free parking under the building for the Ballard Customer Service Center and Ballard Library off on NW 56th St. We missed the entrance and started walking around the building towards NW 56th, but an employee inside saw us, got up from his desk, and walked along the inside to show us where the door is to come in- the door is right by the library and garage stairs entrance on 22nd Ave NW. A different employee handled the paperwork and was also genuinely friendly. For 2 first time applications, it was about 25 min with all the paperwork filled out prior. There wasn't a line when I went on a Thursday at 12:30. 3 people came while we were there, so the wait isn't too bad considering they don't book appointments to my knowledge.If you're applying for a child under 16 year old's passport, here's some advice to hopefully save some people an extra trip or some time:- All guardians need to be present or you need a notarized letter- They'll need to see your real licenses AND you'll need to make a photocopy- Bring the child's birth certificate
Nichol Thompson: I went in today with my baby to get our passports. All three of the people behind the counter were so helpful and patient with me. I messed up the paperwork several times, and they calmly handed me clean sheets and explained clearly what they needed changed/corrected. I also left my extra photos for the passports, and one of the employees ran across the street to hand them to me! I can’t thank them enough for their help!

Anthony Jackson: Had to pay a parking ticket on my vacation to Seattle area. I wasn't mad cuz it was my fault, so I started asking the clerk different areas to visit. In the end, I got two restaurants i need to try and two free passes to the zoo. Plus the building architecture is amazing. I still had to pay the ticket, but I would say the quick and friendly experience was worth it.

Benjamin Macke: Update has been made. Geek Squad has paid for a new drive.I was having issues with windows installing. I gave the Geek Squad team my computer to install windows because I was having issues. They told after about a week they couldn’t and I needed a new motherboard. I came and got my computer from them and it was apparently still hooked up as I could hear them detaching my computer from what is was hooked up to and the sound of case panels being put back on on. Once getting it home and taking a look at everything. They had shattered the sata port to my brand new barracuda 2TB hard drive. The band new hard drive that is formatted for windows. I now cannot install windows because the sata disc is damaged beyond use and I am further delayed in my professional life because of this negligence.After leaving my voice mail about this. They called me back and replaced the drive. Apologized about how everything happened. They had me come in with the old drive confirmed the damage. They replaced my drive with the exact same one and again apologize for this happening. I feel like this situation was handled with the best professionalism and customer service was awesome. I would come back to this team to do future repairs.
Jimena Sobrino: for a diagnostics and she immediately knew it was a fan malfunction. Roberta went above and beyond to get the laptop open even with 4 tripped crews not coming out! Ultimately, she got it all taken care of, even cleaned it of any malware, and got it working like new!! Praises to Roberta!

Anna Humphreys: We used Mr. Rooter twice during our move out; once for a sewer scope inspection, and a removal of a root ball. The other time, a little more dramatically, was when we discovered that there was a leak in a faucet, literally on the day that we had to move out. They got there extremely quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem with an hours. Super thankful!Just one star off because they didn’t send us the proof that we had removed the root ball in a timely fashion, even after we had called and requested it, which created a little bit of a communication breakdown during our open houses. they got the information to us eventually. I would still totally recommend them; they’re kind, courteous, and quick.

I went to the Post office today to return some Amazon products, but the staff of the Post office asked me to find a place to print the Label. If I went to find a place to print, I would have closed the door when I came back. The post office staff are really old and need to retire, they are really unprofessional and probably too old to use computers, I was disappointed, so I thought of UPS and wanted to give it a try. It's a great location, people at the front desk are okay.The only reason I am offering 4 stars is because I really think the location can benefit from installing automatic sliding doors. I arrived numerous times with 3-4 large packages at the door and it's really difficult to operate the door and keep packages safe. What left me with an even more sour taste, is that the store was empty and all the associates just looked at me struggling opening the door, eventually the packages landed on the floor and no one bothered to give me a helping hand.

Catherine DeBlasio: I’ve had a post office box at this location for over 10 years. I really appreciate what a great job these guys do. The staff is friendly and efficient. My favorite thing is that they have parcel lockers so if I get something big they just put a locker key in my PO box-super convenient! There’s plenty of parking if you include the spots on the east side of the building. Best of all I don’t have to worry about my mail and packages getting stolen.
