IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Greenwood: what do users think?

Rose Ochs: Great experience with IRG hand therapist @ IRG. Got multiple treatment modalities (ultrasound, massage, heat, rehab exercise demos, and a brace, asl of which have improved my range of motion and pain level. Highly recommend!

Bettina Jones: Starting physical therapy at this location was a crucial step in my post-operative ankle recovery journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. My therapist, Zackary, was exceptional. We worked together diligently for two months until his relocation due to a move. Despite his departure, I highly recommend this location for their dedication to their clients' full recovery. Zackary's expertise and support will be greatly missed, and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors, both personally and professionally.Note: scheduling could be a challenge so schedule ASAP and for as long as possible. Otherwise, it can be frustrating.

Fausto Betances: Great professionals and support system. They care for your issue and maintain a consistent metrology that shows progress over time. Highly recommended.

Webz Bongcaron: I had a great experience from scheduling, check in, and physical therapist! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Everyone was so nice and professional!

Cora Johnson: Zack really listened to my concerns and developed a recover plan to meet my weekend warrior athletic goals. He has also been extremely supportive and encouraging throughout this whole process!

ra: I recommend IRG without qualification. My therapist, Chris Edkins, was impressive---knowledgeable, resourceful, highly skilled educator. He is a keen observer of human motion and movement and was able to assist me in countering a painful arthritis condition in my hip. The front staff are gracious and competent. A big plus: their cleanliness practices gave me confidence that I would not be coming down with the latest viral infection!! In summary, my therapy sessions at IRG exceeded expectations.

Judith Blinder: Knowledgeable physical therapist who knows exactly which exercises will help me regain mobility and strength in my left shoulder and arm while I recover from surgery. Excellent customer service and a clean, well-maintained office.

Rick Veit: Great staff and excellent results at taking care of a nagging problem I had.

Beverly Flegel: I’ve had two different rounds of PT with this group and they’ve always been professional yet fun and thorough and I’ve come out feeling so much better every time.

Victoria Liu: and Emmy

TJ White: I would highly recommend getting PT at IRG – GREENWOOD. The team seems very solid and motivated to help clients get well. The team works cohesively and has provided me with the best solutions to address my injuries and physical health problems. Dr. Zach Rayburn is a standout Physical Therapist and very knowledgeable and skilled. His encouraging and upbeat attitude inspired me to do my best in PT exercises. His therapeutic techniques and manual therapy have relieved a lot of my pain and thankfully increased my mobility. I’d like to mention his assistant, Emiko, as she contributes to making a PT session a positive treatment experience. I really appreciate Emmy and Sean at the front desk. They’re communicative, courteous, and quick to get back on dates and times for appointments. In addition to PTs at this location, there is a kinesiology-minded expert and licensed massage therapist named Eric Rosario, who is a rise-above-the-rest professional whose skill and techniques contributed and made a difference in my recovery from pain and stiffness. Again, this is a great team to increase the odds of a successful recovery!

AL: One of the best massage therapists I've ever had. Very knowledgable on neck injuries, nerve pain, and strengthening exercises! I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, and they have helped me keep the pain to a very manageable level.

derik heal: Very caring and professional. Compassionate about their work!

Carolyn Ladniak: I’ve had a wonderful experience at IRG Physical & Hand Therapy. My therapist Chris has been super! He has really helped me regain mobility, range of motion and strength after knee surgery. He has provided the exact right amount of challenge without making it too hard. Very soon I will be able to go back to my regular exercises and activities. Yay!

Jon Gallant: IRG's physical therapist was knowledgeable, informative, and very helpful. I would recommend the IRG facility to others, and in fact have already recommended it to one friend.

Max Kingsbury: IRG and Dr Chris Edkins are amazing! I did PT here after having surgery to remove a fractured sesamoid bone under my hallux mtp joint and my experience with Dr Chris was great. He helped me with a customized PT routine that got me back to activity at a level I thought I would never reach again, faster than I thought possible. He was always asking questions to make sure the exercises were helping me recover as quickly and as comfortably as possible. The rest of the doctors and therapists there were also very kind and fun to be around. I will miss my appointments there! I would absolutely recommend it for anyone who needs to do PT.

Nareth Thoeun: The people work there they really have a good experience But the pick up the phone or return the call back they can't really slow.

Mark Mark: are amazingly professional, delight to work with, and very, very, very effective. Thank you!

Emerald City Senior Living: what do users think?

Dee: My mother enjoys her living experience at ECGSL, thanks to their caring staff and engaging activities. The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. They also do their best to care about my mother's well-being and happiness. The range of activities offered is thoughtful, providing my mother with plenty of opportunities to stay active, socialize, and pursue her interests. From themed dinners and musical performances to arts and crafts, exercise classes, and outings, there's something for everyone. There's also good variety of food options that have also been a highlight for my mother. While there was a period of adjustment not only for our mother and our family, but also for the staff to get to know their new resident. Although we've encountered a few concerns, the staff has been quick to address them, demonstrating their dedication to continuous improvement. I see the care and support in the results of their response. Overall, I do recommend ECSL for families seeking a supportive and enriching senior living community that has a heart-led approach to resident satisfaction.

a james: . I must give credit especially to the new executive director

BMM: For anyone who knew Emerald City before it became Emerald City you know what kind of a place it was. My family member has lived there through all the different changes and when the new Executive Director, Tara came on we thought it would be just another person through the door who wouldn't really care or listen.I am overjoyed that since Tara has come to Emerald City things are looking up! She has taken each opportunity to make the residents and family members feel like Emerald City is their home, "an extension of her family" as she put it. The food has improved in quality and taste, the community is clean and beautiful, while some members of the staff are new, the people who have been around for years seem reinvigorated! My family member used to report to me all the goings on especially during the pandemic and now she out joining the newly put together book club and eating meals in the dining room. What she does report is now usually positive and that makes me happy for her.I can't say enough good things about the new leadership and caring team at Emerald!

Katey Howe: There are a bunch of nice restaurants in here as well but also a great food court. Eataly, an Italian specialty foods grocer and restaurant space is also here. Gelson's is downstairs for your supermarket needs. Lots of options for ice cream or sorbet. There's a wonderful AMC theater here too that is a great place to catch a movie.

katie moon: I visited recently and they have amazing staff! They take very good care of the seniors who live there!

Heather Lynn: As the Health Services Director at Maple Leaf It saddens me to read the recent reviews and I feel the need to defend our community not just for future residents but for our current residents as this is their home . I have worked for the ownership for many years initially at Queen Anne Manor and now at Maple Leaf , I will not lie and say we are perfect yet I will defend the care and compassion I see daily that is given to our residents. We welcomed just weeks our new management company Integral Senior Living and with any change there comes bumps and obstacles at the beggining yet I can assure you this hasn't affected the care our residents deserve and recieve. I have been a nurse for 23 years and my dedication to this community is truly because I believe in our leadership and team ! I encourage anyone looking for an Assited Living Community to come in for a visit and have a meal with our current residents and let them share with you why they choose to call Maple Leaf home.

Emilia G: It is under new management. The building has been undergoing major renovations. But the best part is the Memory Care unit. It is by far one of the best around. With only 20 rooms, it often has a wait list. The whole unit has been renovated. If you're looking for a place for your loved one, most definitely put this one on the list. Just give them a call, they will be happy to answer any questions you might have, as well as scheduling an appointment to tour the facility.

Sean Spencer: I've done local PR events here and the staff is friendly and helpful. The residents seem to be having a great time and getting their needs met.

Sam Deliganis: My mother experience excellent care in the memory care unit. The staff on all three shifts were very attentive and always present when any need arouse. The Staff exceeded expectations, positive and provided an uplifting environment. Her medication needs were met on time and professionally. The facilities are well maintained and the food preparation was always fresh and nutritious. I would highly recommend Stratford at Maple Leaf.

Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections: what do users think?

Andrew Kramer: and SDCI has been great at helping me through the process. Their building inspectors in particular have been great at explaining requirements and helping me make sure my work is up to code.

Kerry Driscoll: was hugely helpful to me when my landlord was trying to raise my rent in an illegal manner. I am so so grateful that we have people in the city who are able to help mediate these disagreements and stick up for tenants rights and keep housing stable & affordable.

AL: Have worked with several AHJ around WA, and nothing compares to SDCI. Super helpful, communicative, and friendly. I use their chat help often and always come out of it getting the info I needed. Special shout-out to Nohely Moreno for answering every question with kindness and professionalism. Eliminating the need to go into their offices to ask questions was a game-changer. Good job, SDCI.

Fabian Fourne: and is available -daily- for live chat sessions with expert staff, or responds within 1-2 business days on follow-up questions. Similarly, for the actual review process, the inspectors provide detailed comments on corrections required and are available for questions via Email. Do I wish I could talk to someone, and get the permit the same day for my project? Sure, but I understand that the city has to enforce various safety and other standards and has to support 1000s of applications per year. Given these constraints, the city has pulled off an amazing customer service using online tools & documentation, and hiring competent, professional, and friendly staff. Thank you, Seattle Building Department!

Thao Mewhort: I was struggling to grasp the information I needed for my project through email exchanges with SDCI. However, my experience took a turn for the better when I reached out through their chat and had the privilege of speaking with Leah. Her willingness to jump on a call with me allowed for a much more effective and thorough conversation. Leah's exceptional customer service and dedication to ensuring I fully understand what I need to get started has left a lasting impression. Thank you, Leah!
