Alex Loddengaard: Our son started at Kiddie Academy when he was 1 years old and stayed for 10 months, when we moved to a different state. We LOVED Kiddie Academy. The teachers were all so sweet and caring. The staff were very accommodating, understanding, and communicative. We HIGHLY recommend Kiddie Academy! One of the saddest parts of moving states was leaving Kiddie Academy.
Runit Mungale: Warm and friendly staff. Good care of the kids with strong safety standards and healthy meals. Outdoor playtime in their own play yard is great. Appreciate the camera feed into classroom activities too. We are very happy with kiddie academy!

Simone Marticke: Kiddie Academy of QA is most caring with my child. It is a place with high standards for safety, a nurturing environment, and a high quality learning and activity program. I love the focus on emotional development. Staff are all very loving and clearly love their jobs. I love the in room cameras to check in on my child during the day. All meals are provided, even breakfast, which means I don't have to pack anything but a water bottle. Debbie, is a great and capable director in charge of this center. Can't say enough great things about this daycare. It is so much more than simply a daycare....
Ryan Burningham: Our 18-month-old is currently enrolled, and we’ve been very pleased. Teachers in particular are wonderful. Parking for drop off and pick up at peak hours can be a hassle because street parking is limited and there are only five parking spots in the lot, but parents handle it well and treat each other kindly.Edit: I’m not surprised to see that all negative reviews come from neighbors rather than from KA families. Completely understand why loud recess and standstill traffic would be frustrating for those next door.
Morgan Scott: The team at Kiddie Academy goes above and beyond to provide a safe and educational environment. Our son genuinely loves going to school, enjoys his teachers, and rapidly learns new skills in the classroom.

The team here puts the needs of the child ahead of everything else - and it gives us great comfort in knowing our child is in good hands. Their curriculum is the right balance between being structured and at the same time flexible to the needs of a specific child.
Sudarshana Balachandran: We moved recently from India and literally son went to school for only 6-7 months .Stuck at home due to COvid - we felt he was missing interactions at school etc. Right from first day he adored school and we can literally see transformation that he communicates way better , is a way more confident kid.School has a large role to play in this ,. Be it the steady discipline , taking amazing care of him and best part was the two way communication.Highly recommend!
Alec Drozdowski: Highly recommend Kiddie Academy in Queen Anne to anyone looking for childcare. We absolutely adore the staff and they treat our young son like he was one of their own. They have wonderful education programs while also allowing for fun, and I love how they embrace and celebrate different cultures’ holidays and traditions. My son has been there since he was 6 months old and we have had the best experience – send your kids to Kiddie Academy and I’m sure you’ll agree!
David Wold: Exceptional care; dedicated teachers; strong curriculum; tirelessly working administrators. We are so fortunate to have been part of the KA QA community for nearly four years. Our kids leave prepared for their next level socially and academically, and as parents, we leave knowing it will be challenging to duplicate the level of care elsewhere. The open door policy is real, but was rarely needed because of the daily proactive communication by teachers and staff. Heroic doesn't begin to describe the work that was done to keep the school open and operating safely and effectively during the pandemic.

Jennie Ketcham: and her language skills have improved beyond what I think they would have in the previous care center because of Marianne and Brenda’s attention and intentional efforts. We get daily reports that look at their activities, meals, mood, etc. we get weekly summaries of their activities and pictures. Our daughter goes through three outfits a day because she is having so much fun exploring and learning and making a mess and being a kid.As a result of our daughter’s participation in Marianne’s circle time, our daughter’s prosocial behaviors shine forth. It’s obvious how much both of these teachers care about our little human.Marianne and Brenda feel as if they are a part of our parenting team. It feels good that we all have eyes on our daughter’s development. There is seriously nobody else I’d rather leave her with than these two wonderful teachers.
Rolando izquierdo: At Edugether they truly care about each child and they are invested in their development. Awesome potty training, consistent communication with parents and the activities are on a level that all kids learn something new every day.
Andrea Stubbs: and all her staff during the 2.5 years our daughter attended her program. Marianne and all the teachers were so patient and nurturing to our daughter from 18-54 month. We found the school to be an excellent balance of loving while fitting in an age-appropriate curriculum, regular connections on development, and lots of Montessori-like discovery. Marianne makes an effort to truly know each student and provide them the support they need to feel safe and thrive. So happy to see her launch as Ariva to keep delivering this essential care. We worked with her when she owned and ran Edugether.

Lyndsay Wilhelm: I can't speak more positively about Edugether and the programs they have for preschool age kids. My daughter has been recognizing some words for a while, but in the last few weeks she has begun to sound out and READ many words, including multisyllabic words at age 4! This morning she read aloud the word "box" and I realized we have been talking about it as we prepare for the letter of the week, "X". It's so cool to see direct impact like this from what they are teaching at school! She is picking up the Spanish letter sounds as well, even if she doesn't speak it regularly. Thank you Marianne and all staff for what you guys do every day to care for and teach our kids! -Grateful Mother

Kerrie Doerr: Edugether is a wonderful daycare experience. We sent our oldest to Edugether about a year ago and have watched him grow and develop since then. Marianne and her teacher team bring such warmth, compassion, and genuine care to the classroom and our little one is learning so much from them on a daily basis. He is now able to consistently say/interpret words in Spanish and we know this capability will only continue to grow. We're expecting twins later this year and are excited to enroll them here. Can't recommend enough!

Karina Yamin: I was reluctant from taking our baby daughter to a daycare because I considered nobody will take care of our daughter the way we do. However, time arrived and the decision of choosing a daycare arrived in August 2020. At that time, there were no many options, and now I appreciate that, because that let us to Edugether. I visited and took tours of many daycares, but once I started talking to Marianne, I knew that was the place I wanted our child to spend the day at, be taken care of and have her early education before kindergarten. 9 month later, I not only do not regret of my decision but i am truly happy that I followed my instincts. It's been a short but so rewarding journey and I am truly grateful for the edugether family to always think of the wellness of our children and to give the best education, values and support as they were given at home. Marianne and Yoan and their family are not just edugether owners but now very good friends of ours as well.

We appreciate how knowledgeable Marianne and the other teachers are about child development, and how they partner with us to make sure our son is learning and thriving. We cannot recommend this daycare highly enough!
Sarah Whitley: Marianne is so observant and gives you a full report on how your child is doing. She will tell you what she notices and ask for your partnership to help correct or continue certain behaviors. She is a great person to have in your corner, especially if you are a new parent. The advice she gives is so valuable. It might have something to do with the fact that she has two children of her own , shes a psychologist and has a Child Development Associates! Not only can she give you a non- bias view into you sweet little ones mind, she has so much love to give and it shows everyday when I see how happy my son is! The class is smaller then most daycare's which is why I chose it! It makes it that much better for you child to get the hands on learning experience that they need. If you are looking for an amazing daycare that will love your child as their own and give them a world class education and teach them Spanish and English, look no further! This is the best one in all of Seattle!

Ingrid Vila: In September of 2019, we decided to transfer our baby from Bright Horizon west Seattle to Edugether. Almost a year will pass since then, and we cannot be more proud of our decision. Marianne is more than a teacher; she truly cares and loves our baby girl like any other family member. She contributes to the development of our baby, but also she's helping and advising us so that we can continue using her educational methods at home.Every activity in their daily routines has mindfulness behind, and you can see how our baby enjoys each one of them.Due to the Covid-19, our baby was gone for two months, and Marianne was always there to support us sending crafty tasks, potty training tips, songs, photos so that our baby doesn't forget about her school.In Edugether, we have found all the love and care that we were looking for in our baby's early education.Thanks Maestra y Familia.
