My partner and I struggle with poor mental health at times and we have two wonderful but somewhat messy cats. It makes it difficult to keep tidy and organized. Seattle Green Cleaning Fairy had affordable rates and provided an amazing service. She was very friendly with my cats and I felt very comfortable having her in my home.It feels so nice and relaxing to have such a clean home. I will absolutely be requesting their services again.

Carlos Camacho: Great service, quick to respond and very professional. I don’t know how it compares price-wise to other services but for us it has been worth every penny.Recently we had an emergency and had to cancel last minute and they were super understanding, rescheduled and waived the fee due to being an unexpected situation. Definitely will stick with them!As for the cleaning itself, I am impressed how clean my house is, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to have it as clean as they leave it once they are done. Just a random detail, they clean my espresso machine without me asking and it just makes my day to have a clean machine in the mornings.

We were well pleased with the end result. Our designer and installer were all very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The office staff were also great! We had a few minor follow up issues and they promptly followed up with us and took care of the issues.The designer listened to us and really designed a design that we were satisfied with and that met our needs. We are very happy with the end result. I will say, they are not cheap, but they provide an awesome and well built product. I highly recommend California Closets.

Her creativity and experience shined through and delivered a closet beyond what we thought possible for our small space. The quality of the product is excellent and installation was top notch as well. Very glad the closet did not have a bad smell or “off gas” like other companies I’ve read do.

Ways to improve: Letting your client know who will be showing up. Have a method of payment determined before service. Leave a card with contact number for closeout of payment transaction. I recently hurt my arms in a work injury & he's back to work after our recent move, so we asked Maria House Cleaning Service to come do our apartment move-out cleaning yesterday. One woman arrived early & then spent 3 hours scrubbing our old place completely spotless. She even stopped a little early to ask me what I would like her to spend extra time on before our time was up! She was so friendly and diligent, and the woman who booked our appointment was very prompt & professional in her communications as well. They confirmed the service ahead of time & followed up afterward to provide the receipt we requested. We were so pleased with the efficiency & professionalism of this company, & would highly recommend their services to anyone in need!

Terri Latendresse: Maria Housekeeping has been coming twice a week for over a year now, and I am very happy. We tidy up before they come so they can focus on the deep cleaning, but even when we forget the house looks and smells great when they leave. I work at home, so am generally here and it's not disruptive. Usually it's a team of two and they are in and out with all the pre-agreed upon areas completed in no time. They call before each service to remind me that they are coming and the expected time. When I've needed to adjust the schedule, or accommodate for holidays there is no pressure. I'm happy.
Lindsay Mushen: and have always been satisfied with the service. I do monthly cleanings and think their pricing is very fair and competitive. Their staff is very quick to respond to my phone calls - always a call back within 24 hours and usually within a couple hours. They call you the day before your appointment to confirm your time slot and several times I've needed to reschedule my day or time slot and they've always been very accommodating. The cleaning staff have all been very polite and considerate. I've never had any issues and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service in the greater Seattle area!
